One of the more bizarre things about this book (and related books like Plague of Corruption) is that they've spawned a host of explanatory volumes.

There are at least two "summaries" of Ending Plague that have been published, and even a "Workbook for Ending Plague".

What is it that creates a need for Cliffs' Notes versions of these books?

It's probably good that people are wasting less money on the abbreviated versions. But the views they express are available online for free, and can pretty much be summarized as: "My career has stagnated/spiraled downhill not because my peers view my work as weirdly out of touch, motivated by crankery and/or prone to sloppiness or outright deceit, but due to mass corruption and conspiracies on the part of everyone else but me."

Excellent book!

I have read Dr. Judy Mikovits’ other books. They are all well researched. While I might not totally understand all the chemical and medical journal I agree there is much too much corruption in the medical research field, Big Pharma included. Wake up people and take control of your own health!

Conspiracy theory nonsense comprises the majority of this book. Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine are ineffective against SARS-CoV-2 based on double-blind randomized clinical trials with inert placebo. Only pseudoscience promotes these useless drugs and disregard real SARS-CoV-2 drugs: fluvoxamine, Molnupiravir, Paxlovid, etc.

Judy Mikovits is a former scientist who has fabricated scientific data in her 2009 Science paper about XMRV, which are lab contaminants. She has zero insight into the pharmaceutical industry, which she tricked back in 2009 into producing fake antiretroviral drugs for ME/CFS. Ignore this propaganda book written by a charlatan.

A Book of Heroes

Doctors Frank Ruscetti and Judy Mikovits are heroes, telling the truth to power. Kent Heckenlively is a great writer who has brought us the human as well as scientific context of these doctors’ important contributions to the health of the human race. If you’re a scientist, read this book critically and, if you don’t know already, seek to fully understand how government health agency corruption is undermining research that is killing careers and people. If you’re a layman, work to understand the toll this corruption is taking on you and your family. Highly recommend.

Reading this book on a kindle eReader. Fasinating insights to our current health problems and the vaccine issue. By two people who have been involved in virology for over 40 years. The charge is that big pharma and government health agencies are more interested in covering their tracks, building large research teams, winning prizes, and raking in profits than in finding cures for diseases and our overall health.

Second, a lot in this book makes sense, although it is very weighty, it was worth my time and I believe worthy of everyone's time. I hope you give this a read. Sure opened my eyes.

Tym razem autorzy przedstawiają wewnętrzny portret amerykańskiego środowiska naukowego; spostrzeżenia na temat sukcesów i porażek nauki, które mogą otworzyć oczy społeczeństwa. Znajdziecie tu nigdy wcześniej nieujawnione informacje o osobowościach i napięciach, które były trzymane w największym sekrecie i motywowane dbałością o zdrowie publiczne. Sporo też informacji na temat praktyk stosowanych w środowisku naukowo-medycznym w USA, w tym tępienia i wyzyskiwania młodych naukowców, zwłaszcza zaś kobiet, nieuczciwości Big Pharmy i błędów w badaniach naukowych, nadużyć koncernów farmaceutycznych, tłumienia wszelkiego rodzaju opinii niezgodnych z „jedyna prawdą”; tuszowania i naciągania wyników badań oraz odkryć w celu uzyskania jak największych zarobków kosztem ludzkiego zdrowia.

Wielu z góry przekreśla to dzieło przylepiając mu (a pewnie raczej powtarzając, nie poznawszy albo nie zrozumiawszy treści) etykietę teorii spiskowej, którą od wielu lat korporacje farmaceutyczne i ich płatne papugi stosują i do autorki. Problem w tym, że za tezami zawartymi w tej książce stoją nawet nobliści, że wspomnę choćby jedynego dwukrotnego laureata indywidualnej nagrody Nobla Linusa Carla Paulinga. Należy też podkreślić, że wielu z tych, którzy przykleili, głównie Judi, łatkę outsidera i twórców teorii spiskowych, zostało później skazanych, również w procesach karnych, ale raz przypiętej etykietki tego typu praktycznie nie można się już w XXI wieku pozbyć, gdyż to wiek internetu i płatnych trolli. I odwrotnie – łatki geniusza, czy też genialnej metody, nie sposób odkleić, jak choćby w przypadku Egasa Moniza (twórcy mody na lobotomię) i jego nagrody Nobla, a nawet jeśli uda się udowodnić szkodliwość kolejnego cudownego leku (czy procedury), wcześniej przez lata jest on sprzedawany i ignorowane są wszelkie sygnały ostrzegawcze.

