Their connection is binding, their love undeniable.
However, Noah and Eden are about to discover that even a love prophesied through the ages must be founded on one thing. As Noah carries the secret he’s too afraid to share, Eden desperately wishes for a destiny that’s already come to pass. But as the Prime Prophecy reveals itself so does the greed for what it promises. As tensions between the packs grow, as the existence of Weres is threatened to be exposed…as Eden finally learns the truth about her inexplicable gift with animals, the two will face their greatest challenge.
Because ultimately the Prime Prophecy will ask for the one thing they have yet to grasp hold of...
Tamar really struggled writing this bio, in part because it’s in third person, but mostly because she hasn’t decided whether she’s primarily a psychologist who loves writing, or a writer with a lifelong fascination with psychology.
She must have been someone pretty awesome in a previous life (past life regression indicated a Care Bear), because she gets to do both. Beginning her career as a youth worker, then a secondary school teacher, before becoming a school psychologist, Tamar helps children and teens to live and thrive despite life’s hurdles like loss, relationship difficulties, mental health issues, and trauma.
As lover of reading, inspired by books that sparked beautiful movies in her head, Tamar loves to write young adult romance. To be honest, it was probably inevitable that her knowledge and love of literature would translate into writing emotion driven stories of finding life and love beyond our comfort zones. You can find out more about Tamar’s books at www.tamarsloan.com
A lifetime consumer of knowledge, Tamar holds degrees in Applied Science, Education and Psychology. When not reading, writing or working with teens, Tamar can be found with her husband and two children enjoying country life on their small slice of the Australian bush. The driving force for all of Tamar’s writing is sharing and connecting. In truth, connecting with others is why she writes. She loves to hear from readers and fellow writers. 3.5 ⭐️ This was a fun and entertaining story. The plot and writing got a little repetitive in this one but I still liked it overall. It was nice to see Eden and Noah’s relationship progress but the miscommunication and honestly just total lack of communication was so annoying. I didn’t like this one quite as much as the first book but I enjoyed it and it was cool to see the fantasy elements be developed more. This was an easy read and I’m excited to see how Eden and Noah’s story wraps up in the next book!
While I found the first half of the previous book painfully slow I did enjoy the second half.
I assumed this one would hit the ground running.
I was wrong.
The first 70/80% of this book was just plain boring. I skimmed just to get through it. So I’m done. The blurb for the next one sounds good but I imagine it will just be more of the same.
This one felt a little less Twilighty. There is only so many times in a series I can handle the whole "we can't be together because of these weird reasons" thing. I mean I love it sometimes, especially with angsty teenage books. But multiple times in a series I get bugged. It is still a fun, clean, paranormal series. Eden is really coming out of her shell and learning more about herself. I think I will finish this series, but I don't know if I will continue with the spin-off series.
Eden and Noah's story starts with a huge bang, the book just pulls you right in and doesn't let you go. Noah and Mitch are twin brothers and are getting ready to celebrate their 18th birthday, school is coming to an end so they are all looking at colleges. And life is great for the happy teens. Mitch and Tara are such a cute couple, bonded recently, yet so much in love. I can't begin to express how much I loved this book. I can't wait to see what happens next for these couples.
I was given this book as an arc and this is my honest review
I loved this book. The story headed to a great place. I love eden and Noah and how in love they are. You also fall for the characters tara and Mitch. In this boom we find out more about Eden and why she and Noah are so connected. And wow her mother is a Uber bitch and seeing how Eden has grown so strong was great standing up for herself. Noah there to support and love her it’s really a grata book I can’t wait to see what happens in the next
I enjoyed Prophecy Accepted just as much as the first book in the series - if not more! Loved the way it took me by surprise a few times. There were quite a few things that I didn't see coming, which made for a terrific read. Looking forward to more books in this page turning series. Highly recommended.
The second in the series does not disappoint. The love is as epic as the first while being a stand alone romance in itself. If you have no read the first that is ok but I assure you after you finish this story you will want to go back and read the first.
This story just gets better with each book. The writing is eloquent, the characters are amazing and the storyline is phenomenal. I am highly anticipating book 3.
All I can say is wow 🤩, I started the 1st book this morning and then the 2nd, can’t believe I’m start reading the 3rd after this review, guess it’s going to be another sleepless night, or falling asleep in front of my kindle…..
Tamar Sloan just blows me away with her descriptions. It's just so lively, Her descriptions of the areas in the book are as if you are right alongside each of the characters…
Reading this book your feel the world in which she created is so much bigger than the book. Her characters are great and I was even caught off guard with a twist ❤️❤️
This book is spectacularly written..
I definitely recommend this book and series, make sure you read them in order. Now to read book 3..
