Adventuring Together

Rate this book
After breaking up with my boyfriend I was left with no way to get to the D&D convention in New Mexico. Thankfully my adventuring group came to my rescue, but the road trip with Jax, Eli, and Chase turned out to be more than I expected... not that I was complaining. I was more than willing to take our adventuring from online, to the bedroom. This is an everyone-loving-everyone (all four people are involved with each other with MM, MF, and MMMF scenes) novella of approximately 38,000 words. THERE IS D&D ROLEPLAYING IN THIS BOOK. You don't need to really have any knowledge of D&D as we did our best to explain things, but there are several scenes where they play the game.

Short cute and a little nerdy story about a D&D group who played online together for two years and meet the first time in real life. They go on a road trip to a convention. And they start a real life adventure with this trip. It was a quick read. Even if the D&D RPG were a topic, it wasn't that much and I could follow it without RPG experience.

A good read.

Not really Into gaming books. This one was good. I enjoyed it. The characters, the gaming portion was easily explained so I didn’t feel left out it was a good read.

I loved this book! It was sweet, cute, short, and best of all nerdy with very little drama. I've been reading some darker books lately, so this was a very welcome break from agnst and drama. Plus the campaign scenes were awesome! I liked that it was a quick read, but I also wouldn't complain to learn more about their HEA and see more of their campaign because I'm a nerd.

I loved how everyone just clicked once they talked some things through. Even though this is the only gaming book I saw by these authors, they definitely made me want to check out other books by them. Although they didn't go into complete detail about everyone's backgrounds, you learn enough about each of the characters to relate to and fall in love with them. I completely recommend reading this if you like poly relationships between three guys and a girl and D&D.

I love reading RH/poly where the characters are all adults. While I am not a gamer, I also really loved grown adults who were still passionate about gaming. We usually only see kids being allowed to love these games. Plus, I feel like I have a smidge of understanding about D&D now :D

I wouldn't have minded getting to know these characters a bit better, but it was a sweet read even if pretty quick. I absolutely would recommend it.

Awesome read

This was such a great book! Fun, nerdy, and deliciously spicy. It's my first rh with mm in it but it's definitely made me realize I was hesitant for nothing. This wrapped up nicely, but I'm a gluten and want a a series.

Cute

This is a cute story about people who love each other. I liked how Laurel brought the guys together. The D&D aspect was a great addition to the story.