Zasadnicze pytanie brzmi – skąd pewność, że jeśli stosujemy ludzkie wirusy na tkankach zwierzęcych do opracowania leków, to wirusy z tkanek zwierzęcych nie znajdą się w gotowym produkcie, zwłaszcza jeśli weźmiemy pod uwagę, że te wirusy dla zwierząt mogą nie być groźne, więc nie ma wiedzy czy i jak ich szukać podczas ewentualnych procedur kontrolnych. Wspomniany laureat nagrody Nobla obawiał się, że na analogicznej zasadzie szczepionki mogą zostać zanieczyszczone bakteriami pochodzącymi z roślin, co zresztą się potwierdziło.

Dzieło ma kilka warstw, co nie ułatwia lektury, gdyż konstrukcja całości nie wygląda na udaną - warstwy popularnonaukowa, historyczna i osobista są wymieszane, w moim odczuciu bez przemyślanego planu. Dodatkowym utrudnieniem dla osób, które nie czytują literatury czy prasy popularnonaukowej, jest duża ilość tego typu informacji i specyficznego żargonu dotyczącego medycyny i biochemii. Przemieszanie historii i naukowych teorii oraz osobistych perypetii, zwłaszcza Judy Mikovits, i jej żalu, choć uzasadnionego, do tych, którzy niszczyli jej karierę, może zniechęcać do wnikliwego i otwartego podejścia do pozostałych aspektów książki, które stanowią wielką wartość tego opracowania.

Zawarta w dziele historia zmian prawnych zainicjowanych w USA, psujących tradycyjne systemy wzajemnej kontroli w nauce, a zwłaszcza w farmacji, i otwierających drogę korupcji w świecie nauki, wyjaśnia, jak to było możliwe, że mechanizm odkrywania wiedzy w branży został zawłaszczony przez ideologię i korupcję w wyniku czego, jak ostrzegają autorzy, naukowcy, zwłaszcza pracujący nad zagadnieniami kluczowymi dla przemysłu farmaceutycznego, zmieniają się w skorumpowanych strażników dogmatów medycznych korzystnych dla wyników finansowych korporacji farmaceutycznych. Coraz większa rola biurokratów w świecie uczonych, zwłaszcza w medycynie, blokująca projekty potencjalnie przełomowe, ale o małej szansie powodzenia, prowadzi do wypaczenia tej dziedziny nauki.

Nauka powinna być stawianiem pytań, budowaniem hipotez i ich weryfikacją, nie powinna być zaś tym, czym staje się w medycynie, w szczególności farmacji, a zwłaszcza w produkcji szczepionek, czyli zbiorem propagandy, cenzury, dogmatów, korupcji i wielkiego biznesu, tajemnic i prawnego gwarantowania bezkarności.

Jeśli ktoś postrzega świat tylko przez pryzmat reklam, propagandy i własnych marzeń o zaufaniu do władzy i autorytetów, to na pewno ta książka może sprawiać dla niego wrażenie teorii spiskowej, gdyż stoi w opozycji do wizji zaangażowanych lekarzy i farmaceutów mających na celu tylko dobro pacjentów. Jednak poznawszy choćby pobieżnie i fragmentarycznie historię medycyny widzimy, że zabobony, a później dogmaty i błędne teorie, trzymały się w niej zawsze mocno, a każdy nowy pozytywny trend był gwałtownie i zaciekle zwalczany, zaś jego orędownicy atakowani wszelkimi możliwymi środkami. Polecam choćby znane opracowanie Jürgena Thorwalda „Stulecie chirurgów” i historię początków aseptyki i antyseptki czy narkozy wziewnej. Wtedy jednak, czyli do XX wieku mniej więcej, powodem zwalczania pozytywnych nowości była głównie głównie małostkowość „autorytetów” oraz kompleksy, ograniczenia i faktyczne braki w inteligencji gwiazd medycyny. Jednak te indywidualne motywy, choć nadal mają się dobrze, obecnie zostały zasłonięte przez pazerność korporacyjną. Przemysł farmaceutyczny oferuje pokusy, którym naprawdę trudno się oprzeć, gdyż są to poziomy korupcji przekraczające budżety niejednego państwa.

