He is the author of the poetry chapbook Veyil (Sunlight) and his work has been translated into English and Kannada. Sujeesh’s poetry appears in numerous anthologies including Indian Literature (Kendra Sahitya Akademy) and Kerala Kavitha (Ayyappa Panicker Foundation). He lives in Cochin.

He received the Sachy Kavitha Puraskaram (Sachy Memorial Poetry Prize) in 2023 for his debut poetry collection, which was also shortlisted for several prestigious awards, including the Kerala Sahitya Akademi's Yuva Kavitha Award.
