USA TODAY bestselling author Stephanie Bond was seven years deep into a systems engineering career and pursuing an MBA at night when an instructor remarked that she had a flair for writing and suggested that she submit to academic journals. But Stephanie, a voracious reader, was only interested in writing fiction–more specifically, romantic fiction.
Upon completing her master’s degree and with no formal training in writing (her undergraduate degree is in computer programming), she started writing a romance novel in her spare time. Two years later in 1995 she sold her first manuscript, a romantic comedy, to Harlequin Books.
In 1997, with ten sales under her belt to two publishers, Stephanie left her corporate job to write women’s romantic fiction full-time. In 2011,
Stephanie launched a self-publishing business. Since that time, she has sold more than 1 million copies of her own books. To-date, Stephanie has published over 70 novels and has over 6 million copies of her work in worldwide distribution in numerous languages and formats.
This kindle e-book novella is from my Kindle Unlimited account book three of six
Mallory is being sued by three different groups over the lottery winning. She wins the first, losing the second, and is waiting on the third. Then her sister shows up?
I would recommend this series and author to readers of romantic family and friends relationships adventure novels 🐶😮. 2024 👒😃
The series is still going strong, and Mallorie's struggles continue. I like how pretty much every expected pitfall is making an appearance. I'm expecting more misery in the next book, but the author will probably throw our MC a bone of some sort by the end of part 4. Maybe something bittersweet that will technically be an improvement to her circumstances, but something emotionally complicated. That's what I foresee to get the ball rolling on a positive character arc.
These daily serial sets are always enjoyable. In this one, Mallory Green is working three jobs to take care of the bills she has amassed with her husband. She thinks she finally has caught a break. But things don’t quite go as she thought they would.
This is part 3 of 6 part daily serial, part three is September.
Loving the concept of this daily serial, in LOTTERY GIRL, a young woman (Mallory) who's unlucky in life, in love, and in fortune hits the jackpot! But can money truly buy happiness?
I'm very much enjoying Lottery Girl so far, there’s plenty of drama and entertaining moments, I think Mallory maybe seeing the error mistake of making such hasty expensive purchases, especially in light of the 3 law suits. Buying a massive mansion in middle of no where, just madness, although I think she was talked into it by a certain person. Well hopefully Mallory will continue to see the error of her ways and start to make amends.
I do love that they are short, quick reads, heading straight into part 4 which is the month of October.
Great writing, but left me feeling sad for Mallory. She seems to be on a downward spiral, Then the Lottery winning doesn't seem to be changing the direction. I hope next month will be better for her.
Part 3- stuff is going down for Mallory as she is sued for money from the customer at the convenience store and slimy Trent. Her diner friends are still mad and have a lawsuit. A weird man seems to be “stalking” her. Ryan seems fishy. And now a long lost sister?!? Whoa!

Love visiting the daily life of lottery winner Mallory Green. Things aren’t going her way (no surprise there) but hopefully her luck changes! Loved getting to visit Jack Terry, Atalanta PD, from the Body Movers series and Bond’s other serials!
This series is a daily serial that runs July-December in monthly sections. This book is September. It is a fun style. Mallory Green works 3 jobs and her husband is between jobs so they are in debt. Mallory's luck changes, both good and bad. Can't wait to see what happens next month!
I've always wanted to know what would happen if you won the lottery and thanks to Stephanie Bond I don't have to wonder any more. Can hardly wait to see what happens next.
I honestly want to give this book 4 stars because things are going so poorly for Mallory, but I won't! The writing is great. The stories are quick. I find myself laughing. Like others though, I really hope things start to turn up for Mallory soon!
There are so many errors in this book. There are D's instead of numbers, there are spelling errors and so many grammatical errors. These things really irritate me.
