Don't ever let anyone tell you, you can't do something.' Having the support of my husband and children is very important. Having my youngest daughter, who is a writer and editor as well, to offer advice, has helped me stay focused and continue to write."
Linda hopes to have the entire MARCY SERIES (Books 1-13) available as soon as possible. The first through the eighth book in the series are published and available for purchase on Amazon, Barnes and Noble online, Smashwords. Book Nine is available on Amazon only.

Caught in a Lie by Linda Burson a four-star read that will catch you. This is the sixth book in the Marcy series and each book goes from strength to strength, each story follows on so you would need to have read the other books in the series to get the full story and enjoy the whole picture. This series just gives you enough to keep you hooked all the way through, each part of the story is revealed just when its needed to keep you on the edge of your seat. I will say this one is darker than the other stories, the twisted revenge plot will keep you hooked, but is believable as a plot line. Overall a very good book in a great series.

Caught in a Lie is the sixth book in the Marcy Series by Linda Burson. This series contains a continuing storyline that bridges from one book to the next, so if you haven’t the previous books the series, I really recommend that you do because otherwise it may be a little confusing if you don’t have all the relevant information. As I said in my last review, this series has hooked me and made me want to find out what will happen next, Ms. Burson is a brilliant storyteller and the more books I read in this series and the way it continues to evolve, the more impressed I am of her as an author and at just how fantastic this book/entire series really is.
As with the previous book, this story has secrets, shocks, emotions, a love triangle/three-way, interesting family/relationship dynamics, romance, suspense, drama, tension, dilemmas, and a bit of revenge. Marcy, Brad and Liam are complex, yet endearing individuals who have easily drawn me into their tale, making me emotionally invested in them and the outcome of their story. The story is written in such a way that it is believable, exploring some interesting situations that can occur in relationships. The character situations and their interactions are believable, realistic and relatable. Ms. Burson still makes her characters ‘work’ for their happiness- while she also throws in a few twists and interesting developments that had my mind whirling trying to figure out where the story would lead next.

I have read all of the books so far. I read this book before number 5 but I went back a d read it. You want to read all the books so you know what’s going on. I’m so glad these books flow together so easily. The characters have become relatable and real. These books have great drama and excitement. I love the twists and turns so much I couldn't put them down. It was like reading my own little soap opera! I will definitely recommend this series to people!

Caught in A Lie ( The Marcy Series Book 6) by Linda Burson. This is the 6th book in this series and you really need to start from the beginning to keep up. The series is full of complicated & complex story lines so if you want to stay on track it would be best to start from the beginning. I love this series, its funny, sexy, steamy and emotional. This was by far my favorite book of the series but then again I say that each time! This book begins with Brad getting caught in a very bad situation even with Liam helping him its hard for Marcy to understand. She's out for revenge at this point. Marcy is so smart and independent and she won't let anyone take advantage of her. She is very confident but there are times when she feels unsure of the love of Liam & Brad. Her business is doing great and her wedding and honeymoon to Liam is on the horizon. In this book you see a angrier side to Marcy than in any of the others and it all goes back to her love for Brad. These book are so addictive that once you start you don't want to stop. Read Caught In A Lie by Linda Burson to continue to saga of Marcy, Brad & Liam! You won't be sorry!

This is the sixth book in The Marcy Series from Linda Burson. This has been the type of series, that each book outshines the last, and has really grown on me. I was a bit hesitant to continue on with it around book three, but I am glad that I chose to stick it out. Now I am anxious to see what comes next for Marcy and her family and friends.
I would not recommend reading this series out of order. You will be so lost. Each book in the series pretty much picks up where the last leaves off, and gives enough detail that you need for the next novel. Normally series this long, I avoid, but I have picked it up with the bonus of most of them being available to read in a quick spurt rather than drawing it out. I suppose I am just an instant gratification reader, hahaha, I hate reading series that take forever to continue.
In Caught in a Lie, Marcy really is out for revenge. This was more of the angry and dark side of Marcy that we get to explore, and I really enjoyed seeing her emotions throughout it. Brad and Liam are strong supporting characters again, and are really backing up Marcy in her plan of revenge.
That glimpse of a happily ever after that we got in book five, The Past Returns, is brief though, and my frustration with Marcy’s inability to make up her mind has been rekindled, but I see where it plays a more fitting role in this installment. I look forward to seeing what will come next for Marcy, and where life will take her on its journey.

