It is easy to see the instant burning attraction between Cyrus and Lauralynn, a feeling that the two of them were made for each other. Their easy banter continues to bring them closer as they give in to their feelings for each other.
But Cyrus is a man with a sense of duty, loyalty and honesty. When Lauralynn’s father crosses a moral line, Cyrus is convinced that not only is he involved in the million-dollar equipment heist, but he actually was responsible for organizing the crime. And even worse, Cyrus is probably being set up to take the fall for it. Now he needs to investigate and gather hard evidence against the guilty party. And when he does, he hopes that Lauralynn can forgive him for what he has to do.
Aside from trying to hold on to the relationship with Lauralynn, Cyrus knows his fellow medic brothers will always have his back and they make sure to take care of each other, as the reader will see in each book in this series. The story line is good, and the emotions are real. The tension from discovering the crimes, and fearing Lauralynn will walk away if he brings her father down, will keep the reader’s full attention as the story progresses. Cyrus is a man with a sense of duty, loyalty and honesty. He takes care of his father, men at the construction site and his brother medics.
He is immediately attracted to Lauralynn. They are a great couple because they fit together. They swing from verbally sparing to impassioned touches. It was fun to see. Their relationship hits a bump when his boss is her father.
There is quite a bit that happens in this quick read. The main characters encounter embezzlement, insurance fraud, chauvinism at its finest, police sting, and theft. This book has it all.
I like that the camaraderie is back between the "brothers" - his fellow medics. They have each others back and really take care of each other. This story seems to run concurrently with the others in the series. It rounds out the stories to see all sides of what is going on with the men. It definitely deepens your understanding of a few scenes. If you haven't read the others don't worry. Each one is a standalone with a happily ever after.

Cyrus was my hero in the last book, so I was curious to see what would happen in his story.
Note- the stories in this series overlap. You will see same events from different perspective. I am so used to stories in a series occuring after each other that I have to remind myself that these do not. Doesn't detract, per se. More that the character will go to the bar and then Matthis saves the guy that is choking, and then I remember. Can be read as a stand alone - can really start anywhere and fill in the rest.
I am liking how the stories in this series are told entirely from the male character's perspective. I have not found many books so far like that. I will say I had one time in this story where I went "he would so not say that."
Emotionally charged story of love at first sight. Do you do what you are told or follow your heart?
Looking forward to Snake's story next.

This is book five in the M.E.D.I.C.S. series. It can be read as a standalone, but I highly recommend the other four books. They were great reads. This book takes place around the same time frame as book one. These books are all short and steamy reads. If you like short instalove stories this one won’t let you down.
Cyrus and Lauralynn meet when there are issues with the houses being built. He’s the foreman and Lauralynn is an interior designer and the company owner’s daughter. They argue over who made the mistake that caused the issues. Cyrus starts falling for her and asks her out on a date. They hit it off but there are problems going on in the company and Lauralynn’s father wants Cyrus to stay away from his daughter. Can they beat all these obstacles to find happiness?

Pandora Snow does it again. Book 5 in the series and again able to be a standalone story. The instant attraction between Cyrus and Lauralynn is intense. It’s like they were made for each other. The trouble they both have to endure thanks to her father could have ended very differently. But as always true love prevails. Each brother in this squad will find their happily ever after and forever love.
I can’t wait to read Snake’s book next. Excited to see what type of lady matches with the smart ass.

Good instalove story win or lose.
Good read with well developed characters and an intriguing storyline.
Lauralynn- a very independent young woman who can hold her own in a world dominated by men. If only she felt that way and it wasn't just a mask she wore for work.
Cyrus- just back from Iraq he is the lead foreman of his own construction project. Six months into the project tragedy strikes.
Will Cyrus be able to navigate this situation for a win-win? Or will he lose it all?

I thought this was an interesting story which showed Cyrus's character really well. The connection between Cyrus and Lauralynn was believable and lovely to read. I like the little links to the previous books in this series and the hints to future ones.

This is another sweet and entertaining book from Pandora Snow. It can be read as a stand-alone, but you can also follow the lives of a number of veterans and how they learn to move past the trials they experience in the military and how they readjust to civilian life. Great read!

Another great short and steamy read in the M.E.D.I.C.S series. Cyrus is my favorite so far. He seems like a genuinely nice guy. There is a little bit a drama at work for Cyrus and Lauralynn to fight through to get to their happily ever after. Overall this was a well written and enjoyable story.

YES! This M.E.D.I.C.S. series is so good. These men are all stellar guys. Cyrus is one of them. Just a great, all around wonderful person. Lauralynn saw it even though they professionally clashed in their first meeting. This is their very entertaining short story. Loved it! I recommend them all.

True love always wins
Another great story about ethics, respect and truthfulness. Cyrus was his usual steadfast self as he tries to unravel the chaos caused by his boss without losing Lauralynn, the love of his life.

Book 5 of M.E.D.I.C.S is another instalove story full of instant mind blowing chemistry between Cyrus and Lauralee and drama involving her father as only a Pandora Snow novel will entail! I received an ARC for an honest review.
