I loved you yesterday, I love you today, and I’ll love you tomorrow -- whether you’re here with me or waiting for me among the stars.

Known to the Hell’s Handlers Motorcycle Club as Mama V, Cassie is living a full life she could never have possibly dreamed of, growing up in a wealthy, loveless, and miserable household.

With her family and beloved husband Viper at her back, she’s survived loss, club rivalries, injuries, and illness.

Now, she’s coping with the challenge of a lifetime, one she can never defeat but must learn to accept and survive no matter how difficult.

Faced with life-changing tragedy and decisions on how to move forward, Cassie can’t help but reminisce on the events of the past that led her to her Hell’s Handlers family, starting with the fateful day she met Viper.

Had it not been for him, Cassie’s life would have taken a drastically different and possibly deadly course.

Have the tissues ready because you’re going to need them with this very emotional read! I was prepared because I had read SCREW but if you haven't be warned you will need at least a half of a box if not more of tissues.

We start off with the Present day and Cassie, Mama V, preparing for one of the hardest days in her life, I'm tearing up just thinking about it, and she starts to recount how she and Viper met and WOW what a story it was!

This book spans over the 30+ years of Viper and Cassie's relationship, from the first time they locked eyes with one another to the present day. This beautifully written story shows us their powerful chemistry and an undying love for one another.

❝I loved you yesterday, I love you today, and I’ll love you tomorrow whether you’re here with me or waiting for me among the stars.❞

How beautiful are those words...I mean swoon worthy for sure, and honestly every time I read them I start to cry. Just so beautiful.

This is one of those epic love stories that we all hope to have, it may not have started off the best way but we all meet the person we are supposed to be with at the right time and for Viper and Cassie it was absolutely the right time. Get ready to fall in love with Viper and Cassie, but remember have the tissues ready!

Happy Reading!!!

Viper was the ninth book in the Hell’s Handlers MC series by Lily Atlas. The series should be read in order.

I’m a huge Atlas fan and a fan of the series but I had read over seventy five books since reading Screw (book eight) and it didn’t dawn on me who Viper was until I read the first page. And I knew immediately this was going to be a tough journey, but one well worth it.

For the storyline, Atlas took us back and forth from the present to the past and eventually catching up for the future. It was gripping. I’ll save the long review only to say Viper and Cassie’s love was transcendent and Atlas summed it up well with “I Loved you yesterday, I love you today and I’ll love you tomorrow, whether you are here with me or waiting in the stars.”

Wow!!

The feelings! My guys the feelings. This one I knew would hurt but still it was so deep. The alternating timelines gave us so much joy and pain all mixed into one. The extreme highs gave way to painful lows but it was so needed and important a story. I’m so damn glad that I finally got to this beauty.

#StoryTyme: Back in April I got the opportunity to read an ARC of Screw: Hell Handler’s MC #8) and I knew then I was going to (semi) binge every word this woman has every written. Before Screw even published I had already read the first five books in this series. By the time Viper came along I was caught up and I don’t know if it’s because I had just read all these different journeys back to back or what, but I cried like a new born baby thru most of Viper

This is a memoir book. It’s a retelling of sorts of Cassie’s and Viper’s love story; the good, the bad, the heartbreaking, the heart-soaring and everything in between. Theirs was a love for-the-ages and I have to give mad props to Lily for gifting us with not only her talent but with this journey. Thank you!

Outstanding Love Story!!

This is Viper and Cassie's love story and what a story it is. The very beginning of the book left me devastated. Yep, keep those tissues handy but throughout the book this author mended my broken heart. This was an extraordinary story that took me through the very beginning of Viper and Cassie's meeting and followed with them throughout their lives all done biker style.

I loved that we got to follow this amazing couple from the very beginning to a ending without end. I highly recommend this book...this series!

I really enjoyed this story and we loved revisiting with Dax and his old lady and all the members of the MC.

We loved that things finally came full circle and that past issues were finally being addressed and justice was being served in order for one to be finally able to put their past behind them.

The the story was gripping and intense and a story plot that keeps evolving to the point you never knew what would be happening next and as always the story had a cast of amazing characters.

