Halloween is a holiday Phoenix really knows how to celebrate. The problem is her husband, and Rage MC do not feel the same. Hellfire MC have learnt their lesson in the past, but Drake is in no mood to accept advice. Phoenix appears to be running amok aided by Artemis, Silvie is hiding something, and Marsha is acting strange.
Add to all that? A ghost seems to have invaded Rage, and his beloved wife just kicked Drake out of their house. Halloween is about to visit Rage, the devil about to poke at fears, and Rage MC are about to receive a Halloween that not even Hellfire can protect them from.
Welcome to Rage’s Terror, their fears come to life, and a woman who knows them better than Rage knows themself.
I was born in 1974 in Dagenham, Essex, England! I moved out of Essex in 2002 and moved to South Yorkshire and then settled in Derbyshire in 2005.
I've got four sons, one daughter and seven cats! I'm still working out who is more trouble, the children or cats! My children and I love cooking together, movie nights and music.
I've written stories ever since I was thirteen but I never had the courage to publish one before. But we all know the famous song... This is me, from the Greatest Showman. It gave me courage to Indie publish and be myself! Never under estimate the power of a good song!
My favourite holiday is Halloween and I'm known as the crazy lady in my street when Halloween hits! My love of Halloween even carries over to Christmas when, alongside my big "normal" tree I also have a Jack Skeleton tree!
My favourite movies vary, Star Wars, LOTR, Pirate Movie, Amazing Mr Blunden, Phantom of the Opera, Memphis Belle., finally Olympus/London has Fallen. Music depends on my mood, country, pop, classical, even bagpipes!
Rage MC is the first series I've Indie published and lots more Rage MC books will follow. I have several other series' I'm working on as well. So you will be getting a lot more Elizabeth N Harris Books! If you have any questions please check out my website and use the contact page to contact me in a variety of ways!
Rage’s Terror follows the members of Rage MC and their old ladies in the lead up to and aftermath of Halloween. It has been a long time since I read a book that took me on such a rollercoaster of emotions. This book has some serious stories running through it which just broke my heart, and at the same time had me howling with laughter at the antics that happened on Halloween. This was one of the best balanced books I’ve read in a while, the serious stuff being lightened with the humour and was an absolutely amazing must read that I’d strongly recommend.
This made me cry with laughter at the end. Hysterically funny and much needed after the tenseness of the book. Without giving much away, my heart broke for Silvie and Calamity is a great addition to Rage. I think there will be more to the story of Frenzy, it seems to neatly wrapped up and the author doesn't seem to like wrapping things up neatly.
But the ending! actual real tears of laughter. I loved it. Chatter whimpering, Ace screaming, I could go on but this was fun and serious. And the epilogue.. what the hell?
I loved writing this, it allowed me to run riot on my favourite holiday! Terror can come in many forms, as Fish finds out. He's going to be uber protective of Marsha going forward! Silvie's fear is tangible and Gunner's fear of losing another women he loves. Apache's fear of his past and the terror we get a glimpse of. And of course at the end we have the fear of everyone involved in Rage and with Phoenix.
I hope you enjoy reading this, I enjoyed writing it!
I really dislike the Halloween books in this series. We hear over and over about what a great person Phoenix is, but she’s actually an awful bully. Deliberately finding out people’s fears and weapon is it them for kicks is screwed up. Most of these characters have significant trauma in their backgrounds and Phoenix is out here doing her best to trigger panic attacks and nightmares, and not even allowing people to opt out.
This book is hard to review. There were good things, like Lindsey and Made by Rage going gangbusters and they need to hire more to just keep up. The party that Phoe put on for everyone that was scary, but in a good way, the kind you can laugh at, once you made it through. Discovering a kid has what it takes to be a brother, or is showing promise early in the process, another potential brother sharing what the MC needs to be looking for to be a stronger club. Then there is Marsha, what a ride that was, one that I'm glad that it ended how it did.
Then there was the bad, potential prospects that didn't get it, one who is just plain evil. What the club and a precious part of escaped wasn't lost on those in the know. Then we have the drama at the end, where stupid kids do even stupider things. I hope that Phoe and Rage go scorched earth on these people involved and those that enabled them to think that actions like that were ok. It is the least they deserve. I hate how things are left open ended here, with no resolution. Glad I have the next book ready to go.
This was hysterical at the end. But to get to the end you had to run through some serious action. There was disturbing scenes in this which we know by now, Elizabeth never shys from writing about. But she tackles them with dignity. I was crying with laughter at the end of the book, so damn funny. Ace screamed.... I think that line should be immortalised.
Elizabeth's Rage MC book are often hard hitting, they leave no doubt to the reader where she wants you to go and feel. But there's often scenes of humour to lighten the darkness she tackles. This book was no different. Fantastic read.
