What an incredible book. After upsetting her dragons in the last book, Layla needs to reconnect with her dragons and re-Bind them before Hunter can wreak any more havoc, but they all need to trust each other again before that can happen. Layla spends time with each of them and I can't even begin to describe how good all those fantastic re-Binding days.were, how beautiful, how sensuous, how intimate and loving. I know you don't have to choose but with this series, it really is truly impossible. With most RH series I've read, I have a favourite but only just. All the men in an RH are usually great but one just has the edge over the others. But not this time. I love all these dragons so much that whoever is on the page at the time possesses me. #WhyChoose has never been more apt. I love Reginald, because of his arrogance, his self-assurance, and his insecurity when it comes to Layla. I love Dusk because of his confidence, his need to put everyone before himself, and his insecurity when it comes to Layla. I love Fury because of his strength, his sheer joy in the ordinary things in life, and his insecurity when it comes to Layla. I love Rhennic because of his warm and sunny nature, his need to protect, and his insecurity when it comes to Layla. I love Adrian because of passion, his single-mindedness, and his insecurity when it comes to Layla. Layla's drakes are unable to see what they bring to the Bind that makes them worthy to be part of it, and their re-Binding days give Layla a chance to reassure them and show them how much she loves them and needs them. All except Adrian, of course, who does what he always does. He pushes Layla away before she can re-Bind him and shuts everyone out to try and and deal with everything alone. The story really takes off when the others catch up with him and the subsequent events took my breath away. Everything is coming together for the next book, which is the last in this series, and after all that they have gone through and how the Bind has now been repaired, I finally think they can defeat Hunter. But it's certainly going to be an epic finale, especially after the ending of this one, and I can't wait to read it, though I will be very sad at the same time. This has been a fabulous series that gets better with each book and I'm already getting withdrawal symptoms, but Ms. Ward has plans for more series set in this world so all is not lost. I suggest you start with this series before we revisit familiar faces and meet new ones in whatever comes next. You will not regret a single moment spent in the Twilight Realm.
This is the 8th book in the series and with every book I read I always feel this is the best book yet and even though this is the 8th book, the story just keeps on getting hotter, sexier and ever more thrilling. In this book Layla is doing her utmost to gain back her lovers trust and bring all her men into the bind once again. She plans and schemes with a little bit of help from their friends, on giving each of her lovers a special day to show her great love for them, gain their trust and re-bind them. Planning something that is meaningful in an individual way for each and every one of these billionaires who have everything, is no joke but Layla puts her all into it, using her newly acquired etheric magical skills to bring them into the star bind. She manages to bind everyone accept her primary mate Adrian Rhakvir, her desert dragon of Morocco, yet even he can feel the strength the universe is now giving them through this new bind. Adrian though usually seen as self confident and suave and very capable in things concerning his intelligence seems to be having doubts where his heart is concerned. His deep feelings of inadequacy, remorse and guilt are causing him nightmares and sending him into the desert on a dangerous quest like no other, and all in order to prove his love and see himself at least at par with all the other men in the bind. However going on this quest could put all of their lives in danger apart from his own and rip the bind apart. Hunter is still manipulating Adrian and his craziness knows no bounds. The book ends on quite the cliff hanger leaving me crying out for the next book in the series! The heat is on but mainly this book focuses on emotions and love, and proves to them all that their strength lies in their bind, together they could be a force to be reckoned with!
This book was given by the author in exchange for a honest review
So, in this book we start a few weeks after Layla’s encounter with Hunter. After getting her powers back, what she wants to do is re-bind all her lovers again and apologize to them. But that is easier said than done.
It was nice to see Layla having ideas and intimate times with each one of her bound dragons, since she didn’t had much time alone with them in the last few books.
