"I have nothing to offer a woman like Cora. Not what she deserves, yet . . . I want her anyway."
I never expected to meet the woman of my dreams in a coffee shop. Especially when she’s a famous Hollywood actress and I’m nothing but an overworked, underpaid barista.
Only I already have someone special—my son. Providing for him and getting through college are my top priorities. Dating while juggling single fatherhood isn’t.
Cora Bentley deserves a partner who can offer her the world. But the heart wants what it wants, and mine won’t stop beating for hers.
I should walk away. It’s what’s best, even if she won’t admit it. But I can’t bring myself to do so. Not when she’s everything I could ever want.
Not when she could be our one good thing.

This one gets one of my rare 6 star ratings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was quite simply perfect. A 2020 Top Read for me. The kind of book I skip dinner for & completely fall in love with.
It’s character driven, zero unnecessary drama, relevant, heartfelt yet sexy AF, and has a hero who’s an actual MAN with all capitals. He’s got everything I want in a romance hero. Every box is ticked. More than once.
You know those books you read and they remind you what unicorns authors are. Well this is one of those books. Happy sigh.... Please trust me & read this book.
I thought I was going to read a love story akin to the one in the film "Notting Hill" - but it wasn't even close! It was so bad... so very bad... and in so many ways.
The only thing beautiful about this book is its cover, nothing else.
First of all, America's sweetheart, an Oscar winner actress, one so famous and successful goes to that coffee shop 3-4 times a night just to see her favorite barista that she has a crush on. No bodyguard - no paparazzi. No fans attacking her to ask for photos etc. She just sits there and chats with him. And when she can't see him one day, she goes to one of the girls - who immediately recognizes her - and asks for him... No worries about what they might think. And when they are alone one night in that coffee shop, she lets him kiss her and go down on her. Again no worries about who could come and see them or photograph/film them. So very reckless and unrealistic!
I couldn't believe what was happening and maybe that's why I didn't feel their love at all!
*********************************************
And then the DIFFERENCES... oh those differences! They are too many - and too much!
The heroine, Cora, is 9 years older than the hero, Isaac and I have nothing against that. They don't talk about it either. If it is not going to be mentioned at all, why put it there, I wonder?
Cora is famous, successful, rich and single.
Isaac is a single dad with an autistic child. He can't make ends meet and works in a few different jobs. He used to go to an art school but now in order to look after his child, he goes to business classes and studies his lessons in his non-existent free time, sacrificing his sleep.
Unlike in most romance books, here in this one, the writer has made the heroine stronger than the hero for a change and I wouldn't mind it if it were in a different way but did she have to make his life conditions so pathetic?
He lives in the poor part of the town and she lives in a big and luxurious place.
She has an expensive jeep. He doesn't have a car. He borrows his friend's truck to take her on a date.
When she is filming on the set, he is one of the workers there and his job is to carry, place and then guard the valuable paintings. He accepts this temporary job to get some extra money. Ergo, he is one of the set workers who carry things and all while she is the leading actress on the set.
At the end of the book, nothing changes and he moves to her condo with his son to live there...
I mean, how realistic is that?? And how attractive?
I was never able to see him as a "man". He was that penniless young boy who became a father by accident and this never changes till the end of the book.
There is nothing wrong about being poor and trying to make ends meet but when you are coupling two people in a romance book and if one of them is America's sweetheart and a famous rich actress, the other should not be a very poor guy that she needs to look after all her life long! It just isn't alluring in a romance book. At least for me, it wasn't!
*********************************************
Maybe, just maybe, if I believed in their feelings, I could be OK with it all but I never felt their connection or love.
First of all, it was all lust for Cora and I don't know when and how it changed to "forever love". And for Isaac, she was the beautiful sweet actress who spoke to her as if she was her equal (his words, not mine). That was her attraction.
As soon as they start dating, Isaac gets cold feet, thinking that he has to devote all his free to time to his child and there is no place for her in his life. I am sorry but, after him feeling like this, no one can make me believe what he feels for her is strong or unique. It's always Cora, who needs to assure that they can be a couple.
For example, when Isaac learns that his child is autistic (it was too silly for him to not realize it sooner because all the symptoms were there), he once again thinks he can't do it with her and she shouldn't waste her time with them. Again, Cora is the one who has to persuade him that they can and then she introduces him to her sister, who is also autistic.
