The Department of Homeland Security has information that the Russian Mafiya is shipping guns, ammunition, drugs and a possible dirty bomb to a Jihadist terrorist cell operating in the Boston area. The shipment will come via the highway around Christmas time. But on Christmas Eve a snow storm is forecast and the wind chill factor is ten below zero. The state troopers deputized as Federal agents are calling out sick left and right leaving the patrols shorthanded. Will this shipment get through?
