Sorry but the gigantic symbols used in this book make no sense whatsoever. It is used for both "sun and partial shade flowers [sic]" and "partial shade and shade flowers [sic]". How did all the 4/5-★ reviewers miss this gigantic flop? Also, 300 pages with tons of pictures but not a single real photograph of a real flower? Colour me skeptical. More damaging is the fact that there is no proper description of how much is enough sunlight or water. Flowers do not just exist in a temperate climate, and there are wide variations between different places. Finally, no, there is no such thing as a plant that worships the sun.

A great book for an absolute beginner who wants their hand held. It is also a great read for people with limited space. The illustrations are great!