Cora makes a lot of sacrifices for him - even refuses a really life-changing job offer in another continent - and as far as I see, Isaac does no sacrifices. All his sacrifices are about his child.
*********************************************
I am sorry but this was never a love story for me.
There are too many things to say about this book to criticize it and I cannot choose what to mention.
For example their first date. Oh how terrible it was! The non-existent date!
They decide to meet at a restaurant and she goes there and waits and waits and he doesn't show up. He even doesn't call her to say that he won't make it.
Here's what happens. First, his sister doesn't come to look after his child. Then she phones to say that their father is ill in hospital and she is going there. He is so very sad and angry about his life. He slams his phone on the counter and it drops into the sink which is full of soapy dirty water. It apparently won't work for a while.
Then his child starts to cry because he is scared of his reaction. Then, of course, he has to soothe his child. When the child feels all right, he starts playing with him. Then his child falls asleep and he lays beside him. And all along this time, HE JUST FORGETS THAT HE HAS A DATE WITH HER!
Worn out and ready for this day to end, I lay next to David, relaxing as his body burrows into my chest. I close my eyes. Exhale. Drift. Teeter on the edge of conscience thought.
My eyes snap open. My date with Cora! Fuck. She must be pissed. Hurt. Disappointed. Damn it!
...
Sleep evades me as I envision her sitting in the trendy restaurant. Waiting. Realizing I’m not gonna show, that I don’t even have the decency to cancel. I’m such a fuck-up.
I am sorry but there is no way I am loving a guy like him! Nope, no way!
And when the wet phone doesn't work when he tries, the poor woman doesn't know what happened until she sees him again in person. And how quickly she forgives him... grrrr.. argh... Nope, nope, very wrong book for me - - I was biting my fingernails all the time while reading this frustrating book!
*********************************************
Well, my hopes about this book being something similar to the film Notting Hill were killed one by one in the first few chapters and the rest was pure torture so I had to skip a lot to be able to finish it.
The epilogue is also one of the worst epilogues ever! It just says they are now living in HER condo. Isaac proposes to Cora in front of family and relatives, which is something I hate. She says yes and then the whole epilogue focuses on the next book's hero and heroine, trying to make the reader get interested in their story. I certainly AM NOT! Never reading anything else from this writer ever again.

God, I am so sick of starting a new book and getting disappointed all the time. Where are all the good books? Why can't I find them? For the past 2 years or so, it seems that there are only one or two books a year that I find 5-star worthy... This is so sad...
I can't give less than 5 stars. This story is like when you can chill because you can be able to utterly trust in the characters' choices and motivations. At the same time, you can let yourself fall in love with their personality - but you are not bored. You love every second with them. I enjoyed their connection, the storyline - everything. If I should describe in a few words this book let me go with precious, kind, lovely. Highly recommend it! English is not my native language, also I didn't even recognize this time.
This was a sweet single dad, age-gap, friends to lovers read.
I loved how Issac and Cora met. It was so organic and real. Normal was a good thing for both of them. They have instant chemistry and it was sweet to see their relationship progress from friendship to much, much more. They were adorable together.
They face some real life, heartbreaking struggles, but they are strong as heck going through it all. They both deserved to be loved and cherished. Once they realized they could have love along with all the other crazy in life.
Every once in awhile I’ll read a new to me author that blows me away and that’s how I feel about Kacey Shea and One Good Thing. The thing I loved most about this book is that despite the age difference between the characters (heroine is older than hero), despite the difference in their financial status, despite the difference in their lifestyles, despite the fact that the hero is a single dad of a non-verbal 3 year old, despite the fact that they seem like they shouldn’t work, they did work and they did so with relatively little drama. That alone makes Kacey Shea my shero because she could have taken any of those big differences between them and manufactured all kinds of turmoil and angst, but she didn’t and yet this book was still packed with emotion. One Good Thing is EVERYTHING I look for in a romance and more and I cannot wait to check out Kacey Shea’s backlist!
From the minute Isaac found out he had a son his entire world changed and he’s not unhappy about that. He loves his 3 year old son and wants the best for him which is why he’s going to college full time to get a degree to make their life better and working part time deep nights as a barista while his son sleeps. He may be a single father, but he knows he owes so much to his family who helps out with his son so he can work and keep a roof over their heads. I absolutely fell head over heels in love with Isaac’s kind nature, his devotion to his son, his love for his family, and the fact that he will do anything to make sure he and his son David have a good life.
