Celeste was only looking for the escort she hired for her sister’s wedding. Instead she got Noah Archer. Tall, dark and handsome, incredibly charming and a doctor to boot. Too bad she doesn’t believe him when he tells her he isn’t the guy she paid for although he gets the job done. Boy, does he ever.
Noah’s new neighbours are… Interesting. In particular the cute teacher in the apartment below his. Volunteering to be Celeste’s wedding date seconds after meeting her was possibly not his wisest decision but it turns out to be one of the best nights of his life. Celeste Sweetley is utterly bewitching but after their initial mishap she only wants to be friends. A misguided idea at best but Noah’s willing to play along if it means getting to spend more time with her.
Can they really just be friends when neither of them can forget that night? Or are they setting themselves up for a messy heartbreak the likes of which they’ve never seen before? Only time will tell.
Celeste has always felt as the imperfect daughter because she decided to follow her dream and become a teacher rather than become someone’s wife. So, when she has to attend her sister’s wedding, she needs a date so she resorts to hiring an escort.
Dr. Noah Archer’s reaction to Celeste calling him her escort for hire was hilarious and I knew this story would have me falling in love with both. The morning after she realizes that Noah was not her escort and she loses it. Noah’s determination to get to know Celeste had me rooting for him. I wasn’t sure if Celeste would come to her senses and explore a relationship with Noah. You are going to have to click to see what becomes of them- you will not regret it. Kara~4 Stars
I thought Miss Misguided was a good book it would be the second story that I've read by the author and I can't wait to read more . The blurb really drew me in to were I wanted to know what was going to happen and how the book was going to play out . The couple had alot of chemistry and just the way they were with one another you could feel it . I can't wait to read what's to come in the future for this author hope to see more from this couple as well .
I'm totally a fan of Ash Hosking, so I knew that Miss Misguided would be amazing, and of course I wasn't wrong. Teacher Celeste is over her mother being on her back about no man in her life, so she decides to hire an escort as her date for her sister's wedding. Dr. Noah Archer is new to the building, and he knows that volunteering to be Celeste's fake date may or may not be the best way to go, but he goes with it & it turns out to be fantastic. They end up having a super hot night when they hook up, but then Celeste decides they need to be just friends in the aftermath (not her best decision). Noah is okay with that because honestly, hanging with her only helps his cause (though it takes longer for her to realize it), and now I'm laughing all over again because of the humor of this story. Miss Misguided was a story which is not only an amazing read, but a perfect escape from 2020 (the gift that keeps on giving), and I will be revisiting it over & over again. Y'all seriously need this book in your lives so hit those one click buttons! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!
I received a free ARC copy of this book from the author prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is my first time reading this author but I am going to look for more books from her in the future. This story was absolutely wonderful. It was full of fun, romance, friendship, family and it made me sigh and laugh. I could not get enough of Noah and Celeste. They were absolutely addicting.
Noah and Celeste end up living in the same building and they meet in the cutest way. They then hook up and Celeste has pangs of remorse so they end up as friends that do everything and nothing together. I absolutely adored their friendship. I loved how Noah secretly dates her, while she thinks its just friends hanging out and I loved watching Celeste get jealous and go after Noah.
This story is light reading and I totally fell in love with all the characters in this story.
Ash Hosking is a new author for me, but I adored the premise and blurb for Miss Misguided and immediately wanted to check it out. I thought it was a fun and light read that kept me hooked from the very beginning.
All in all, I freaking adored this book! If you are looking for a read that captures your attention in the best possible way, read this now! I give it 4.5 outta 5 stars and highly recommend it!
PS: Thank you to Ash Hosking and Give Me Books Promotions for allowing me an advanced copy of the book to read and review honestly.
This is a new author to me, but I will certainly be looking out for her work in the future. Celeste is a teacher who hires a male escort as her +1 for her sister’s wedding to keep her mother happy and off her back, but she mistakenly things that Noah who is a doctor and her new neighbour is him. This is a well written story which is entertaining, humorous, and with witty banter. I was hooked and intrigued throughout this addictive page turner, and I recommend for all readers.
This one made me laugh. While I was reading this the 📽 film How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days kept appearing in my head. I wouldn't have thought 📽 Wedding Date movie would but no how to lose a guy 10 days does 🤣
How the first mer was mistaking identity. She thought Noah was her hired escort for her sister wedding. 'Perfecr boyfriend package' and he delivers 😍
You want a sweet comedy dance this is for you "I mistook my new neighbor for an escort."
