Great Resource

We all can get good results in dealing with and controlling that ubiquitous voice in our heads by using the great tools provided in this book. Just reading this book is very helpful. Practicing it will take you to the next level.

It´s a pretty fast read, I´d say, neither extremely helpful nor unhelpful.
The layout and formatting seems a bit strange, but that´s the only really negative thing about this book.
I would recommend reading the summary at the end of the book, might be more time effective.