Overall it was a story that kept you glues to the pages the entire time. We loved that Dax Marshall was a man

who was willing to go to great lengths to protect his club and the ones he loves. We loved seeing a softer side of Dax especially when it came to his daughter and his wife. We loved that the members of this club showed us just what lengths they were willing to go just to protect their president in return.

And finally, we loved seeing Angel get the one thing she felt she was missing from her life and her story that was one that melted my heart. We loved seeing that Dax and Angel were still the perfect couple and even more in loved than ever before. We loved that this author chose to go back and revisit this couple as they are the true backbone of there club and one of my favorite MC couples.

A fantastic read for us!

A trip down memory lane

A trip down memory lane and then some. Get ready to laugh and cry. This is an emotional book and a look back at the life of Viper and Cassie from the beginning. If you haven’t read this series what are you waiting for?? I wouldn’t read this book without reading the others first. This series just keeps getting better and better. Thank you Lilly for providing me with an advanced copy of this book.

I absolutely loved this book!! Finally we get Viper and Mamma V’s story. Even though Viper is no longer with us it was emotional to hear Cassie reminiscing about how her and Viper met and their journey. This is a heart wrenching and emotional story have the tissues on hand.

I'm finally returning to this series I started awhile back... these last books were not out yet and now the series is complete. This is Viper and Cassie's, Momma V, book.

This goes back to where Viper was a young adult and had just finished prospecting into the club his Dad was the President of. Sorry but at this moment I don't remember the name of the club...lol.
Anyways he and his best friend have just become patched members and was finding something the club was into that he had never known. Mad, pissed off, hatred towards his Dad and the club he and his best friend save a life and get out of town.
They go to where Vipers buddy was going to prospect before he came to Viper's town.

This book is about Viper and his life and Cassie's life together. The good, the bad and the ugly.
There's a good bit of sadness to this book also.... I don't usually read books that makes me cry but it was only a little and not bad.

Two more books of this series.
There's more triggers of almost rape, abuse, sex, and violence.

I thought I was upset and sad when I finished Screw, but after I read this one... No words

If you have read the previous book you will understand why this book was, according to me so necessary. Reading Cassie and Viper's story really was a true love story that will make you fall in love with this authors books.
I actually haven't read a book this year that I have actually cried when I read the story. And this one was definitely the one. Cassie and Viper's love story was such a crazy painful heartbreaking ride, but so worth it. And made me fall in love with this series all over again❤ ❤

This was a very emotional book for me (happy in some places, but most of all very sad). I really liked Viper and really wanted to love his book. I did not. There was something off about his story and I can't really pin my finger on it. Cassie was just OK for me. I know that it was a different kind of book since you knew that it was gonna be a flashback story, since Viper was killed in Screw's book while saving Jazz. I thought that Vipers and Cassie's earlier life was interesting, but it kind of fell short. I felt it was more about Sarge. It didn't really reveal why they didn't have children; I don't know....... I just wanted more. I didn't need to have Cassie reflect on how much she was loved or how much she loved him I thought after awhile it just became forced. When I first started this series I didn't even know who Viper was. His character was not even in each of the other brothers' books and he was the VP. I always thought when I started this series that there wasn't enough older brothers to the club and now I'm left more curious as to where they all went (i.e., Cassie mentioned her best friend Marilyn; what club brother did she belong to?) What really summed it up for me and really disappointed me was the Epilogue of this book because it was all about Jazz, Screw and Gumby and I absolutely hated this couple and their book. So if their HEA was the moral of why Viper gave up his own life selflessly it fell flat for me and I wish he didn't do that because all he did was leave Cassie alone with her memories and her fighting to get her life back together not only after losing him, but having to recover from her cancer treatments alone. And for me, that didn't give me the warm fuzzies.

I knew, before I even got started, that this book was going to leave me in tears, and I was right. I was just a few pages in, and had tears streaking my face. But there were more than a few times, while reading their story, that Viper and Mama V had me laughing and crying at the same time! This story isn't your typical HEA romance. Nope, this one is a romance for the ages, one that reaffirms that HEA can be for always, and that true love can even transcend the finality of death!

