Full review coming soon. I don't know if I want to though. I really don't want to go through the entire book again. I regret reading this.
I just finished this book and I am left speechless and not in a good way. Most of the book was the H with ow. There was descriptive sex scenes with ow, but scenes with h was glossed over. The ow was completely evil, but at the end, the ow ended up marrying a billionaire prince and becomes a princess. There is literally no comeuppance for all her evil deeds.

This is the third book in the Darlington Brothers Series. Logan works with his brothers at the successful Darlington Realty Co. His brothers Jason and Lucas have happy families and that's what he wants. After Vanessa moves in with him he realizes she's not the one. Chelsea, a beautiful client hires him to sell the Scottish Castle she inherited. He's immediately smitten and realizes she's the forever one. The drama begins when he tries to ditch Vanessa. She's not giving up easily and threatens Chelsea. A lot of drama and then some more. The book is a great one that will keep you page-turning and wanting more. The characters are amazing. If you haven't I would recommend that you not only read the first two books in the series but also, the Prequel Beginning. I read a free book via Booksprout and voluntarily chose to review it.

Logan is a womanizer, but he always respects and takes care of his women. He knows what he wants and what is more important, he knows how to get it. I liked him. And I liked Chelsea loyalty towards her father’s wishes. Three stars and a half.

Avery North has written a 5-star book. Logan has been dating Vanessa for eight months and asks her to move in with him since he feels like he is missing something in his life. Logan is into real estate and along with 3 of his brothers run the company their mother started. Now Logan gets a call from Chelsea and she has some questions for him about selling her home which is a castle. Logan and Vanessa are not getting along and when Logan meets Chelsea for the first time, he feels a connection to her. He has made arrangements to go and tour the castle and things take longer than he expected and when he gets home, Vanessa tells him they have a party they have to go to. While at the party, Logan finds out what a vile and crass person she was. He tells her that they are done and she can pack her stuff up and get out of his house and out of his life. Vanessa is not happy about this and she put out a lie about Darlington Realty saying that they are not who they say they are. Logan gets a call from Chelsea telling him that she is going to go with another real estate company. The other real estate company tells Chelsea that there are a lot of repairs to be done to the castle after Logan had told her there were only a few. She calls Logan and he comes over to check it out. Logan calls the realtor and gets him on a recording telling him what his company does to clients. While Logan is with Chelesa he asks for her to let him explain things. Once she sees a picture of Vanessa, she tells Logan that she is in her yoga call. Chelsea gets it on record that Vanessa has told a lie about what was put in the paper about Darlington Realty, after class Chelsea goes to Logan's office and plays the recording for him. Logan contacts Vanessa and tells her that he had just sent her an email and she should look at it and then call him back. A few minutes later, Vanessa calls him back and asked: "Where he got it?" Logan said not to worry about that but tells her that Lucas is having a press conference on the following Wednesday and she is to be at the press conference to rescind everything she said about Darlington Realty and him. He tells her that if she is not there, the next call he will make will be to the press and they will get a copy of the conversation that she had with Chelsea. Logan finds out that the person that was going to buy Chelsea's castle was just going to tear it down to put in a water park and Logan did not sign the papers for the sale. He went to the bank and paid for everything that Chelsea owed. He also went back to Scotland and did something for Chelesa as a surprise for her. Chelsea calls the bank and finds out that everything has been taken care of and she is clear with them.

