Half-human, half-fae, Mira Etain-Tice is all teenage angst full of awkward magic use when a cocky and way too sexy bodyguard throws a wrench into her plans of freedom. While her parents are away all she wants to do is feel like a normal girl and date, hang out with friends she doesn’t really have, and explore the human world she’s been hidden away from all her life.

But when your mom’s the legendary mortal Chloe Etain who saved the realm from inhalation, and your dad is the infamous and feared Horseman of War, being normal gets...complicated.

Mira isn’t just any hybrid that was transformed through magic. She was born. And she's the biggest threat to the Fates, the three hybrid sisters who mysteriously vanished the day of her birth, or so she thought. Recently, she’s felt their ominous presence reemerge, and worse still, her unwieldy magic, her only defense against them has started to wane.

Have you ever watched a cat stare at a wall, tracking something’s movements-- something invisible that sent shivers down your spine? Did it seem as if they were able to sense dark shadows lurking where the veil between worlds and reality thins? That’s precisely where the idea for the Netherwalker Series came from for CK Dawn!

USA Today bestselling author, coffee loving gamer girl, and Sci-fi enthusiast, CK Dawn always loved to snuggle up with her cat Hagrid (the shadow-seer) and read. But found writing was her bliss. So, a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away CK let her unique modern tale of knights and Camelot dancing in her head take form and fly with Cloak of Shadows, her Readers' Favorite award winning debut novel. Now, you can find CK writing in the witching hours with Hagrid by her side while being distracted far too often by social media. There's more to come in the Netherwalker Series so stay tuned. Seriously, the story has only just begun.

CK loves connecting with readers and hopes to hear from you soon.

Can't wait!

I have a love hate relationship with this. I tried my best to wait to read it, but it kept taunting me to read it. So I did. I love the story it was a great read, weaving in new characters with a few good oldies. But I hate how it ended. I knew it was going to be a cliffhanger, CK tells us it's a cliffhanger before you even start. Now I have to wait for the next one, I'm impatient like a 2 year old for these books and I don't want to wait. It was soo good, I want more!
