Chloe and Jack's story was so sweet! I really enjoyed reading it! Jack came into Chloe's rescue and Cupid's arrow struck! Perfect insta-love short tale! I can't wait to read the next book in the Bears of Crooked Creek series.

This is another fun read by this author and I really enjoyed the details and damsel/hero situation we get out of such a short read. It was a one-sit read for me with the banter from Chloe and the angst that Jack puts himself through trying to resist her. It was entertaining, to say the least, and I enjoyed how their romance played out...and I'm thinking Chloe needs to send her mom a thank you card, now ;P

I enjoyed this new series from this author. We are introduced to the sexy bear shifters or Crooked Creek Alaska. You are pulled in to the story and held there. The chemistry between Jack and Chloe is sizzling. An amazing start to this series. Looking to see who's story is next.

instalove shifter style
Chloe has gone on a vacation to Crooked Creek, Alaska. She just wanted to forget everything. She was walking through the park when she gets chased and she falls and sprains her ankle. But as she looks around she sees a bear coming towards her and then in a blink of a eye and man is walking towards her and he is naked. Chloe doesn't know where to look so she hides behind her hands. Without realising she has run on to private land.
Jack thought the people who were trying to get him to sell his land had sent a beautiful woman to try change his mind. She smelt amazing and his bear was going insane with wanted to claim her. But she was a tourist and he wanted to help her. And now that he had seen him shift he thought it was best to get her to jump on his back when he was in bear form. But would she trust him enough to climb on his back????
This is a fast paced short story about an instalove that is super sweet and loving. Sometimes when you know, you just know!!! I am addicted by instalove romance and cant wit for the next book in the series.

Can you please put on some pants? What else can you say when you are running from something big, trip hurt your foot then a bear turns into a man? Chloe was having a bad vacation. Her Mom sold her flower shop and told Chloe to go live her life. Chloe thought flowers were her life. Then she met Jack, the bear shifter. When he saw her, he wanted forever. She saw a hot naked man. She felt pulled to him, what is that? Can Jack convince Chloe to take a chance on him? Is Chloe ready to live her life? Nice quick story. Nicely done. The introduction is a hoot! First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Bear necessities is the first book in the ‘’bears of crooked creek’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an easy read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. Bear necessities is the first book of Piper Fox’s that I have read. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline entertaining.
The chemistry between Chloe and Jack is clear to see and I liked them together. I liked how laid back Chloe was when she saw that Jack was a shifter.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an entertaining read.

Fast paced short Insta- love story with instant chemistry and hot sizzling passion between Jack and Chloe. They meet when she is chased by a moose onto Jack's land where he shifts from a bear into a hot gorgeous man, who helps her and takes her home to care for her and then the doctor, the next morning. It was a quick fun read and while very short the author still manages to convey the passion, feelings and emotions.

This is the first book in a series set in Crooked Creek, Alaska The book only takes about thirty minutes to read but is a sheer good fun read

This is a really good new shifter series. Set in Alaska in a world shifters are known about. Chloe gets lost and hurts her ankle, Jack comes to her rescue as she is trespassing on his land. Jack does need or want a mate his bear disagrees, when he gets near Chloe he realises he is in trouble because her scent is calling to him telling him this is his MATE!

"Bear Necessities was such a great story! It had humorous and weird moments between Chloe and Jack. Their first encounter was quite unique and had me laughing just like him. Not the usual begging of a forever but not less important for that. It was sweet, short and lovely! And that lovely jealous moment of Jack had me grinning and falling in love. It was such a good story and I highly recommend it to you."

Good book!
This was a really quick instalove type of book.
Chloe is just having a really bad day or days as it's told. She is just looking for something to take her mind off what her mom did. However, that didn't include being chased by a moose, meeting a bear that transforms into a man. Jack was fine in his lonely existence until Chloe came crashing into it.
I just wish it had been longer so we could have a little more slow burn between the two.

This is a short read about a bear shifter finding his mate. Not much background about Crooked Creek, Alaska or build up of Chloe and Jack's attraction and finding each other. I realize this story was meant to be short but it ended abruptly. I will continue to read the other books in the series and hope to see both Chloe and Jack in them.

"Visit Alaska" they said... meet a bear was not on the list!
With only 35 pages you can't expect tons of story and character development, but you do get one hot bear-shifter, one curvy human gal, a walk through the forest, and some hot steamy time. There is no epilogue so the story kind of just ends, which is my only complaint about this story.

A cute, refreshing, love story. An amazing fun plot, on an unwanted vacation, hurt, and alone until she meets a bear man