Logan is the third book in the Darlington Brothers series. This is the story of Logan Darlington and Chelsea MacDuff. Logan feels like he is missing something in his life. He has been dating Vanessa for the last eight months so he decides to ask her to move in with him, which she jumps at. I mean after all he is a sexy as heck Darlington man and who can resist them. Logan is a realtor just like his other brothers and owns part of the family company. One day he receives a call from a woman needing to sell her home. The only catch is that it is not a regular home but an actual castle. He goes to view it and meets the owner, Chelsea.
Chelsea has inherited an estate and castle, yep an actual castle that her father built. But she is unable to pay to maintain and keep it so she has no choice but to sell it. It breaks your heart as it has so many memories tied up in it for her. She contacts Darlington Realty and Logan is sent out to look at the estate and evaluate it. He lets her know that there are some repairs that need to be made but otherwise it is a great property.
When Logan meets Chelsea he is zapped by the love bug in a huge way. But he is living with the spoiled Vanessa so nothing happens. But that night Vanessa and Logan go to a party where she is horrendous, and I do mean horrendous. Logan realizes that she is definitely not the woman for him and tells her to pack her things and get the heck out of his house, which she does. But Vanessa is spiteful and soon rumors start about him and Darlington Realty. Chelsea hears these and phones Logan to let him know she is going to go with a different Realtor and firm. Things don't quite seem right though and she contacts Logan again to ask for some help. Between the two of them they figure things out, put Vanessa in her place and more. Then there is also that Logan wants Chelsea and is determined to get the beautiful, sweet and just lovely young Scottish woman. He wants to help her and so does something that is both a surprise and the most loving act he could do for her. It seems he might have won his beautiful damsel in distress.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the third book in the Darlington Brothers series. In this book, Logan is debating if he is in love with his girlfriend and if he wants to marry her. Logan has many questions, so he goes to his brother Lucas for advice. Lucas tells him to ask her to move in with him and see if they can handle living together. Logan asks Vanessa to move in, but he soon learns she is not very easy to live with. Vanessa was born to a very wealthy family and has never had to do anything for herself. Vanessa is messy and lazy. Logan was taught to look after himself and do his own chores, so he really hates how lazy Vanessa is. Vanessa wants to get married and keeps talking about it. Vanessa wants Logan to quit the real estate business and eventually ruin her family's company. When Logan is asked to look at an estate for Chelsea MacDuff, he is instantly drawn to the Scottish beauty. Chelsea is selling her parent's home, a castle her father built, even though she doesn't want to sell, but Chelsea can't afford to keep the castle. When Logan meets Chelsea, he breaks up with Vanessa, but she doesn't take the news well and vows revenge. Now Logan wants to be with Chelsea, but she can't handle his ex and her threats. I liked Logan and think he was a good guy who really loved Chelsea. I think Logan knew Vanessa was not the one for him, but he felt like he had to stay with her. Vanessa was horrible and i think she was spoiled and needed a reality check. Logan was so thoughtful with Chelsea and wanted to be there for her in any way he could. Chelsea loved Logan, but i think she was scared to be with him. this was another good one in a great series.

It doesn't need to be read in any order to follow along but the brothers and their current lives are throughout. Each book has been getting better and better, with each new brother becoming my favorite.
Logan is so loveable. He quickly forgets about his 'love 'em and leave 'em' past when he meets Chelsea. He will do anything to have her.
The story is fun and reads fast but had me shaking my head in frustration. The road to romance is not smooth for the couple and several twists were a surprise. Vanessa as a villain was written so well. I despised her from the time she was introduced. Logan deserved better; he deserved Chelsea. We finally get a better happily ever after and can breathe again.

I really enjoyed reading Logan: Darlington Brothers Series Book 3 by Avery North because it was such a great story about Logan and Chelsea. Logan worked for Darlington Realty with his brothers and they were good at selling houses. Logan was a player and liked to play the field when it came to women. He wanted to settle down, but he just couldn't find the "right one." He started seeing Vanessa and she was itching to get married and kept dropping hints. I did not like her at all. Chelsea wanted to sell her father's castle because she was having problems making ends meet after her father passed away. She met Logan and instantly the both of them felt something. But Vanessa was jealous and was out to ruin Logan and Chelsea. I sat on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen because of Vanessa. I highly recommend reading this book and this series. Based on the cover of this book, Logan is very good looking and this is exactly how I pictured him to look like. It is a great book with a lot of steamy and passionate parts, but it also has some drama in it. Great book!!

Logan is a fantastic addition to the Darlington Brothers series ♥️ It’s a real page turner, because you are so vested in this brother’s journey!! I highly recommend this book!! I can’t wait to continue with the Darlington Brothers stories!!

I’m so glad I found this series. I have enjoyed each book immensely so far and this one was just as good as the first two. Logan has seen how happy his two older brothers are with their wives and families and he feels he is missing something in his life and wants more. His girlfriend of 8 months keeps hinting at marriage but Logan isn’t ready for that step or that Vanessa is the right one. I could hardly stand Vanessa, she is spoiled, lazy, and down right evil. In order to smooth things with Vanessa he asks her to move in to see how things go. That turned out to be a total disaster. When Chelsea MacDuff hires him to sell her families castle, he is completely captivated by her and feels the attraction immediately. The more Vanessa whines and pouts, he knows he has to break things off and soon. A great storyline and wonderful characters that capture your heart. There’s suspense, ups and downs and plenty of vicious threats from Vanessa. Can these two find their happy ever after. I loved it, can’t wait for more stories on the rest of the brothers.