This story starts with tragedy, and ends with the promise that life does go on, even after heartache. This is the story of how a life long love got started under the craziest of circumstances, and how they made it work, even when times got tough and they didn't think they could find a way. Viper and Cassie are the heart and soul of the Hell's Handlers MC, and their love was one that was an inspiration for all of the generations that followed. Even through all of the tears, I'm still so glad I read their story!

I'm gonna start this review with this quote..
I loved you yesterday, I love you today, and I'll love you tomorrow whether you're here with me or waiting for me among the stars. Viper loved Cassie with everything he was. This quote right here is just one of the reasons you will fall in love with this man. Yes he could be a hard man, but when it came to Cassie his world became complete. They fit perfectly together and nothing could tear them apart. Every person needs to find someone who feels this exact same way about them. This book takes us back to the very beginning of these two. From their very first meeting to their heartbreaking good-bye. Viper and Cassie's story is one about true unconditional love. They worked for it and on it for years. Neither one was more important than the other.. Well that is not completely true since you will see just how much Viper truly adored Cassie.
I devoured this book in 1 sitting. I knew it was going to break my heart, and I knew I was going to shed some tears. Congratulations Lilly on a heartfelt roller coaster ride. I loved getting a deeper look into just how Viper and Cassie came to be.

OMG So Good. Best Love Story I Have Read In A While

This is book 9 in the Hells Handlers MC. It can be read as a stand-alone but you really need to read it the series to get a feel for this bunch of men and their woman. I really love this series. It is fun to read and listen to all the Handler’s antics. I was so wanting to read this book as soon as I have started the series. I have followed this from the beginning. I have been looking forward to reading about Viper and Cassie. This book sucked me in from the first chapter. I was not expecting it to go where it did.

Cassie and Viper have a love story for the books. They don’t meet in the most conventional way. It is told in the past and present. It is not something I would have thought I could not read while I was at work but I was wrong. I ugly cried and I was done. I didn’t want to go any further. I was in denial and I thought I was dreaming. Now, don’t get me wrong the author did an amazing job. I love her writing and I love her MC. That hasn’t changed. I just never saw this book going where it went early on.

Cassie was a force and she sucked Viper in from the moment they met. Viper felt the same way. I loved their story, their love was deep and consuming. He is her rock when she needed him the most. Viper is the best a man can be. He was so swoon-worthy I love him, and I adore him. He would do anything for Cassie and his family.

I loved you yesterday, I love you today, and I'll love you tomorrow whether you're here with me or waiting for me among the stars.

I loved this book. It was everything. My emotions went from laughing to crying and wanting to be there. It was the gamut. Just be prepared to ugly cry from the beginning. I recommend this book highly to anyone that wants to read a true love by an alpha male.

Viper was a great 5 star read and book 9 in the Hell’s Handlers MC.
I was pulled in right from the beginning.

This is Viper and Cassie’s story and I was ugly crying within the first few chapters. Be warned that you will have crying moments in several places. We go from present to past as we learn about their love story.

I loved you yesterday, I love you today, and I'll love you tomorrow whether you're here with me or waiting for me among the stars.

These two were a perfect match and reading their story was great. Lilly has done a great job telling their story from start to finish and pulling you in. Viper’s love was swoon worthy. My emotions were all over the place. I can’t say enough about this book. If you're looking for a great MC Romance I highly suggest this book and series.

A definite must read book & series!!

Ok, fair warning: this book WILL cause you to use a huge amount of tissues while reading it! It's no joke! It had me crying during the first chapter, laughing and crying throughout the entire book, and of course loving the unconventional family in the story even more when it was done. This was certainly a difficult story to read, especially knowing what a wonderful man Viper was, how much he was respected, loved, admired, and how he and Cassie (aka Mama V) were the heart and soul of the club. However, I am thrilled that it was written because it not only gives a look into the past they shared, the memories that they created together, but also the unconditional love that not even death can take away from them.
I would strongly suggest that you read the rest of the series prior to beginning this book, if you haven't already. If not, you're missing out on an amazing series with lots of awesome characters, hilarious banter, crazy antics, lots of ups and downs, but the best part is the unconditional, unwavering, and absolute love that this family has for one another. It will definitely make you fall in love with all of them, and keep wanting more!
I would definitely recommend this book, series, and exceptional author.