Caught in a Lie by Linda Burson is book 6 of The Marcy Series. It’s highly suggested that you read the previous books in the series before reading this book as the story continues through the books. In order to understand the entire storyline, all the books should be read in order.
As the series goes on, I find myself so immersed in the story. I feel like I have a personal stake in how the story goes for the characters. That’s how well written the books are. There is suspense, drama, mystery, romance and so much more. This book continues to shed light on the interesting family dynamics seen in the previous books as well. While the dynamics between Marcy, Brad and Liam are unusual, they are very real and relatable when reading these books. They face situations in their relationships that I find being relatable to real world relationships.
I was on the edge of my seat while reading. As in the previous books, there were definitely some twists that weren’t expected that made me NEED to find out what would happen next. This book is very well written and I truly enjoyed reading it.

This is the 6th book in this series and it delves more into the complex lives of Macy, Brad and Liam. I was quite glued to the pages from the first page. I like how the author is able to draw you
into the very complext relationship of these three. There were a few twist and turns in this book
that I didnt see coming and it was quite refreshing.
I have to admit that this isnt my go to genre but I am very eager to see how Macy's life unfolds
and the three progress in their relationship. I couldnt put this book down as I was eager to see
how the lie would effect the threesome. I am quite looking forward to reading more from this
author and this series.

Caught in a lie (The Marcy Series Book 3) by Linda Burson is the sixth book in her The Marcy series. I recommend reading the previous books in this series before this one so that the characters and story lines add up. This series so far has been very interesting and the character build up is fantastic.The story line itself is very different and I loved it!

Caught In A Lie is the sixth book in the Marcy series. It ends in a way that leaves the story open, but at least this cliffhanger didn’t make me want to throw my Kindle across the room. This series is really good at feeding that feeling at times, lol.
This book is probably the most emotional book out of the series thus far, at least in my opinion. Things seem to be going well, but as I suspected after reading the previous books, it all goes wrong in a colossal way. I think I cried for two to three whole chapters. Men expressing emotion gets me every time. The author does a wonderful job of portraying the lengths we will go to because of unhealed trauma.
Beautiful tragedy sums up a lot of the story line in this book. It’s like a train wreck, you want to look away, but you can’t. I can hardly wait for the seventh book to come out!

I have been really looking forward to reading the next book in the Marcy series and finding out what is going to happen next. I think the author has done a really good job with keeping my interest over so many books; she definitely likes to throw in some great twists and turns to keep the story exciting. I think that I have spent so much time with these characters now that I feel like I am on this journey with them. I think I am beginning to better understand the dynamics between Marcy, Brad and Liam. I think it’s really important to have read the books in this series in order to fully understand what is going on for these characters and for Marcy especially.
Another really good read from Ms Burson – I am looking forward to more from her in the future.

The story Caught In A Lie (The Marcy Series Book 6) by Linda Burson is a contemporary romance book. It is the next story in the lives of Marcy, Liam, and Brad. The story revolves around these three and the situations that they find themselves in. The past has a way of coming back as one of the characters find out. There is also a happy event on the horizon. Marcy is a strong, smart, beautiful woman. She owns a successful business and has wonderful friends and family that help her. There are times when she feels intense love and also intense frustration. She has times of confusion, doubt, guilt, and anger. There are also complications that arise. I also really enjoyed reading about the other characters who interact with Marcy. They are true friends and also family members who are there for her when she needs help the most. This story has times when there is conflict. There are also times of romance. This is another well-written story that I didn’t want to put down until I had finished the last page. As the characters are brought forward and situations are referenced from the previous books I would recommend reading this series in order. I am hoping for another book in the series to find out what direction the story and characters go next.