Logan is a man who is happy to be with a woman who wanted him but felt incomplete he has been with Vanessa for 8 months and she is a good lover but he is not interested in getting married and told her that he was not ready but he ask her a question at dinner one night after talking to his older brother Lucas that took Vanessa's breath away and she was shocked but upset and never one to look a gift horse in the mouth she was sure she could get him to marry her. Logan realized he made a mistake with Vanessa but made no move to correct it. Then one day he met a client Chelsea McDuff who wanted to sell her home, once they met and talked they both realized they were very into each other and he realized that with this woman it was a lot more than just wanting sex. This is book three in the Darlington Brothers series. Its fast paced, steamy and probably my favorite story in the series so far. I can’t wait to dive into the next book in the series. This reads as a standalone, but I recommend reading the first books since they are all connected and are good reads.
Logan was definitely a playboy in his younger days but now he’s been seeing Vanessa for some time now. He’s really unsure about the relationship and Vanessa keeps talking about marriage. He just doesn’t see himself marrying her. He decides to move her in to his place to take their relationship to the next level. He soon realizes it’s a mistake and is miserable with Vanessa. Then he meets Chelsea and they click. He kicks Vanessa out but she’s vindictive and spoiled and soon starts making Logan and his family miserable. They need to stop Vanessa if they ever stand a chance at happiness.

Logan was definitely a playboy in his younger days but now he’s been seeing Vanessa for some time now. He’s really unsure about the relationship and Vanessa keeps talking about marriage. He just doesn’t see himself marrying her. He decides to move her in to his place to take their relationship to the next level. He soon realizes it’s a mistake and is miserable with Vanessa. Then he meets Chelsea and they click. He kicks Vanessa out but she’s vindictive and spoiled and soon starts making Logan and his family miserable. They need to stop Vanessa if they ever stand a chance at happiness.

Beware a woman scorned! Logan has problems with the woman he had asked to move in with him so he could see if they were really compatible and if what he was feeling was actually love. He determines quite early on that Vanessa is not someone he wants in his life in any way and tells her they are done and she needs to move out immediately. That does not go over well with Vanessa and she spreads lies about him and about the business he shares with his brothers. This is about the same time he meets Chelsea who is exactly the type of woman he can envision a life with but did Vanessa and her lies ruin any possibility of a future with Chelsea or will they get their HEA? I am loving this series so much!! Each storyline is different but they all have the realty business as the core element that the books all revolve around. So worth reading one after the other!

Logan by Avery North is book 3 in the Darlington Brothers Series…and has easily become one of my favorites of the series!!! It’s the story of Logan and Chelsea. He is not very happy with his life right now…it’s ok, not great. Chelsea needs to sell the home (castle) she inherited to fulfill her father’s last wish. She hires Logan. But, there is such an attraction, that things progress quickly between them. Now, stuff is hitting the fan!!!!!! How can they get through this mess???
This was such an endearing, tender story…but, the feelings are very real among all of the characters!!! Wonderfully written and moving!!! I thoroughly enjoyed this story!!! Can’t wait for the next!!!

Logan sees what his two older brothers have found with their families, and wants to settle down. Not sure that Vanessa is "the one", he asks her to move in with him. It doesn't take long to realize that she's a slob, and he doesn't really love her. Chelsea's father passed away recently. She'd like nothing more than to keep the unique castle-inspired home that he built, but she can't afford it any longer. She contacts Logan about selling it, and he's drawn to her, and he'll do anything to make her fall in love with him. I love Logan - smart, driven, looking toward his future. Chelsea is strong and beautiful, with that Scottish accent that intrigues Logan. Vanessa is a real pain, and I hate that she was able to bully Chelsea into dropping Logan. There is a happy ending to this story - for everyone!

She finds out about Chelsea and tells her to leave Logan alone or she’ll burn the castle down! Can Logan get Vanessa to back off and convince Chelsea to be with him after he found out what Vanessa had done?

This is the third book in the Darlington Brothers series. What a wonderful series this has been so far! This installment did not disappoint either! Logan works along with his brothers at his family's real estate business. He sees how his brothers have found their soulmates and how happy they are and wishes for the same. He realizes the girl he is dating is not the one and that his new client, Chelsea could very well be. The ex girlfriend is not very accepting of Logan's decision and starts to threaten Chelsea. There is some danger and drama, not to mention suspense which kept me turning the pages till the end. A fantastic story, to be sure! This is a book and a series you don't want to miss out on. I would highly recommend you pick it up!