Reflective heartbreak

Well lily another heartbreaking story but one that deserved to be told. Got this book last night and read it immediately. Not much sleep as the story kept me awake most of the night and then woke this morning with it still in my head. We know what happened at the end of the last book, and I was devastated. This book is Cassie and vipers love story from start to end. Although the title is viper it’s predominantly told by Cassie and I wish it’s title had reflected both characters. The past and present blended together beautifully and my heart ached most of the way through it. This was a well loved couple and provided the stability, support and love for the mc as well as each other. They grew to be the parents of the club. Cassie was going through so much but still found strength to honour her man and club and deal with the unspeakable loss. Don’t know where the club goes from here but I’ll be waiting for the next book. Viper and Cassie, your love story was overwhelmingly perfect and my heart is breaking. An amazing author and I highly recommend the series.

Viper: Hell's Handlers MC Book 9 by Lilly Atlas will break your heart from beginning to end. What an emotional moving story about Viper and Cassie"s life together spanning from the first time he saved her leading up to heart wrenching ending. Mama V has become the heart and soul of the Hell's Handlers MC family with everything these two have endured during their marriage, loss, illness, wars with other MC clubs but the worst is yet to come for Cassie as Viper and Cassie was loved by all of the Hell's Handlers MC family. Loved how the story went from present to the past as the reader gets to take a wild ride with these two and the connection and strong love they have which goes beyond the grave. Your heart will break with each chapter as these two had a love that one could only wish for leaving you with these words that Viper and Cassie would say to each other: " I loved you yesterday, I love you today, and I’ll love you tomorrow whether you’re here with me or waiting for me among the stars." I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book. Congratulations Lilly you taken your readers on one hell of a emotional journey.

I'm not going to lie, I really didn't even want to write this review because Lilly Atlas seriously wrecked me completely.  I knew the fate of Viper beforehand which makes what she did to me in this book so brilliant, and yet mean at the same time.  Have those tissues at the ready before starting this story since it will punch in hard in the feels from the jump, and then going back into the past to experience their story from the beginning which was a love for the ages & over too soon.  You can't see me but there are tears in my eyes AGAIN as I write this review since I feel like I'm reading the story all over again even with just a few details.  The struggle Cassie went through in the aftermath showed not only her strength, but the pain she was living with was 100% palpable seeping through my kindle to make it hard to breathe from the sorrow. So since this is all from me, hit those one  click buttons to experience this story for yourselves, and remember to have those tissues on hand!  HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Let me start by saying when you start this book have a box of tissues by your side.

What a true love story. Boy meets girl instantly falls in love. From the moment Viper saw Cassandra they were ment to be together. Viper knew he had to give up everything he loved and believe in to save Cassandra. With the help of his friend he did and the three embarked on a new life.

Has Cassandra remembers Viper who died saving someone she takes us through their 30 years of marriage, suffering, deaths of loved. Their love stood the test of time.

ACas survived cancer , never thinking Viper would go before her. She takes us through their lives this is were the tears for me started.

These words break my heart after reading the first chapter but proved their love held no boundaries.

“I loved you yesterday, I love you today, and I'll love you tomorrow whether you're here with me or waiting for me among the stars.”

If that quote does not bring tears to your eyes, you have no heart. Lily Atlas is just an amazing romance writer. Viper was a tearful goodbye in the best way. Viper’s eulogy maybe. Also a great few into Cassie’s life before and After Viper. I loved the past/present chapters. I have wanted to know more of Viper and Cassie story since they popped up in Zach (Hell's Handlers MC #1).

Plus that bonus chapter with our favorite triad (Jazz/Gumby/Screw) was very well written and sexy as hell. Maybe we will get to see them again in Thunder’s book (Release Date TBD) Fingers Crossed!