Caught in a Lie is book six in Linda Burson’s Marcy series and I am not sure where to begin. Once again Linda Burson has provided a roller coaster of a novel that keeps me frustratingly engaged from start to finish.
I have been completely devouring this series and Linda Burson’s writing as a whole but admittedly I’ve wondered just how long this unique series could go on. I can honestly say that even after finishing book six I am still invested in the lives of Marcy, Liam and even Brad and will continue to see this series through. Each book brings to light more obstacles but more character growth, I look forward to seeing where the seventh book takes us.

Caught In A Lie by Linda Burson is the sixth book in her Marcy Series. This series absolutely must be read in order. They all follow the same characters and each book follows on immediately after the events from the last one. Reading them out of order will definitely cause you to miss details and potential not have a full understanding as to what is going on, and that would not do the series justice.
This time Marcy wants revenge. She has the perfect plan and she has all the help she could need from Brad and Liam. With more build up to the wedding that finally happens and some interesting parties are sure to provide great entertainment. However the “happily ever after” might be over sooner than expected.
This series just gets better and better. I always wonder how the author is going to be able to continue on such a long series with the same characters and every time she does it. The story was great and kept the arc going very well. This writing always pulls me straight back into the story and this one was no exception.

All I can say is wow! Make sure that you read this series in order or you will be lost! It’s a great romance novel and this one has that little twist of revenge that it’s amazing!! It was a keep you up at night because you will not want to put this down!!! This author is amazing! I want to see what’s next with this romance!!! When’s the next book coming out?

Caught In a Lie is book number six in the Marcy series by Linda Burson. Wow, just when I think this author could not possibly wow me anymore this book is ready for reading. There is a constant, never ending plethora of drama and tension between the characters in this series, and always new and enthralling events that keep readers intrigued, involved and enlightened.
Brad, Marcy and Liam provide another interesting and intense instalment in a series that really does have it all. From the first meeting, to everything in between, a reader cannot help but be swept away with the clever and astute writing style Linda Burson exhibits in each book. I am always rendered speechless with the goings on in the lives of the three main characters. And exhausted, as I have to read each story in one sitting, no matter the time. Linda Burson is a captivating storyteller of a series that is gripping and all consuming. 5 stars

Caught In A Lie (The Marcy Series Book 6) by Linda Burson. Once again the author pulls readers in from page once. I highly recommend reading this series in order. I’ve come to love all these characters as we’ve watched them grow and change over the course of this series. The author does a wonderful job of keeping me hooked from beginning to end with great details to each part of the book. Marcy has become one of my favorite female characters this year. The characters mesh so well it’s hard to remember it’s a book. It’s another amazing add to an already great series. Well thought out and written nicely. If you haven’t read these pick them up now and enjoy. I’m giving this book a five star review and highly recommend it.

Tore into this latest installment in the series and couldn’t put it down. This truly needs to be read in the order presented in the series. The character and plot development continue to draw the reader’s attention. I continue to enjoy and appreciate this author’s writing style, character development, and series progression. Caught in a lie is the sixth book in The Marcy Series by Linda Burson and is a contemporary romance story. Each book in the series gets better and better and one I have loved since the first book. I love these characters and feel like I am a part of their journey, their love, their life, their unwavering love and commitment to each other. Emotions run high and strong from anger and frustration, insecurities and love, pain and heartache, heartbreak and excitement and you feel everyone of them. When they laugh you laugh, when they break you break with them. I love and enjoy reading about Marcy and the men in her life. Let me tell you, there were tears shed reading this one. As usual Linda’s words had me turning page after page to see what was going to happen next and I couldn’t stop until I had finished devouring each and every word. The next book can not come quick enough.

This is the 6th novel of the series and you will need to read them in order if not you will get lost and not understand the plot. Oh wowzer i was hooked and it kept me on the edge of me seat with the twists and turns, this novel also had a darker storyline. It is full of drama, suspense, love, hate put it this way it takes you on a mega emotional journey and will keep you captivated highly enjoyable read loved every second!

