Great read!!! This one definitely started out with a lot going on and the new characters were interesting. There were a few names that were introduced that definitely made me wonder what Vall's influences were while writing this title.

A good streak of books continues
(Spoiler Warning)
I love that The duchess Edny Chapter memories when she was transformed into a monster girl. Such a powerful and cruel women turned into a loving in subservient 1 is quite arousing. However I was a little Disappointed that since edny capital her memories that she didn't Have to come to terms with what she did in her previous life. She killed a lot of people Both good and bad mostly good, And that is relatively easy to do when you have a cruel personality, However what would happen if that crew personality all sun trains to a good 11 they have trouble coping with what they have done. Were those memories blocked off like the other monster girls. I kind of wish that the author would have gone over And he struggles to cope with what she has done

Great Monster Girl Series
My only concern for the latest books are the MC's rants of hubris. One minute he's claiming dedication to equality and justice, the next he goes on and on about his own god-like abilities. The inconsistency would not be so concerning, but it happens several times throughout the book. Reminds me of Collin Clive as Victor Frankenstein... or a narcissistic opera singer, "Me me me me" (thank you Frasier for that clarifying example).
Otherwise I really enjoy this storyline and the characters! The women have different personalities and aren't mindless bi-sexual bimbos that add almost nothing to the story.
Can't wait for 6!!!!!

This is so good.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. Charles and the girls are back and this time Edony is one of them. They come together and fight for the town and freedom of men. The story and characters were intriguing and engaging. I look forward to reading more about these characters and their further adventures. This book is definitely worth reading.

Wow this one was intense
Charles grows his harem considerably in this installment. Edony's fate was satisfactory. Though I wish we knew more about Josephine will merge with. Can't wait to see who's on the cover next time.

Quieter ending than earlier books
A lot of good action and suspense. Plenty of chills and surprises, but the ending was the first in series without a cliffhanger.
