Worth Its Weight in Gold
I wish I had found this book 20 years ago. For many, this book may be unrelatable. But for those who have experienced a Kundalini awakening and are having Kundalini symptoms, this book is worth its weight in gold. So little is known about Kundalini and how to treat its negative symptoms both in the East and especially in the West. In this book, Tara Springett provides a tremendous amount of relevant information on Kundalini and how to treat its negative symptoms. She brings this knowledge from 43 years of her own personal experience with Kundalini awakening and from over 10 years working with over a thousand clients as part of her Kundalini therapist practice. She provides a very helpful visualization exercise in chapter four - Higher-consciousness healing. She also gives very sober advice on walking the middle path, in chapter three, between such topics as control versus surrender, caution versus trust, rational thinking versus intuition, and power versus love - among others. All in all, Healing Kundalini Symptoms is groundbreaking work on an otherwise little-known subject often shrouded in mystery and lore. I was recently having some Kundalini symptoms arise again and through the knowledge and practices recommended in this book have been able to quell them properly. Thank you, Tara.