Avery North is giving us another peak into the lives of the Darlington Brothers. This time we meet Logan, the third Darlington. Growing up it was thought that Logan would pursue some sort of a career around music but he missed his interview for the conservatory. Logan went to college for one year studied business then dropped out and got his realtor's license and joined his brothers in Darlington Realty. Logan wants what his brothers Lucas and Jason have, a wife and a family, but not just any wife he wants "the one". Before reading any of the books Lucas, Jason or Logan be sure to read the preview Beginning by Avery North to get the history of the family. The books can be read in any order.

Ok everyone has read books where there is a man with a reputation for one night stands who avoids relationships and then meets a girl who is "the one" and can't get her to take him serious. Well this book outshines all the others storylines and is a very well written story that will make you understand why Avery North is the fantastic writer that she is. When Logan meets Chelsea MacDuff he finally understands what his brothers already figured out about meeting your soul mate and then trying to convince them that you are worthy of their heart. This is really a sweet story that will keep you wondering whether Logan will get his HEA or not.

I love this series that has been written by this author and wait impatiently for the next book to come out.
It all works so well together with the first three books that have come out.
One of the characters is a real so and so and needs a good kick up the you know what. She really needs to
grow up and realise that there are more important things to life than sex and money.........lol.
I found the characters really worked very well together and I didn`t find
any holes in the plot of this book.
Also, I never found any spelling mistakes.
I do recommend this book for others that over the age of 18+

Love this series and this is the best one yet. Logan, one of the brothers that run Darlington Realty, has met a young woman who needs to sell her castle in Scotland after her dad dies. Only problem is... Vanessa... a thorn in both Chelsea and his side. The characters are strong and determined, with wonderful backstories, either really good or really bad (Vanessa). The locales of Scotland and Loch Ness are beautifully described. Tension builds when Chelsea is threatened by Vanessa and the banks are asking for their payments and taxes. You will be on the edge of your seat, crossing your fingers for these two. The ending is to die for and well worth the wait.

Great story.
I thought it started off a bit slow but I couldn't put it down, I really liked it. I loved Logan & hated Vanessa his cruel, spoilt so called girlfriend for the way she treated him but then Chelsea turned his life on its head. When he met Chelsea to see about selling her castle he knew the moment he met her that she was the love of his life & Chelsea felt the same but jealous Vanessa tried to ruin their relationship & unfortunately Chelsea gave in to her threats to leave Logan alone. Logan was not giving up on him & Chelsea being together & his plan paid off.
I can't wait for Tristan's story.

This is my favorite book in the series. Logan is living with his girlfriend Vanessa when he meets new client Chelsea. He realizes that Chelsea is the woman of his dreams and he needs to let Vanessa go, however Vanessa does not take that lying down and starts showing her true colors, an evil manipulative woman who will threaten and blackmail to get her own way. Great characters and I loved the way the author highlighted and depicted the emotions and feelings between Chelsea and Logan and their growing attraction to each other. The supporting characters and relationships between them were realistic and well done. I had fun reading this book can't wait to read more by this author.

Logan didn’t think that he would find true love like his 2 brothers did so he was trying to settle for the one person that he knew but she was to much for him. Chelsea hired Darlington reality where he worked with his brothers to sell her home because she wouldn’t be able to keep it after her father died. But when Logan knew what the man was going to do her home after buying the property, he covered all of her bills connected with her home so she wouldn’t lose it because he fell in love with her. Plus he also gave her a wedding gift that showed her really how much he loved and treasured her. Great book!

This is the third book in the Darlington Brothers series, it can be read as a standalone story. I honestly battled to get into this story, Logan's girlfriend Vanessa was really an annoying piece of work, I was extremely happy when he realized she definitely wasn't what he was looking for in a wife and partner. Chelsea MacDuff is a wonderful character, really the perfect partner for Logan.
Well-written story, pulled me in even though Vanessa was a pain, plenty of drama, loads of emotion. Wonderful characters. Can't wait for the next brother to fall hard and fast.....

Then Logan is sent to Scotland to sell a family castle for a client, Chelsea, and when he meets Chelsea he’s immediately attracted to her. He breaks up with Vanessa and drama ensues. Will Logan be able to free himself of Vanessa in order to find his happiness with Chelsea? Read and find out for yourself. Another great story in this series and one I definitely recommend.

This is the 3rd book about Darlington Brothers Realtors I have read and it's just as good as the first two. I would truly have loved meeting actual brothers like this! The 3rd Darlington is dating an entitled rich woman who ALWAYS gets what she wants. When he meets a client and sparks fly, he wants nothing more to do with the spoiled woman he has been dating. Only thing is, if the rich woman can't have him, she feels that no one can so she threatens the client and spreads falsehoods about the Darlingtons. Everything works out in the end. Highly recommended for any adult who loves romance.
