In today’s world, technological development is proliferating in many different sectors. Economics, politics, and education also apply to the use of technology. Because of technology, current teaching and learning processes differ from those in the past, where classes were held directly (face to face), and traditional education methods were based on teacher-centered learning.

Nowadays, learning activities in the computer lab involve four main types of practical exercises, experience, demonstrations, and investigations. Teachers must, therefore, be able to use the various technologies and also to design, compile, guide, and evaluate student projects. Resources and services must be coordinated with colleagues and other professionals. This new role is challenging and requires a different approach to the career development of teachers.

Moreover, Google Classroom empowers parent cooperation in which instructors can welcome and add guardians to the stage to track and screen the presentation and rundown of their youngsters' work. Guardians can perceive how their youngsters are educated and can remark on the guide where they should be, in this way teaming up, which is a perceived change in instructing and learning organization.

Helpful resource for the times

As more and more education is moving to virtual on line, the need to use platforms like Google Classroom will increase. I like that this book lays everything out about Google Classroom in a really easy to follow format. I like that the author also includes a chapter focused on the student's perspective. What they see and need from the platform. No other book I have read as included that perspective. Overall, a very handy resource.