Cora is a fairly well known actress who has been unlucky in the love department, she knows it’s unreasonable to have a crush on the barista who if younger than her by several years, but there’s something about him that she is drawn to. When he shows up on set to guard the priceless works of art being used in the film she is starring in and one that will most likely send her career into the stratosphere she can’t believe her good fortune.
There was so much good about this story, I loved that they met where Isaac worked and the fact that he was a barista and a college student didn’t deter Cora from pursing a relationship with him. I loved that Isaac decided pretty quickly that he wanted her to know about his son because they were a packaged deal and I absolutely adored the fact that Cora was no put off by David or the fact he was non-verbal with sensory issues. These two had chemistry in spades and while they acted on that, it was the way they enjoyed one another’s company and how much they shared outside of the bedroom that made this story special.
One Good Thing addresses real life issues like navigating a relationship with a special needs child, a career always in flux, and balancing the differences that could easily come between a couple. Ms. Shea wrote a realistic love story for this couple and I loved every minute of it.
The entire book was perfection and I read it in almost one sitting, which in 2020 has been rare for me. Isaac is one of the best heroes I've ever read. Honest, loving, hot as hell, and his relationship with his son made me well up a few times. Cora is strong with a streak of vulnerability and I loved how there were no games or silly back and forth with her and Isaac. They had a real, honest thing and I loved how they filled in the missing gaps for each other. This was my first Kacey Shea book and I can't wait to dive into her backlist. I loved everything about this story! 5+ stars!
Kacey Shea is a new to me author. I found her on a Facebook Live chat . I was checking out her books & trying to decide which one I would read. Narrator Tim Paige recommend this book. He narrated it and got so caught up in the single dad trope & how much he loved working on this book. Choice made! I grabbed this from Audible and yes, this is a great book. Tim has such emotion as he's portraying Isaac. Lessa Lamb is heroine Cora. Cora is an actress who's been crushing on Isaac the barista. The crushes are mutual. Then the chemistry grows. Isaac has a lot more going on than just making coffee drinks in the middle of the night. He's a single dad. I won't give too much away, but Cora is successful, but remains very humble and grateful for her success. I have to say I usually HATE Hollywood/Show Biz books. What I do love is when the characters REAL personalities come out. Cora doesn't have a charmed life either. They are great together. Isaac resists accepting help with his son. He thinks that it's a sign of weakness & accepting defeat. Isaac's family is great but the real responsibilities are on Isaac. Cora has a great family too. They live in San Diego, so they make very few, but very important appearances in the story. I would love to read/listen to more of their future. Thanks for the RECO Tim!
This was a cute, low angst romance that I finished within a few hours of starting. I don't usually like age gaps when the woman is older (hypocritical, I know) but it just worked in this case. That being said, I felt like there was something missing that kept me from loving it as much as I wanted to.
So Cora is a famous actress who hasn't been at all lucky when it comes to love. She's very career orientated, and says the first thing that pops into her head. She's also compassionate, generous, selfless, just a truly amazing person. When she meets Issaac at a local cafe, she is immediately attracted to him, and soon they form a connection that keeps her coming back. Before you know it, he's all she can think about, and when a twist of fate brings them even closer together, she's determined not to let this amazing man slip away from her, despite how different they may be.
Issaac is a young, single father who is raising his nonverbal three year old son all by himself (but he has his family as his support system) he's struggling with working, trying to finish his degree and being the best dad possible, as well as coming to terms with the guilt he feels for not being part of his life for the first year -- which was due to him not knowing he even had a son. This poor man is stretching himself so thin, and we he meets Cora she immediately sparks something within him he thought was long gone.. But will his insecurities of not being good enough for her in his eyes destroy everything they have before they really get started?
I genuinely liked these characters, I just wish they were a bit more fleshed out. I feel like we barely scratched the surface on who they are.. also they had great banter and chemistry in the beginning, but that seemed to fizzle out as soon as they got together. I appreciated the low, almost non existent level of angst, but there just needed to be something *more* than what their was.
