Loved this book. Maisie Caldwell gave me this book on one of my trips back to Scotland. She has since passed away and I will not part with this book.

I could not finish this book. The graphic descriptions of violence against women were too painfully realistic. It made me very uncomfortable. I'm sure there was a happy ending though.
