Class? The Bad Guy. Powers? Turn gorgeous women into hot demons who serve me. Mission? Build a harem that can conquer the world, then conquer it!
Craig Jackson was on his way to start a new life overseas when his plane went down over the Pacific. Instead of dying, he wakes up in tower filled with cultists in the middle of an arcane ritual: the summoning of their dread God, the Corruption Lord. When they see him instead, they think he's the answer to their prayers.
Now Craig is trapped in a fantasy world, hunted by an order of gorgeous female warriors dedicated to slaying him before he can regain his powers. To survive, he'll have to bind women to him in dark rituals that transform them into beautiful demons with magical powers. As his harem grows, so does his powers - and if he wants to survive a world that wants him dead, he's not just going to have to get powerful. He'll have to turn seriously evil.
He's not the Corruption Lord. But he just might have to become him...
Disclaimer: Corruption Lord contains harems, conquest, and a protagonist who loves both. If you're not into hot monster girls, naughty succubi and explicit content, this might not be for you.
I’ve long been a Neil fan, he’s given me countless boners and laughs with his erotic writing over the years. No one is as skilled as him in the field of erotica. Now he’s turned his pen to fantasy harem with spectacular results. The great sex scenes and tension are there, but so too is the outstanding world building and engaging narrative. It’s defiantly up there with harem kings and queens like Eric Vall and Regina Watts.
This was my first Bimbeau story and it did not disappoint. This book had a decent plot, something that erotica usually lacks. The characters were unique and the plot made sense. There were quite a few battle scenes that were decent. The characters had a level up system similar to an RPG and any fan of those games will appreciate it. The narrator did a great job and her passion for the sex scenes seemed genuine. A great, descriptive book.
Just because everyone thinks you're evil doesn't make you. If you take over the body of the most evil person in history, still doesn't make you the same as how that person was aligned. The MC, Craig, gets pulled into a world from the crashing of an airplane he was in, into "The Corruption Lord" that was alive over a hundred years ago. He has to figure out why and how to fit into the world. He works on building a harem and I admit that it's a lot more fun than work.
This was an enjoyable read and the sex was really hot at times.
The isekai harem lit rpg caught me about one year ago. The whole genre is a blast, but usually I find myself wishing to change the direction or focus of the story just a touch. This book however, kidnapped me from my life, tossed me in the back seat, told me to hold on, and weaved around slow traffic and pedestrians at break neck speeds.
This novel was pure fun. The premise, the characters, and the plot were all engaging and fun. I wouldn't change anything.
Definitely a hard-core harem hentai piece (for good or bad - your call) with some interesting fantasy and magic aspects. It reminds me a lot of “Demon King Daimyo” (only much more graphic) in that there’s an overall play on what “evil” is, and the MC isn’t really as bad as everyone thinks he is. Overall it’s interesting and it has good potential. I’d like the women to be more multi-dimensional but book one is usually rushed. Let’s see what happens in book two...
So I took a moment between finishing the book and leaving the review, here's why.
This is about choice. It takes the view from the perspective of dom's and sub's. It is an interesting viewpoint and would be a good series but the main character. He is ruled by his desire, he does not think anything through. He hesitates, he wants to rule the world till he has to do something. He is uninspired and does not warrant a second glance.
Why does it seem to be a requirement for books of this type that the main character is lobotomized? It's exceedingly frustrating. On a side note, and as a very minor spoiler, who in their right mind chooses the name "Craig" over literally anything. I get that he's supposed to be his own person, and have his own life and history, but still.
Meet Craig. He's in middle management. That makes Craig evil enough to be the new Lord of Corruption, a mind controlling rapist. It also makes Craig pitiful enough to need mind control to get laid.
Story is boring. Nothing special about this book or series. Totally boring and uninteresting. There is nothing special about this book or series. Go read something else
It's not the best or the worst in the genre. Like so many others, there is the hint of an interesting story but it is overshadowed by a lame MC, flat characters, cringe dialogue, and laughable smut.
- reading with audiobook. The narration and story is pretty god damned good. - I've been looking for a book with the concepts of mind control or worship for a while now. Accidentally found it and I'm glad - Not much nuance to each girls though. Just them worshipping the MC onced touched.
Straight-up filth, but with enough of a story that it mostly works. Craig's struggles to remain basically decent are doomed, but we'll see how far it goes.
Guy is accidentally summoned to be the 'Corruption Lord' and now has to 'go along with it' to survive. A fact made more difficult by the fact there is a sect of warrior woman hell bent on killing the "Corruption Lord"
An oke novel with potential. This is an erotic fantasy novel set in a Lit]-RPG word. Nothing groundbreaking, but then again that isn't really needed.
I'm still considering whether to continue or drop his series... Time will tell.
