As if timetraveling into the Southlands, he returns, for the second time, and drudges up more trouble than he did the day he laid his eyes on her in 1984. Desi never gives up seducing young things into his silver keep, the idea of seducing all of Oz is a dalliance to him. Returning to the Southlands he has the advantage of being there to keep Myra Doom from falling in love again. If you like horror comics, this is the Emerald City Storybook for you. There's terror on every page, and in the end, everyone in the story is eventually transformed into something else, or bewitched and beguiled in another. Even our sweet storyteller does not escape.