No i pozostaje sprawa najważniejsza, której większość społeczeństwa nie jest świadoma. Produkcja szczepionek jest jedynym rodzajem działalności ludzkiej, która stoi całkowicie ponad prawem. Można się sądzić z każdym – z politykiem, prezydentem, lekarzem i szpitalem, ale nie z producentem szczepionek. Doszło do tego najpierw, w latach osiemdziesiątych, w USA, a potem ta zaraza rozprzestrzeniła się na cały świat. A dlaczego stało się to akurat wtedy i w Ameryce? Bo wtedy właśnie suma złożonych pozwów o odszkodowania przerosła planowane dochody ze sprzedaży szczepionek. Gdyby producentów szczepionek nie postawiono ponad prawem, musieliby zamknąć swe firmy.

Czy gdy ktoś domaga się kontroli bezpieczeństwa produktów spożywczych wyszydza się go jako antyspożywczaka? Czemu wystarczy zadać jakiekolwiek pytania w sprawie szczepionek, nie wspominając o krytyce ich jakości, by od razu uzyskać etykietki antyszczepionkowca i oszołoma? Czy nie ma żadnej różnicy między kwestionowaniem idei szczepionek a poddawaniem w wątpliwość ich jakości i bezpieczeństwa?

A teraz wystarczy pomyśleć, co by się stało, gdyby zwykłych producentów nie kontrolowały instytucje nadzoru i system prawny (odszkodowania). Jaka byłaby jakość i bezpieczeństwo towarów? Niektóre korporacje, jak znany producent drukarek, znane są z tego, iż systematycznie łamią przepisy i są gotowe płacić milionowe a nawet miliardowe kary i odszkodowania, gdyż w pogoni za zyskiem są gotowe na wszystko. Jak by się zachowały, gdyby postawiono je ponad prawem, zwolniono z wszelkiej odpowiedzialności i zniesiono wszelką kontrolę? Czy nie jest raczej teorią spiskową wiara, że zwolnieni z wszelkiej odpowiedzialności, pozbawieni wszelkiego nadzoru producenci szczepionek, których dokumentacja stała się tajemnicą niedostępną nawet dla organów wymiaru sprawiedliwości, będą w imię dobra pacjenta stawiać jakość i bezpieczeństwo produktu ponad własnymi zyskami?

Tę książkę, podobnie jak „Pandemię kłamstw”, należy obowiązkowo przeczytać i odrzuciwszy wszelkie wcześniejsze założenia przemyśleć, ale tylko po wcześniejszym poznaniu, chociaż fragmentarycznym, dotychczasowej historii medycyny. By mieć pogląd na mechanizmy w środowisku medycznym polecałbym na początek dwie pozycje – wspomniane „Stulecie chirurgów” (okres indywidualnych strażników dogmatów naukowych w medycynie) i „Opiatową epidemię w USA” Sama Quinonesa (to już epoka korporacyjna).

Francis W. Ruscettin, Judy A. Mikovits ja Kent Heckenlively ”Ending Plague: A Scholar's Obligation in an Age of Corruption” paljastuskirja on kiehtovaa luettavaa, jos on kiinnostunut lääkejättien ja niitä valvovien viranomaisten väitetystä korruptiosta. Mikovits kertoo viehättyneensä tarinoista, jotka paljastavat järjestelmällisen korruption ja petoksen, ja siinä hän tuntuu olevan aivan periksiantamaton.

Olen lukenut muutaman Mikovitsin kirjan, ja hän on varsinkin retroviruksiin erikoistunut huippututkija, jonka työparina toimi toinen alan uranuurtaja eli Ruscetti. Heckenlively puolestaan on hoitanut sisällön toimituksellisen puolen monissa kaksikon teoksissa. Kirja on siinä mielessä kiintoisa, sillä myös Covid 19 -manööveriä taustoitetaan hyvin, ja Nobelisti Luc Montagnier saa myös paljon tunnustusta, sillä tutkihan hän jo 1950-luvun lopulla RNA-teknologiaa ja selvitteli jo tuolloin virusten monistamista soluissa ko. menetelmän avulla.