But the ending... that ending... was AMAZING. We always read about the Desert King that was transformed in stone, but nothing much was known about him. But in this book we got some backstories and some surprises that make us nervous and excited for the last book in the series! Mrs Ward you have done it again! Shame that we’re going to end this part of the twilight realm after this amazing journey! But Mrs Ward is already planning more series for the other Red Letter Hotels around the world and we can’t wait!
I have been following Ms. Ava Ward for a few months now. I have read each and every book that has been released in that time frame and I can tell you that this series has become one of my all time favorites. Ms. Ava Ward continues to astound me with the world that she continues to create around Layla and her bound men. Every last second with each of the men in this series has made me want to take a vacation in similar settings to each little moment and relax along side as I continue to read.
Every time I read one of these books, I lose track of time. I feel like each man that Layla interacts with comes to life as I read. I feel each heartbreak, every second of joy and love, every frustration with our Royal Desert Dragon Bind, and every ounce of anger at their nemesis. Five stars is not enough for this series! Recommend this book whole heartedly! Get ready for different sexy times and for all the heartbreak that will surely come at you!
This book has a different vibe from the pervious installments, but still contains the core elements that make this series so fantastical! We follow Layla on her journey to rebind each of her drakes. I felt like Layla finally learned who each of her men are fundamentally and thus her relationships strengthen. We travel to new destinations and of course there’s lots action...battles inside and out of the bedroom 😉❤️! It wouldn’t be Layla’s life if there wasn’t a healthy dose of drama and the ending leaves me wanting more! The 9th book sounds like the showdown of the millennia! Can’t wait!
Royal Dragon Renegade was soooooo awesome. once I started, I was hooked. Reading was effortless, I was drawn into the story from the first page. I love the dynamic with Layla and her drakes. Adrian is my favorite and I loved his story. I can't wait for the next book. I was given an ARC and am voluntarily reviewing it.
I received this book as an ARC. I really loved this book. I love all the characters except Hunter. I already can't wait for the next book to come out. Although I really wish that Layla's father didn't die, that is the only thing about this book I didn't like. I can already see myself rereading this series constantly. 😍😍😍😍

I was kind of dissatisfied with this book but I really enjoyed the time Layla took to spend with each of her guys. She finally has alone time with all of them though her time with Rhennic is cut short which I didn't enjoy so much. He's been kind of the odd one out this whole series so to have that time interrupted with Adrian's issue was a little bit annoying. Too, I think I don't like this whole "primary mate" concept that keeps getting thrown around. It seems to me like Layla has a deep connection with all of the guys and for different reasons appreciates them, I don't understand why there's this idea that one of them has to be primary. My preference would be that she's with them as evenly as possible but she tends to gravitate towards Adrian. My favorite is probably Reginald or maybe even Fury or Rhennic so that could be the cause. One thing that I couldn't help but think as I was reading certain parts of this book was that they were really cheesy.
Anyway, all guys and Layla have recovered their bind and it's to another level now. Time will only tell what happens next as Hunter does exactly what I thought he would which was trace Layla back to the hidden city and conquer it. Her dad is apparently dead and Nadia in critical condition. I saw that development a mile away. It does make me wonder what happened to Merkanis though since the Intercessoria were purported to all be dead that were protecting the city. I just hope he made it out alive. I like the archangel.
Adrian's quite and guardedness wasn't a help in this book but thankfully the bind traveled together to help him reclaim his bind with Layla and face the desert king. But it's incongruous that he faces the king because that's what he wanted but then turns down the kingdom. Head scratcher there. This one has lulls in the action so the pages long descriptions of what everyone is wearing and eating makes the book feel like it's dragging.
