Frames of Reference

by Nathan Crowder

It's an alien autopsy of another kind. The gruesome vivisection footage had been left for the B-movie producer to find. But was it an audition or a warning? It's up to special effects freelancer Greg Watanabe to determine if the video is the real deal. And if it is, what's the deal with the clearly inhuman hand holding the scalpel? Frames of Reference exists at that strange place where Hollyweird, urban legends, and alien encounters intersect. A short, noir tinged tale where a city that makes dreams come true also contains its share of nightmares.