Caught In A Lie (The Marcy Series Book 6) by Linda Burson was, like the other books, complex, layered and full of intense emotions.
I will start with that this book is part of a complex connecting plot line from the other five books. So I highly suggest that you read these books in order. If not you will be confused and lost, as there is so much going one, so many twist turns and revelation that will cause confusing if not followed correctly.
This sixth book was something, Linda Burson has really displayed their writing skills in this instalment and in my opinion, is the best book in the series so far. This was very Marcy centred, well it was more Marcy centred then the others. The tempo was high, the emotions were raw. Liam, and Brad are there their giving their support. What I liked is that we get to see a different, more darker side to Marcy. That really made this story stand out, and for me, brought something new to a character as long running as Marcy. That is how you evolve a story.
Overall this series has me hooked, and I can't wait to see if more are coming. The ending gives enough to hope, so hope I shale. Please take my super high recommendation that you will be invested in this series, in Marcy, Liam and Brad. Marcy, Marcy, Marcy. Oh, how my heart aches for Marcy through most of this story. She has her moments of love, rage and confusion, just like the rest of the series before. Some of it seems to be her own doing but some lays squarely on the shoulders of Liam and Brad.
During this story Marcy’s drama filled life continues. She still has Brad and Liam for the most part. But the title does state that someone gets “caught in a lie”. This story has many lies and many situations that keeps the story moving, making the reader wonder if the three of them will ever figure out their love life. This story also continues right along with the rest of the series and must be read in order.
I like how story involves all three main characters. I love where Marcy seems to grow a backbone and gives a little tough love to the guys. Of course, it turns out to be a misunderstanding but lessons are learned.

Caught In A Lie by Linda Burson is a continuation in the Marcy Series. Burson did a wonderful job linking every book together. She will go back and something from her earlier books. My favorite character is Marcy. She is a strong independent woman who gets things done. In this book the future looks bright for Marcy and Liam. On the other hand Marcy is unsure of Brad’s relationship with Liam questioning if it is any good. Marcy’s business is great. She is looking forward to her honeymoon with Liam. But is there someone in the way for Marcy to be happy? Is Marcy still out for revenge? You will have to read this book to find out.

Caught In A Lie by Linda Burson had me on my toes the entire time. Just like the other books, I didnt want to put it down because I couldn't wait to find out what was going to happen. I wasnt sure I would like this series when I started, but After reading them I was hooked. I really enjoy getting to know these characters and I always get sad when there isn't a next book, its like losing friends. I have loved this series and this author. I know it says this is book 6 of 6, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for more. Great story, great writing. 5 solid stars every time.

This is the sixth book in this series and I couldn't wait to dig into it. I enjoyed this installment from beginning to end. In this installment pasts come back in the worst way and revenge may just be on the menu for Marcy. I enjoy all the characters in this book but Marcy is my favorite. Just when her life is coming together something happens and wait to you see what happens in this book. Things may just be as they seem. I highly recommend this book.

I have read other books by this author and have enjoyed them. The start of this series was ok but then, I took issue when someone declares they can't be happy without the love of someone. I think that it does an injustice to that person and its not something I can get behind. This is a personal opinion. This may not be an issue for others and is nothing against the author's writing style or work but you will have to read it for yourself. I couldn’t find that connection you get when you get into a book.

This series contains a continuing storyline that bridges from one book to the next, so if you haven’t the previous books the series, I really recommend that you do because otherwise it may feel a little lost or confused if you don’t have all the relevant information.
As I said in my last review, this series has hooked me and made me want to find out what will happen next, Ms. Burson is a brilliant storyteller and the more books I read in this series and the way it continues to evolve, the more impressed I am of her as an author and at just how detail oriented and engrossing this book/series really is.
As with the previous book, this story has secrets, shocks, emotions, a love triangle/three-way, interesting family/relationship dynamics, romance, suspense, drama, tension, dilemmas, and a bit of revenge. Marcy, Brad and Liam are complex, yet endearing individuals who have easily drawn me into their tale, making me emotionally invested in them and the outcome of their story. The story is written in such a way that it is believable, exploring some interesting situations that can occur in relationships. The character situations and their interactions are believable, realistic and relatable. Ms. Burson still makes her characters ‘work’ for their happiness- while she also throws in a few twists and interesting developments that had my mind whirling trying to figure out where the story would lead next.