Sheer Perfection!! With words so descriptively perfect that a reader feels with her/his own senses every touch, smell, taste, sight, and sound in this stunning romance, author Ava Ward has created the nirvana of all romances in ROYAL DRAGON RENEGADE. To say this one has all the feels is a gross understatement! In ROYAL DRAGON RENEGADE Ava Ward creates ALPHA male dragons who are willing to act as one cohesive unit that can accomplish whatever they must to keep their mate, Layla, their Royal Dragon Bind, safe. Despite the fact that ROYAL DRAGON RENEGADE is the eighth novel of her reverse-harem ROYAL DRAGON SHIFTERS OF MOROCCO A Red Letter Hotel Paranormal Romance, ROYAL DRAGON RENEGADE is even better than the titles which came before it. In fact, Layla must meet with each of her mates because of something she did in the last novel in this series. She is amazed at how each of her dragon mates has enhanced their abilities because of the bind. However, ROYAL DRAGON RENEGADE focuses more on the relationships. The relationships between each drake and Layla, and the relationships between the drakes in the bind. ROYAL DRAGON RENEGADE is a full-length standalone novel, but as with the others, readers will get even more out of the story if the first seven books are read-in-order before ROYAL DRAGON RENEGADE. The characters and setting along with the complex plotlines and sublime prose all work together to make ROYAL DRAGON RENEGADE a MUST-READ romance. I leaped at the opportunity to voluntarily read an early copy of ROYAL DRAGON RENEGADE, and this is my honest, yet voluntary 5+STAR review. While each subsequent book has been touted as my favorite, ROYAL DRAGON RENEGADE surely earned that title and more. I would have awarded ten stars if I could since the only thought I could muster at its conclusion was, “Sheer Perfection!” Get your copy of ROYAL DRAGON RENEGADE today! Happy pages! 😉
…...AND IT'S ON!!!!!!!!!!!!! Royal Dragon Renegade Royal Dragon Shifters Of Morocco #8 is an exquisite balance of sex, growth, reconnection, deep rooted love and battle. Queen Layla and her bound men all kings by right, are one finally. They are a force of nature going into this final battle focused and ready to protect what is theirs. As with the books before it in the series we get some really juicy background secrets, some ah-ha moments. We get a continued look behind the curtain to really understand each partner and why they are a part of the bind. Ms. Ava Ward has me eagerly anticipating the finale. ~Queen Nuba~
Poor Layla has broken her binds with her fantastic lovers. In order to earn her men’s trust again, she must win back their love and bring her dragon out of hiding. Going off on her own to confront Hunter caused this rift, she refused to make Hunter the only bind because he only wants to use her powers to rule the dragon world. Her binds are all heartbroken at her going alone to confront Hunter without them. Layla begins a world tour to win them back and she succeeds with everyone except Adrian. Once Adrian gets his powers straight, it is not long before Hunter is ready to kill them all. On to the last book for the final battle.

The 8 book in the series is very good. Layla has to make emends with all her mates and bind them again. Her mates were deeply hurt by her. They din't understand why she left alone to find Hunter. The mate that is most hurt is Adrian but not with her, he is mad with hinself for letting her go on her mission. He will need a special type of event to forgive himself and join the bind. He migth not survive it and destroy the whole bind. What will layla do? I loved it and i was a great adventure! Hope he next book cames quickly!
I really enjoyed this book in the series because we got to see Layla reconnect and re-bind with each of her men individually. I also liked that we got to see the vulnerable sides of these fiercely protective men as they voiced their insecurities, and in the process strengthened their bonds to Layla. This book focused on their individual relationships and how everyone needs to be flexible and able to compromise in order for it to work. We also got more insight into what made her binds the men they are. Adrian has the hardest time re-binding with Layla as he harbored some deep-seated feelings of guilt and inferiority, thinking he is unworthy of Layla’s love. My heart broke for him. All in all this book was an emotionally-charged, beautifully written continuation of an incredible story and I can’t wait to see what happens next. I have a feeling book 9 is going to be explosive!
XXX! Adult content, reader discretion advised! I have fallen in love with Ava Ward’s Royal Dragon Shifters of Morocco series. This story of reparations lovers must make to one another when they wrong each other is sweet and heartbreaking. You know those stories that have a beautifully awful ending that make the endings great? This book has one of those. This book is about one woman, a Royale Dragon Bind, and her five men she bonds to herself with a single enemy looking to destroy them all. Can’t wait for the next book.