All in all, this is a quick and easy read from an amazing author, and I truly enjoyed getting to see the men from her rocker series make some cameos -- especially Trent. I love that ugly dude!😜
**I received an ARC of this book and these are my honest opinions.**
Opposites attracting ✔️ Single-dad ✔️🔥 Strong and fierce heroine ✔️✔️ ALL. THE. FEELS. ✔️✔️✔️
Hi! I’m Ari and Kacey Shea killed me dead with her latest novel, ONE GOOD THING! And let me just tell you, there are SO MANY good things about this book! So, so many!
Impeccable writing, a story just flows and carries you through without ever wanting to come up for air, a sexy-as-sin hero who’s a single dad devoted to his son, speaks Spanish during the naughtiest of times, and isn’t afraid to let a lady take the lead. Sí, por favor! (Yes, please!) I also loved how the author took great care to respectful depict the Mexican culture. The family dinámica were spot on as well as all the Spanish sprinkled in the dialogue. There’s so many things I loved I could go on and on about this book! It’s absolutely going to be YOUR NEXT FIVE STAR READ!
Narration was performed by Tim Paige and Lessa Lamb. I am living for this narrating duo. Tim Paige perfectly brought to life Isaac. From the flawless Spanish to the the emotion he infused into the swoony and likable single-dad, he was absolute perfect and made the audio for me. Lessa Lamb was fantastic as well. I love her raspy voice and her male voice made me swoon just as much as Tim Paige. Loved this audio and totally credit worthy.
Kacey Shea always has and always will be a one-click author for me. Not only do I feel a connection to all her characters, but her meticulous attention to detail ensures an authentic and realistic layer that I absolutely love in my romance novels.
In One Good Thing Isaac and Cora are the epitome of opposites. Both wading through their very different pressures and expectations, these two unexpectedly get cocooned in a bubble of delicious and undeniable chemistry. Despite the odds Isaac and Cora are more than their physical connection. Lust turns to love and together they navigate a relationship that's deeper and more life-changing than either of them could have anticipated.
This book is honest, the characters are vulnerable, and on every page Kacey Shea's words breath life into a story about two people who pushed their own boundaries and chased their well deserved happy ever after.
I don't even know where to begin writing this review, without spoiling it for other readers. All I know is that One Good Thing has SO much more than one good thing to say about it. This story was so beautifully written and it truly gave me all the feels. I had to hold back the tears for about half the story because it just touched my heart in ways I can't even explain. The struggles Isaac faced with his son just broke my heart, but I loved that he had Cora by his side, who fully understood everything he was going through. He tried pushing her away, but she stood her ground and showed him that he didn't need to go through it alone. So much emotion and passion and chemistry between them......and I just adored the love story that Kacey Shea wrote for them, and they are now on the list of my all-time favorite book couples.
One Good Thing is easily is of my favorites of 2020 and one story that I know I won't ever forget.
I have read several of author Kacey Shae’s books…but this one hit with me so many feels and I could possibly say this is my favorite of hers! From the incredibly developed and written characters, to the somewhat different storyline, to the swoony feels from single dad Isaac, to Cora who was a mature and wonderful character.
I loved the dedicated father and the challenges he faced. I loved the way author Kacey Shae delicately wrote the story of a child with disabilities as well as the reaction of Cora. Kuddos!
This is an older woman/younger man, single-dad romance. I loved the way they met and where their lives were when they met. I just really loved this one and would absolutely recommend it! 5 stars!
Cora is a successful actress who has finally gotten the role of her dreams but the same can’t be said for her personal life. She is attracted to Isaac which makes her a regular at the coffeeshop where he works and the chemistry between them ignites.
Isaac is a man with a lot on his plate which includes working full time, attending school and being a single father to his son who has more needs than most. When he meets Cora there is no denying the attraction between them, but he feels that she deserves so much more than he can give her.
These characters were everything you could want and more. Cora is just a good person who is always looking out for those she cares about and just wants the best for Isaac and his son while Isaac always puts his son and family first with no thought of the consequences to himself. The connection between them goes far beyond the physical as they support each other through all the obstacles that life throws at them.
This book is phenomenal! I have been hoping for a book that follows Cora since we met her back in Detour, and it's finally here!!! This story is everything I never knew I wanted right now. It made me giggle, it made me cry, it made my heart all warm and fuzzy. It was sexy and sweet. Kacey Shea has delivered us one of her best stories to date, and it's one of the best things to have come out of 2020!
