When Adele watches people interact, she's already creating her next story. Strong women who know what they want and aren't afraid to go for it are her favorite characters. There's nothing she likes better than working on her next work of fiction.
Alex never expected a contest she entered to change her life so much. She never thought she would be so lucky to grab the attention of not one but three brothers. Chance, Dragon and Phoenix are smitten with Alex the minute they see her. This contest starts off innocently but then its a competition for either one of the three or are they will to share if she agrees. Sadly Alex has other priorities in her life such as her sick grandmother. It enjoyed how they worked to win her over without realizing the Alex never believed she had a chance with either let alone all three. I really enjoyed it and hope to read more stories in this series.

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. She is on a mission to help her grandmother. She did not know that entering this contest would lead her heart in three directions. The men all had an instant attraction to her. They all want her and sharing might just be the option the brothers chose. Now that she has hit a few bumps in the road, she has to decide if she can stay on the right path for her grandmother. I enjoyed this story, the writing and the characters. If rh is your type of genre, you should grab this book

This book is a hot and sweet read. We meet Alex whilst she is cooking her cake for the competition she entered to help her nan. Things go wrong and she thinks shes failed so she makes up something that blows the Titus boys away with the feeling of home. We then see Chase, Phoenix and Dragon take her to their home letting her think their are more people chosen to compete the next stage. We learn each guy likes Alex and her in turn feels the same. With many twists and turns and plenty of hot steamy scenes what will happen when she finds out the truth. Pick up a copy and find out the only thing I will say is it's a great sweet ending
All the elements of a great romance, heart and immense emotions along with a bit of suspense and reverse harem mixed in... wonderfully. Intrigue and some twists mix in to keep the suspense going. Even a dog shows up at the right time to give her peace when her world is falling apart after a mugging. Her gram is wise and sets her on the right path. Love the characters, backstories and the locale. Can not wait to read more from this author. Enjoy.

This story is well written with an interesting and very well crafted plot. The characters are fully developed and all are likeable. Each has his or her own story beneath the story. Alex is lacking in self confidence and it takes her through the whole book to accept what she has found. I I ike this story quite a lot.

When I read the synopsis I thought that it sounded interesting and I was curious to read "The Contest" but now that I've finished the book, I feel disappointed. The heroes had mommy issues and no chemistry with the heroine at all. There were quite a lot of steamy moments, on the kinkier side too, but still the story was quite boring. On the bright side, I loved Lucky!
A short story filled with sweet moments as well as steamy ones. I liked her character so much. The author easily conveyed her emotions and it was a wonderful story.
Alex enters a competition to win a million dollars. She only cares about paying for her grandmothers medical care. She meets Chance, Phoenix and Dragon Titus who are running the competition. She does not realise she is the only one who made it to round 2. A dramatic story with a few ups and downs. Great story and characters. Loved it and recommend it.
