Coastal Fury #8
Puppetmaster
When a New York mafia family threatens Holm and his family, Ethan has to go above the law to deal with them. Unable to rely on and unwilling to implicate MBLIS, Ethan heads to New York City with a crack team, but nothing can prepare him with what all he discovers when he gets there.
Because there is more at stake than just Ethan, his old flame, Tessa Blue, or Holm's family. Someone is pulling the strings behind this and MBLIS's recent woes, and this time, the future of MBLIS is on the line. Can Ethan and his team shut down this puppetmaster, and can Holm survive long enough for him to do so?

Don't mess with MBLSS! Good look at tackling the New York mob but not without casualties while trying to protect your own. A good look at trying to stay off the books and get things done. Good interactions between characters keeping each other relatively safe while accomplishing your objective and keeping everything quiet. You will not be disappointed!

Another great book in the series.
Thhis is the 8th book in this series I have read. They just keep getting better and better. I really can't express how much I have enjoyed each one. I highly recommend these books to anyone who likes adventure books. Good character development with likable people. Great action scenes. Good dialogue. Vivid descriptions of scenes.

Another read from Matt. You're killing me Smalls though. I picked it up about 9pm last night, didn't put it down til I finished it at 1:30AM. Can't get enough of the Marston/Holm team but even better with a Jake Header appearance!

Great read!
This was another utterly engrossing book as we're all the previous books in this enjoyable series. It had all the right ingredients required to make it impossible to put down until it was finished! Can't wait for the next one!

What a great read! Romance, justice, loyalty, commitment.mental exercise for the reader. Thanks, Matt. However, please make Ethan a regular visitor and not a resident of NYC. I need him in Florida, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

Awesome!
I just finished what I hope will NOT be the last book in the series. Each book is a great read and adventure. Can’t wait!! I know the sequel will be just as good as the others.

These are excellent stories marred only by the need for a proof reader
In my opinion it is only worth writing each chapter from the point of view of a different character if you follow through.
It was a bit disconcerting when the point of view changed randomly

One of the best.
This was a great read, very hard to put down. This series of books are one of my favorites. I have read all of the books, and like the fact that each new book picks up from where the last one ended.

Puppet master
Very good book. I love the characters Marsden and Header make great tough guys. I like the suspense and the breaks in between. The relationships are clean and not a bunch of sex, good clean reading. I recommend all these stories I have enjoyed them all.

Good premise but the dialog dragged and was filled with the men smirking and the women giggling.

Can’t wait to read the next book-#9. I really like how specific Matt’s words come out. I’m on to the next book.

Book 8 in the series
A step forward in the search for Dragon’s Rogue. More funding cuts for MBLIS. A trip to New York to wreak havoc. A great story.

Excellent way to spend your time!
My favorite in this series at least up yo this point. Pirate ships, the mob, and a good storyline. You can't ask for much more.

Fine book?
Not one with much of a plot to go with it. Main character seems to keep interested to the end.