The characters had such amazing chemistry. They burned hot, so so hot. I love how sweet Issac is. I swooned for that man, sexy, smart, charming, so incredibly sweet and caring, what more could you want out of a book boyfriend? Cora is a sweetheart, she is strong and fierce and doesn't let anything stand in front of what she wants. These two are a powerhouse together.
My heart ached for Issac and his son, I cried during one scene that just shattered my heart completely. There are not enough words to tell you how much I love this book, and 5 stars doesn't seem like enough stars to me, I want to give it more. I sure hope we see more of Issac's family, maybe some books about his sister?! I adore this author and her books and I can't wait to see what she has for us next.
Cora was one of my faves after the Off-Records series so I was psyched to see her get her own story of love and life. Lessa Lamb captured her sweet spirit and strong attitude perfectly, making it easy to believe I wasn’t just listening to a fiction story. She and Tim Paige complimented each other in a way that you wanted to hear more of their lives.
Isaac is an amazing dad that doesn’t know how to handle the responsibility of his silent son he didn’t know existed. Cora brings the light into his life and shows him he doesn’t need only one good thing in life.
Kacey Shea never fails to disappoint with her amazing books that rip you from reality with pleasure
"What we have transcends. It’s one of a kind. And I’ll be damned if I walk away from us."
I needed this! I started this book and literally didn't put it down until I was finished. Kacey packed quite an emotional punch.
"I feel split open in his presence. The thought is slightly terrifying, but I push past it because I want real. I want to feel alive. I want to bask in his touch, his kiss, his affection. I want to come undone."
I loved Isaac's heart and Cora's tenacity. He is everything a woman could want and she is EXACTLY the type of heroine I love! Sweet and sexy as hell, this is 100% a MUST READ!
One Great Story This is not your typical single-dad story. The struggles Isaac was dealing with are so real and so relatable for many single parents. He is one of the best book dads ever. My heart broke for him. Cora is an actress and a frequent visitor to the coffee house where Isaac worked as a barista. By the end of the story, I had a huge girl crush on her. The narration by Lessa Lamb and Tim Paige was perfect. This stands out as one my favorite Tim Paige performances. Lessa Lamb is always fantastic and this book was no different. I loved her as Cora.
I loved this book so much that I will likely add this to the list of books I re-listen to over and over.
One Good Thing has ALL the Good Things!! 5 HUGE STARS!!! I loved everything about this book! It was utter perfection!
Isaac is a single dad working multiple jobs, trying to provide for his son, burning the candle at both ends, and slowly burning himself out. However, amidst the stresses of his life, he can't deny the connection with Cora, the Hollywood starlet who frequents the late night coffee shop he works at. A friendships blossoms into more, and these two are absolutely scorching together! Isaac has some struggles he's going through with his son, but Cora ends up being the perfect support and stays by his side through it all. He tries pushing her away, but she stands her ground and insists they are perfect for each other and can make it through anything together!!
I just adored these two together! It was a page turner in the fact that I just couldn't get enough of these two! This story is very character driven, absolutely NO unnecessary drama, fluff, or ridiculous conflicts. It was the perfect length, too, which made for a rather quick read. It was so heartfelt, yet still so deliciously steamy and I just swooned SO hard over Isaac! He has everything I love in a perfect Book Boyfriend! These two had a real, honest, deep devotion and love for one another, and can't wait to read more like this from Kacey Shea!!
Huge thanks to the author for the arc!

**Update: Kacey Shea gifted me with the audiobook and I absolutely loved it the second time. It was so fun having the story performed for me in my earbuds. It was wonderfully narrated by Tim Paige and Lessa Lamb!
Wow what a reality check this book was. It was so real and I couldn't have asked for a better story to get lost in! The struggles were real.
I have read several books of rich guys saving the day with the poor heroine. However this was the first where the roles were reversed. The chemistry between these two were a work of art in itself. I loved how Cora didn't give up and wouldn't take no for an answer. She was so selfless and truly one of a kind. And Issac? He was perfect even with all the struggles and hard stuff life through his way.
Just goes to show that no matter how hard life gets you should never give up. You never know when your chance for a good thing will come along! Definitely a must read book and also amazing for Autism awareness!
One Good Thing was a story that had you enveloped in the arms of the characters. Isaac and Cora’s story is an opposites attract romance that is full of chemistry that radiates through the words. An attraction that builds from desire to something of the heart. Their story is passionate, emotional, sexy, endearing and one that has you head over heels in love with these two. It wasn’t just one good thing that had me in love with this book, it was so many amazing things that had me captivated and gripped by their journey to a happily ever after that they both deserved.