As always, I do recommend you read the books in order (Zach, Maverick, Jigsaw, Copper, Rocket, Little Jack, Joy and Screw). It will help with context and background understand of characters. Either way Viper is 5 stars and a Re-read for me.

I had a very hard time with this book, If you read Screw you know why. If you haven’t DO NOT read this review just know it has nothing to do with the writing, Lilly Atlas is phenomenal.

Having read Screw, I know what happening and I just could not bring myself to want to go through it again, especially not from his POV, heart ache!!! I don’t like emotional books, and this is most definitely an emotional book so I took my time and powered through.

It’s a beautiful story about a fairy tale love. Besides learning Mama V and Vipers story, it was interesting to see Sarge’s story as well.

Anyway, I love this author and I love this series. I enjoyed the book for the most part, but it was hard for me to push through knowing what I know. Ms. Atlas, I don’t do emotional, can you please stop!!

This is the 9th book in this phenomenal series and is about Viper and Cassie / Mama V from the beginning when they first met and through all the trials and tribulations and unconditional love along the way. This is an emotional roller coaster journey throughout, as Cassie becomes known as Mama V to all the club members, as they experience tragedy, loss, grief, and love. This is a beautifully written tale which this author has done an outstanding job in penning, and is heart-warming, heart-breaking, emotional, humorous, and with drama, grief, loss, and tragedy. I devoured this book as soon as it hit my kindle, and I cannot wait to read more from this gifted author, whose work I highly recommend for all MC lovers.

I loved, loved, loved this book!  We finally get the story of how Viper and Mama V (Cassie) met and developed their relationship and it also gives you more background into the earlier days of the Hell's Handlers MC.  This book led me on an emotional rollercoaster which doesn't happen very often.  There were so many emotions from both their past and the present that you can't help but cry tears of both joy and sadness while you read it.  Viper and Cassie have actual true love that people can only dream about and can hope to find one day for themselves.  (Not to mention they were hot as hell for each other too!).  This series just keeps getting better and better and I can only hope that Lilly Atlas continues with this MC family.

It's taken me 2 days to be able to sit down and write this review. 5% in and I was gutted. 30% in and I was a snotty mess. Words cannot describe nor do justice to the epic love story that is Viper and Cassie. Soulmates, plain and not so simple (given the reason for their first meeting) but meant to be nonetheless. Excruciating pain and bone deep loss plagues Mama V in the days after losing the other half if her heart. Reminiscing over the last 30 years brings tears and laughter ending with a little bit of the peace that Cassie needs. Loved getting a glimpse of my favorite threesome and an idea of how Thunders story is gonna go. I loved you yesterday, I love you today, and I’ll love you tomorrow whether you’re here with me or waiting for me among the stars. 5 stars

Having followed this series through from the beginning, I knew that this book would be an emotional read, and boy was I right! The ending of the previous book, was a complete shock and curve ball. Once I began this book, well I sobbed! Can't remember doing that in quite a while, but it didn't stop me reading.
This book is Cassie and Viper's story, told in a series of flashbacks...past and present blending in perfectly. Heart warming one minute, then heart breaking the next. So emotional covering so many different aspects of grief and rememberance. Loved it. Would definitely recommend you read these books in order to get the full benefits of all the characters and storylines.
Already downloaded the next book in the series to see where the author takes us.

“I loved you yesterday, I love you today, and I’ll love you tomorrow, whether you’re here with me or waiting for me among the stars.”

Cassie met her soulmate under the worst circumstances over three decades ago. Their story began in the Pacific Northwest as two 20 something year olds realizing they would make choices that would forever change their worlds. Viper was newly patched into his family’s MC and learned of the darkness that was kept from him. He made a choice, despite his vow. They eventually settle in Townsend, Tennessee and find family with the Hell’s Handlers MC. Together they endured it all. But now Cassie is without her other half and has to figure out a way to go on.

True story. I didn’t want to read this one. I mean the hero died (not really a spoiler) in the previous book and the thought about reading about the heroine moving on was not super high on my list. But I was invested to finish the series. Really happy I went on their journey. It was epic.

Cliffhanger – no (book #9 in series)
POV - Cassie & Viper
