It's amazing what putting a plan together, and really concentrating for a set time will do.
Self defeatest attitude. I've been told I have that issue, where I assume I'll do badly so I don't bother trying that way when I do fail I can blame it on not trying instead. Never really considered procrastination as part of that but the author brought up some valid points that got me thinking. Super helpful book and highly recommended!

It is sometimes repetitive, but it holds a mirror to see how you procrastinate and so you become an active person to make some changes. It worked on me, but I am also listening to some podcasts and taking vitamins too because most of the things being talked about in this book are related to ADHD symptoms. I am interested in what the author thinks about it.