This is an ARC review. All opinions are solely my own.
One Good Thing by Kacey Shea is a must read. This is a stand-alone romance. It's a good quick read/listen that was easy to get into the heart of it. Tim Paige and Lessa Lamb were amazing narrators for this book. They made Isaac and Cora come to life.
Isaac and Cora have all the feelings. She's a celebrity and he's a barista. This is considered a second chance romance because they have a quick interaction and then end up on separate continents.
Cora falls for this hardworking man before she knows his story and his story doesn’t matter. Isaac is scared that Cora's just in this relationship for fun. Isaac doesn't have time to sleep let alone just have fun.
Since I'm not going to give any spoilers there are parts of this book that are difficult to read because they are so accurate to real life. The struggles of a single dad are very true. Having had a friend have a similar experience it hit very close to home but it was a very accurate telling of a situation.
Tim Paige and Lessa Lamb are narrators that I was unfamiliar with but I thoroughly enjoyed their portrayal of Isaac and Cora. I will definitely be looking to listen to more from them.
Kacey Shea has written a must read that will take the reader/listener through all the feelings.
Kacey Shea shines a bright light on the world of single parenting, all of its heartbreak, and love, fears and joys!
I am absolutely in LOVE with Isaac, lord save me from kindhearted Mexican-American Daddy's in love with their kids. He is just the best thing ever, and Kacey's representation of his struggle to be everything to his child, all while battling exhaustion, working too much, and fighting to make it through school is gut wrenching.
There were a few times I was overcome with really hard tears, reading his emotional pain as Isaac worried about all the things he was getting wrong. Seeing his pride, and that overwhelming sense of failure is so hard, but he is such a beautiful, sweet man in spite of all of it.
Cora is truly almost like Glenda the Good, if she's been hurt one too many times and built a low wall that she keeps tripping over. A brilliant, fierce soul with a heart of gold, I was worried she wouldn't get out of her own way to make this truly special story work, but Kacey Shea won't steer you wrong. Settle in for a sweet, steamy 5 star gem!
One Good Thing by Kacey Shea touched my heart so deeply. This sexy and emotional love story has some amazing characters and brilliant story telling. Kacey Shea hit me with all the feels.
Cora is a famous Hollywood actor. Her life is all about busy schedules, press and fame. And her place to unwind is the cafe with the gorgeous barista, Isaac. His life is exactly opposite of Cora's. He is struggling to balance his family, his job, his studies and his finances. And his three year old son David needs extra care and support. But they feel this intense connection and undeniable chemistry. Can they make it work against all odds?
I admire Cora so much. She is not a diva at all. She is hard working, kind, compassionate and has the biggest heart ever. She doesn't judge Isaac's circumstances. She sees the man behind the struggle. And she loves and supports him unconditionally without pitying him. Isaac is a real good man. Life is putting only difficulties and obstacles in his way. But he is determined to beat them all. He is a very simple and real character who sometimes breaks down under pressure, suffers from insecurity and sometimes feel lost. But he holds so much strength and resilience inside. My heart is gone for this man. They have this insane chemistry that's just too hot to handle. They also complete each other and my heart went "swooooon" so many times. This was an emotional journey with ups and downs, tension and laughter, heartbreak and happily ever after.
One Good Thing by Kacey Shea is a heartaching story of finding love in middle of chaos. The author brought out the emotions beautifully.
Although an interesting story, there are too many unanswered questions: 1) What "friends" did Emily leave David with that he has screaming nightmares? 2) Was this precious little boy abused and why isn't he under a therapist's care? 3) Isaac is pretty near perfect, but is too much pride preventing his autistic son from getting the resources he deserves? 4) Who is Blake to Marlena and why is she so angry with him? 5) Loved Cora and Isaac together and they truly deserve a HEA!
I lived for the feels of this book. Paired with a big-hearted DILF, I was over the moon from cover to cover. The quick pace hooked me from the jump, and Isaac & Cora offered a low angst, genuinely good-hearted tale. Highly recommend.
Such a sweet and sexy story! The book felt so real and so right. The way the characters addressed their issues by communicating really made me love the authors writing style. Drama is fun but sometimes it's nice to see them work things out with honest, open, real life talking. I loved this story and will definitely read more by her!
