At the beginning I thought I'd need a teacher to help prepare for the TOEFL test but then I used that book and soon I discovered how well-organized it was. It takes you step by step to work on your English skills to get them gradually improved.

Longman Guide seemed to provide well-organized content and an enriching amount of necessary vocabulary. I referred to Longman a while ago, and it worked well due to the vocabulary and well-organized readings. Enclosed with each reading part you can find vocabulary or word list as well. The writing part of Longman provided samples and models as well, so you can refer to them. Overall, Longman's content was sort of close to the real test. I advise you to take a look at Longman Guide if you want to perform well on this test and improve your fluency in general.
