Ainoa kirja opettajista, jonka koskaan tarvitset. Naurutakuu!
We got this from the library after reading James Campbells 'Funny Life Of pets' which we also enjoyed. My 6 year old son loved this book and laughed himself to tears many times. He also talked about it for days after reading it. The illustrations are great and I would highly recommend this book and 'The funny Life of pets' to anyone looking for a good laugh!! I am definitely hoping he will bring more books like this out. Rated 5/5 on Goodreads x
“When you leave school, however, you’ll notice that no one uses pencils any more!” P.158 Exactly, and no erasers either! “Your recorder teacher is usually so old that they have gone deaf. This is the only way that anyone can teach the recorder - by not being able to hear the horrible noise that they make!” P.55 I Like playing musical instruments including the recorder, however I prefer the sound of the flute over that of the recorder! “Catapulting to school... massive trampoline... make sure you got catapulted to the right house” p.135 Does save time from the traffic so the students have more time learning and playing!
Funny topics around schools and crazy illustrations too :D Also learn something new such as "I"; and also some history stuff like free milk provision in schools before... Teachers hanging from ceilings like bats at night is hilarious!
This book isn't funny. Why? The jokes are mainly potty humour and, don't get me wrong, I do love a bit of potty humour. But sometimes James Campbell uses it too much.
A great read for anyone in Education (and the children!). Many of us can relate to these pages, whether we are the adults or the children, and enjoy every word. A definite five stars. Recommended!