This book is amazing and each one keep getting better and better. I love how Layla tries to show how much she loves and cares for each of her men by doing something unique for each of them. You really feel for her and the others when Adrian refuses to re-bind, but when you realise why it's even more heartbreaking. I did not see the ending coming at all. I was surprised and upset. It really sets up the last book and I can't wait to see what happens next.
Hot, wounding, electric, shimmering, magical, totally awesome. As always I’m blown away by the story unfolding on the pages. These stories have gotten better and better with each book. I’m enthralled by these books and can’t wait for the next one. If you haven’t started them grab yourself a copy of the first book and lose yourself in a fabulous series with awesome characters. Highly recommended.
This has quickly become one of my favorite series. Each story just sucks you into Layla’s world. Layla’s journey now is to rebind herself with her mates. Her toughest bind will be with her primary mate, Adrian as he is trying to prove his love to her before they rebind. Will she succeed before danger comes their way? I enjoyed this fantastic story. I received an arc of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I continue to be amazed with how this series keeps evolving. Layla and her drakes are hot and their chemistry continues to burn strongly. The author sure can spin a storyline that has absolutely been keeping my attention throughout the series. I look forward to reading more.
I received an early copy and am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
This is a great addition to this series. I really enjoyed reading this great pharanormal romance story full of great characters, action and suspense. I didn't want to put it down and I can't wait for the next book.
I received a review copy of this book and I am voluntarily giving an honest review
I’ve been reading this series from the beginning and I have to say that I’ve enjoyed it immensely. The books are very well written, with a unique plot. To watch the characters as they’ve evolved and become more 3 dimensional, from the first meeting to this point has been an intense and pleasurable journey. Book #8 does not disappoint. I’m definitely an Ava Ward fan due to this series.
This series is so awesome!!! I love Layla and how she fights for everything and everyone she believes in and loves. These books in the Dragon Bind are so riveting and emotional that I can’t get enough. I’m looking forward to the next book. Thank you Ava for your wonderful work.
This was one I absolutely could not out down! As Kayla went to each man to apologize and restore their bind, it was Adrian that was the most difficult, but the most important for me cause he is her true mate! He was so down and to see how this was all brought together was amazing!!! Now I am going to do stress waiting for the next book in this series!!!
I got an advanced copy of this book. Wow, just wow. Layla and the guys have to overcome upset of past actions and the thoughts of having to be worthy of the bind. Kingdoms must be fought for. In the end will they have enough to end Hunters grip on them.
A good mixture of sexy, romance and character forming.

This eighth book on this series is my favourite so far - I think I wrote the same of the previous book as well-,but the stories just keep getting better and better! I loved all of the re-Bindings of Layla and her Sirens , but my number one is Fury´s, especially the brain frost!!
Just the absolute best story. It had me captivated from the beginning with the hot steamy scenes. I really enjoyed reading this book and I would recommend it! Everything I like to read about and more. Such a great story I will read again and again. A keeper!!
O.M.G. I love this book! I loved reading about Layla and her individual men. It was such a different pace with the characters finally taking the time to spend time with each other. This book will pull on your heartstrings!
This series is masterfully written and I can’t wait for the next books. The depth and breath of the characters are amazing as well as the story. Love it to bits. Enjoy their journey
Layla and her men are back and this book is even more jammed packed full of emotions and action. The way the characters relationships develop and deepen in this book is great and the story has enough action that you don't want to put it down until it is over.
Eight books, soon to be nine, incredible love, passion, pained hearts. Five amazing men, at the very least, along with several others. One woman, in every ounce of her being, who finds the path to the stars. I thoroughly recommend this series.
I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful story this has turned out to be and I can't wait for the last book Ava Ward out does herself each and every book can't wait😊