Opus jakaantuu kahteen osaan, ja ensimmäisessä kerrotaan Ruscettin elämän ja uran vaiheista, ja samoin tapahtuu myös Mikovitsin osalta kirjan toisessa osassa. Vuosikymmenet vierivät ja koronaepidemiasta tutuksi tullut kulttijohtaja Anthony Fauci saa täyslaidallisen korruptiosyytteitä niskaansa. Kirjassa käydään melko lailla yksityiskohtaistesti läpi yhdysvaltalaisten viranomaisorganisaatioiden vaiheita aina 1980-luvun alkuvuosilta saakka, jolloin rokotefirmatkin vapautettiin korvausvelvollisuudesta. EPA, NIAID, NIH ja HHS johtajineen ankaria syytteitä osakseen näiden harjoittaman mustamaalauksen ja painostamisen ohelle. Varsinkin Fauci ja Gallo saavat kitkerimmät kritiikit osakseen.

Judy Mikovits oli aikansa samassa laboratoriossa tutkimassa HIV-virusta ja siihen kehitettyjä rokotteita ja muitakin vastaavia, jolloin hän löysi niin sanottuja retroviruksia (esim. XMRV eli xenotropic murine leukemia virus-related virus). Ne ovat rokotteiden aiheuttamia sairauksia, sillä ne lisäävät osan geeneistään ihmisen geeneihin, ja nämä geenit puolestaan aiheuttavat syöpää. Mikovits julkaisi löytäneensä ennen SARS- CoV-2-rokotteen julkaisua Vero E6 viherapinan muokatun munuaissolulinjan geenejä, joten Mikovits pitää koronaa pikemminkin apinaviruksena eikä lepakkoviruksena. Valtavirtamediahan rummutti aikoinaan, että muka jostain sairaasta lepakosta Wuhanin eläintorilla Kiinassa olisi tämä katastrofaalinen virus päässyt leviämään, vaikka todennäköisempää lienee virustehtailun alkuperän olleen yhdysvaltalaiskiinalaisen laboratorioyhteystyön tulosta.

Kirjassa esitellään myös monia muita rokotteiden aiheuttamia haittoja, joita aiheuttavat esim. elohopeapohjainen thimerosal sekä hiirien aivokudoksissa kasvatetut poliorokotteet ja sekä nykyisten koronabuustereiden vakavat epäpuhtaudet jne. Mikovits suositteleekin hyväkuntoisille oman immuunipuolustusjärjestelmän voimaharjoittelua eli altistamista tarttuvalle virukselle, sillä vahvistaahan se oman elimistön omaa vastustuskykyä ja luo turvaa tulevia variantteja vastaan. Tarjoileepa hän vielä suosituksen katsoa dokumentaristi Mikki Willisin elokuvan ”Plandemic: Indoctornationin”, jossa Jydyllä on merkittävä rooli myös.

Reading this book early in the Covid19 pandemic helped me to see through many of the lies surrounding the pandemic (media, health officials, ...) and it helped set me down the path of learning. After reading the entire "Plague series" by Heckenlively and Mikovitz I started looking into "the science", reading study after study and to this day I haven't stopped doing that.

Would absolutely recommend reading this book.

Disease X is a thing

Being a nursing student I have always devoured pubmed. Seeing Judys work. Now Pubmed is 1984/ You have to buy books on Amazon to even find out what was discovered. You follow a long journey of understanding disease x and how science has truly been infiltrated with lemmings. All of these scientists are inspiration. Respect to Luc who had great opinions before his death on what was going on in the virus world. Great read.

Extremely Informative

Because of the climate regarding this subject, I hesitate to elaborate too much on my opinion of this book (though it should be evident based on the fact that I gave it 5 stars!), except to say that as usual, Dr. Mikovits explicates a difficult subject, shedding light on issues that are being swept under the proverbial rug and/or ignored when they should be heeded.