I love love LOVE me some Rage & He'll fire. Elizabeth N Harris writing gets better and better with each novel. I laughed and I cried and I shouted at some of the characters to " SPEAK UP!!!" "TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS!!!!!!!" but alas they didn't hear me and tragedy struck. I won't give away any details you'll have to read the book to find out what happened and just how elaborate Phoenix gets with her Halloween tricks....
In this book you get the POV of all of the couple that have hooked up so far. We also get to see some new faces as the MC are looking for prospects. Although they don't realize the horror of what they allowed into their club. I did enjoy how Phoe played upon each guys fears and let them experience and unforgettable Halloween fright. What happened to Harley had me on the edge of my seat and I am anticipating the HELL that Phoe will rain down on them.
In a couple of the main books it hinted at the little novels that had the missing pieces and I'm glad I'm taking the timero read them. Even out of order they are easy to get into and see some of them in new light. Phoe has such a big heart and it was sad to see such hurt from the whole family. There was no new love interest in this one but it didn't matter it just gave more of the whole family from the series. So impressed with series
This was no stop gap book, this was a brilliant piece of writing and I thought the storyline was great. I wish other writers would pack as much into their novella's. The haunted scene in the final chapter was hysterically funny but the epilogue, holy s**t, I didn't see that coming. Can't wait for the next book.
I cannot express how much I love this book! I have loved this series, and have read them all to many times to count, but this is definitely a favorite. There is no real couple in this one, but it instead focuses on the group and the bonds that they have as a whole, which I love to see, while allowing them to have a little fun with Halloween :) Definitely read this. You won't regret it.
What I love about this series is that it’s not just following one couple—you still get insight into the group as a whole and POV’s from a variety of characters a long with side conflicts. I haven’t read many series with a rolling plot plus separate HEA’s and am loving it. Super unique and I’m surprised this author isn’t more popular with MC loving readers.
I have read each preceeding book and love the Rage/Hellfire family. From tears one moment to hysterical laughter this book makes you feel everything. I am home after surgery for a few weeks thank heaven's so I can read as much as I want. Thank you Ms. Harris for providing me much needed distractions.
Throughly enjoyed this book. Loved all the characters. Funny in so many parts. Enjoyed it very much. Look forward for more books. Kept me laughing so much in the haunted part. Loved that Gunner wanted his gun.
This was a short novella in this series. It's got all your favorite people in it again. It's Halloween and there are shenanigans. There were typos and misspelled words that detract from the flow of the book.
Thank you to Ms. Harris’s imagination and writing ability. You take me to another plane while reading your books. I love the recurring characters, family, and loyalty. I also make possible to suspend reality for make believe.
I love these books and just can’t get enough of them. So much action I couldn’t stop turning the pages. Absolute shock at the end. I’m terrified for the Michaelson family.
This book has a lot happen between a serial killer, ghosts, funny Halloween stuff then BAM the entire MC family and friends are knocked to their knees. The epilogue ends with one heck of cliffhanger.
I don't do many reviews but when a book or series has me crying, laughing and mad I feel the need to leave a review. Every book in this series so far has left me in my feels. Exceptional series, a must read.
This book is a combination of stories of the characters from previous books. Silvie and Gunner, Calamity, Frenzy, multiple pregnancies and a blow to the whole MC and Hellfire MC also.
Another great edition to the series. Plenty of action and fun throughout this book. Halloween was so funny. The ending is sad but hoping the next book has a brighter outlook for the situation. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Read Hellfire MC books first, so was at a loss as to the Rage MC until the explanations at the end of each of the characters. Now will have to start over at the beginning of that series! Enjoyed the Halloween storyline.
This was a good story! I needed this breather after binge-reading this series. Although it had its dark moments, I honestly haven’t laughed in any of the previous books, and this book had me in stitches 🤣.
If you haven't read this series you need to! The characters are great and mentioned throughout each book. The stories are so good with a love story, suspense and of course a huge family within the Rage MC. I love these stories and cannot wait to read them all!
This book had me feeling several things. Grief, sadness, hysterical, fear you name it. The old ladies being targeted again, A killer among them, babies, the Halloween escapades and finally the cowardly act at the end. No HEA here.
I can't believe that ending!! that's bullshit!! Phoe decided that since her Halloween is her fav., she will have wayyyyy 2 much fun scaring the help out of everyone. But how? Read and find out. It was interesting.
Every time the story is interrupted by the wrong, but close, word used, I'm yanked out of that universe. And, not every s needs an apostrophe! What are you teaching new readers! Plurals are s, not apostrophe s! Unacceptable
