Sebastian and Lola are at it again! They can't stay away from each other for too long. I can't stay away from them! Once again the author takes you on a trip around the world with them and sets the scene with great descriptions. I was captivated and loved the ending!

All the feels!!!
This book was such a joy to read. If ya haven’t read the first book I HIGHLY recommend you do. Heighten picks up where the first left off. On the cusp of her upcoming birthday Lola decides she needs to get her head back in the game…BUT (and I know from personal experience) when your heart is with someone else that is difficult to do. Especially when the aforementioned has no desire of letting them forget they are still there. Lola reading from her Vegas trip early to surprise Sebastian gets one of her own. Struggling to decide to believe her eyes or her heart Lola walks away. Sebastian not understanding what happen is beside himself as to what happen. Never being in a long term relationship before he feels like a kid whom broke his favorite toy. But the heart wants what the heart wants. Now, can trust be regained to see these two stubborn individuals make their way back to each other.

Finally they got their act together after both realized they could not be away from each other and they truly loved each other. They were willing to talk things out even if they disagreed. They started to consider eachs feelings and respect each other. They did agree the jealousy need a lot of work. They would travel with each and find a way to be together even if it meant visiting each other office and eat together. Most of this book was about planning their wedding. It became a family affair to make it happen. I loved that part. His family was happy he found someone that could deal with personality and loved him for being strong, but also was strong and not need for financially.
The part that bugged me about this book was her relationship with her friend once her relationship with Sebastian developed into a 1 on 1. There were several time her friend's problems came before fixing hers.

Hot sex, story just okay!
This story is quite erotic at times but a bit too much for me. I really enjoy more story content.
I wasn’t a fan of Lola’s character especially when it came to her and her best friend. It seems she was always giving her advice regarding her love life but she was having the same issues yet she kept giving Sebastian second chances.
IMO this story could have been 1 book instead of a duet.
The narration was very good.
This is part 2 in this duet series and has an HEA. This story wasn’t for me but if you love erotica then you may want to give this a try.

Lola and Sebastian's happy ever after. This is the lovely conclusion to Lola and Sebastian's romance story. Not much angst, just at the beginning resolving the situation at the end of the first book. Leonie and Roger are still at odds, unable to face what their attraction means. Several other potential matches for future episodes. And what a fashion show! So many beautiful clothes and lingerie lovingly described. Good read!

I loved the book of Sebastian and Lola and how much love they have for each other. They fought the obstacle that got in the way to still end up together. The surprise wedding in Dubai was all alpha male Baz is and meant he was not going to wait to make Lola his wife another minute. I can't wait to read more.

Wow! This was a new area for me. I couldn't imagine such a place. Great story line and when he gave her the "skating rink" I cried too. Talk about being caught up in it!!! Believe me this is going to be a great series read...Yum

I listened to the audiobook on Audible and enjoyed every minute of it! Sebastian is on my top 5 list of book boyfriends/husbands and Charmaine Louise Shelton is now one of my top 5 favourite authors! Can't wait to find out what the future holds for Sebastian and Lola in Part 3!

I could not put this book down. Yes, there were a few typos and grammatical error but they didn't subtract from the book. This book is full a spicy passion, love, and desire. It really takes you to the scenes. Im going straight to book three!!
