Great homeschool resource

As a homeschooling mom, I need to teach music education to my kids. This book is exactly what I was looking for. It starts at the very basics, like which notes are which and where they are on the staff. And.moves on to pitch, reading music, etc. I loved that there were so many pictures. It really will.help keep my kiddos engaged. Overall, I am very happy with what this will teach my kids.

An essential tool for creating better music

You might be able to play music, but you will become a skilled musician if you understand Music Theory. There is a lot of information included in this is to help you understand the language of music. I found the chapter on Music Notation (the language used for reading and writing music) to be very helpful.