Tamar Sloan's second installment of the Prime Prophecy series does not disappoint. With a slew of new twists, such as Eden's discovery that she has a brother and an unexpected new precept appearing that both confuses and excites the Were community, Prophecy Accepted kept me on my toes wondering if Eden and Noah would finally bond. And then that tent scene *sigh*. If you enjoy a well crafted paranormal YA with beautiful writing, you'll love Prophecy Accepted, and its predecessor, Prophecy Awakened. Read it. You won't be sorry
I enjoy reading supernatural young adult books. One of my greatest irritations is when they are so full of bad language that it is hard to actually focus on the story. That is not the case here. I loved the different concept on the werewolf pursona, but I truly enjoyed reading it without trying to filter out course language. I don't think placing a cuss word in every other word makes a story more realistic. That being said,I loved this story on several different levels. Both books kept me up late at night trying to discover how the plot would resolve.
I received an ARC of this book and I genuinely loved it. It was everything I was expecting after reading prophecy Awakened (book 1).. and more. Prophecy Accepted has everything you could want from a paranormal, fantasy romance. More importantly it is a wonderful, well written, original story with characters that you really care about. I thoroughly recommend this book, and the first one, you will not be disappointed.
This writer blows me away with her descriptions. It's not boring, I mean she will look at one area and describe it as if your seeing the world around it not just the area. Reading this book your feel the world in which she created is so much bigger than the book. Her characters are amazing and I was even caught off guard with a twist within the whole world and net work she created. Absolutely amazing. Definitely watching for more from this writer.
After finishing the first book i been eagerly awaiting the sequel and it did not dissappint well worth the wait it was good to see eden and Noah go through all the struggles that they did only for them to grow stronger from them and loved learning eden was fae and how they both are the prime alphas overall loved this book and all the characters in it i eagerly await the final book in the trilogy tamar sloane keep up the awesome work
I think I’m done with this series. The typos weren’t that big of a deal for me but I know some are crazy about them. For me it’s the story. There’s fluff that has nothing to do with the plot line. When I can scan pages of text before finding something worth reading it’s an instant let down. Not to mention the lack of maturity from the characters which is a reason I don’t care for YA.
3 Stars !!! This book to me brought the series full circle . I enjoyed it . I felt like the story line with the prophecy and everything was different than others in this genre . I enjoyed learning what Eden really is and how she came to be . I also loved how she finally tells her mom off. There is a 3rd book in this series but honestly I don’t feel the need to read it . I like the way this story ended and don’t want to mess that up .
This had a lot of promise, but it lacked the execution. The start was slow, like it lacked direction, then completely skipped the leads decision to get together. You don't have to write a raunchy scene if that's not for you, but you missed the romance and connection the characters deserved. Also bringing in Tara's POV felt as though you couldn't write it from N or E perspective
Well another intriguing book. I loved the surprises. Seth being Emily's lost love And Even finding out that she has a brother and she's not just a normal human ,but a Car human, with special powers who calms animals. And on to put this she is the daughter who's father is the King of the Fae. I can't wait to read what's in store for her and her fated mate Noah as the chosen prime Alpha.😍
I hope there is a book three coming soon! So full of drama, mystery, and fur, and it was all awesome! Meeting family you never knew you had turns out well, but there is also family betrayal that no one saw coming. Prophecy Accepted is full of twists and turns that keep you on your toes, but you'll be happy you were there for the ride. Well done.
I enjoyed the end with Tara narrating, I thought it was very fitting. Her words are very interesting as well. The one complaint I have is how fast things go, sometimes nothing is actually explained just glossed over. I am glade it is only a minor irrational for me because I really did enjoy finding out what happens next and now I have to wait a few months for the next adventures of Eden and Noah.
The author has a way with words that make you think of a song while reading. A way with words that they come out of the page while you are imagining all this happening.
Eden and Noah are so cute together... a just hated they timeshare or the excuses why they were apart. Seth... what can I say without giving spoilers???
Refreshing and spellbinding. This sequel to Prophecy Awakened is everything I was expecting and more. Tamar Sloan brings the forest to life and with it her very believable characters, you’ll fall in love all over again with Eden and Noah. Their love story has it’s twists and turns, like any young love does, but the breath-taking ending is heart warming and oh-so-beautiful it will make you cry
Things are happening in the Were world. Noah realizes he is the prime alpha, but doesn't want it without Eden. Eden meets her half-brother Orin, who is Fae. So Eden is half Fae, where her animal abilities come from. She finally accepts her destiny and is bonded with Noah.
This series is written well and interesting but it just seems as though everything falls into place too easily. It's too neat, too perfect. I also think Eden's past needs to be explained more. She acts abused and I know her mother is described as neglectful, but I think we need more explanation.
I received an advanced copy of this book and voluntarily reviewed it. I was looking forward to the second book in this series. I really enjoyed it and would read the first two books again. It's an easy read and enjoyable storyline. Hoping there is a 3rd book!
Need to read the first book to better appreciate this book. This book was well written with interesting characters and an interesting plotline. Best part was towards the end of the book. Will be reading the third book when that comes out.
I absolutely love this series. It doesn't take long for the momentum to build and went it does, it explodes into something so magical that you can't wait until the next book.
Things have a funny way of getting blurred sometimes. When both the young lovers over think what they are protecting each other from is served as a wedge to split them apart. Life lessons 101. The book is amazing!
