Great novella
Logan and Allison are absolutely perfect for each other, best friends since before high school, they have kept in touch, with Christmas cards but haven't seen each other in ten years, Allison's ex is a bit of a nightmare and she needs Logan's protection, I have enjoyed every Guardian Agency book and can't wait for the next one!

One of the things I really like about these stories is they grab your interest from the beginning and hold your attention to the very end. This one is no exception. You’ll be pulled in from the start, forming an immediate attachment to Logan and Allison. The connection between the two seems real and comfortable as they grow from BFF’s to more. The elements of intrigue with their degree of danger add depth to the storyline and to your overall enjoyment, keeping your interest keen and you turning pages until the finish. The Guardian Agency is a wonderful romantic suspense series, and “Logan” is a perfect addition you don’t want to miss.

I loved this story! Logan and Allison were terrific characters and the story was captivating. It ran the gamut of intense, light-hearted, and romantic and was full of suspense, action, friendship, laughs, and love. Black did well pairing these two characters, they complimented each other well. Having known each other since their youth (best friends) they had formed a bond that spanned years into their adulthood; even though they were separated several of those years by Logan’s military career as a Marine when they met up again it felt like old times, sharing laughs and memories from their childhood.
Logan returned home after his service in the Marine Crops ended both eager and hesitant to return to civilian life. He was excited to start a new chapter working for the Guardian Agency as well as his temporary assignment as a summer school instructor; which came with the added bonus of seeing and catching up with his best friend, Allison. The more time he spent with her, the more normal his routine and old surroundings became; and the added bonus that Allison has turned even more lovely over the years has him reevaluating his feelings towards his best friend. After an unpleasant encounter with her ex at a game, his danger radar goes into overdrive and his instinct to protect Allison is strong; as well as the sparking attraction between them. Yet when her aggressive ex becomes more dangerous Logan must call in additional resources at his disposal in order to protect her at all costs if there is to be any chance of preserving their future.

Logan and Allison went to school together and then high school they were very close. They where best friends even kept in touch when he went into the Marine Corps.
Then she popped in one day and after class and asked how his day went they talked. She asked him if he wanted to go to the football game! They were going to the game together.

This is one of Regan's books that I feel in love with Allison and Logan and they working relationship that Regan made two characters work well together. I felt like I was there with Allison every part way through this book.

I sat down, and started reading and did not stop until the end. Logan and Allison are friends. They have been friends from childhood. They are such good friends that they do not want to spoil their friendship by admitting that their feelings might be more than friendship because they are afraid it will ruin their friendship. I have read several books with the South Carolina Low Country as the setting and one of them was a bodyguard book in another series, a lot of history there. With Allison becoming a summer history professor at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, in Charleston, SC and Logan finishing his enlistment into the Marines on High School Graduation Day as an instructor at The Citadel their friendship has a chance to move to a new level. Both are really happy about their friendship. The big question is when are you ready to risk your friendship to find love? No car chases, no bouncing around the globe, and no gun fights, just plain old romance from start to finish, and I loved it.

The Guardian Agency’s newest hire, Logan Harris, former marine, and currently on loan back to the Corps teaching as an interim professor. He has declined various job offers so he can remain in his home state of South Carolina. One of those perks is his best friend, Allison. On their first “non-date” trouble arises and Logan steps in. His gut is calling to him that there’s more than Allison is telling him. He reaches out to his agency and gets the go ahead to keep Allison safe. He is a wonderful hero, and she is a very strong heroine, you won’t be disappointed in this easy to read story. As always, I love seeing the characters from the Brotherhood Protectors.

Logan is finishing our his Marine term as a teacher, at the same school as his best friend, Allison. He is also part of the Guardian Agency. When Allison's ex starts becoming more dangerous, Logan is there. This was a relatable story of friends, turning into lovers wrapped in suspense and softened with some steamy romance. We also got to see Hank and his wife :) I love it when they are all in one book. If you want to put todays issues aside and feel like your girlfriend is sharing what's going on her life with her hunky best friend, this is the book for you. Thank you for the arc! All thoughts and opinions are my own and thank you for giving me something to enjoy during our troubling times.

Logan and Allison a brilliant pairing. A mix of intense action, suspense, and a long-standing platonic friendship taking flight into romance. Add in a stalker ex with a plan for mayhem and money and power.
Logan has left the Marines and secured a new position with the Guardian Agency, and even managed to shoehorn in a temp summer gig as lecturer in a summer school. Added bonus of being able to see Allison, his childhood bestie. But when Allison ex begins to ramp up the threatening behaviour, Logan wants more than friendship. But does Allison?
I loved this pair! The Guardian Agency look after their own, even new recruits and clients who aren't exactly clients!

Allison and Logan have been friends since 5th grade. When they meet up again years later, the heat that started when they were teenagers explodes into fire. Problem is that Allison has to get away from her ex, Tanner. Only Tanner isn't about to let Allison go. Not without a huge fight. Logan is ordered by the Guardian Agency to protect Allison from Tanner and, there is no way he is going to allow her to be hurt. Fraternizing with someone he's protecting is not acceptable. At least not in Logan's book.
Then again, you just never know what could happen...and, Logan will protect Allison with his life!!

What more could you ask for then to get more familiar with another one from this agency. Logan was a dream to get into with also Allison a character you found you liked. You found the elements in this that covered the reason why you open a novel in the first place. It was one that was a long friendship with this giving a chance now to spiral into something else. Since his assignment was temporary it also connected him once again with Allison. But danger soon enters in and we go running after it. Filled with suspense and romance this has the right formula. The paths they follow have us right behind them leaving us satisfied on how we are left.

I volunteered to read and review an advanced readers copy of Logan . I really enjoyed reading this story . Logan Harris is finishing his career in the Marine corps teaching history of the corps at the Citadel . He also signed an agreement with the Guardian Agency ( a private security agency) . He never expected to see much less work with his friend from long ago Allison Weaver . Spending time together and growing closer Logan soon finds Allison is being stalked and threatened by her ex boyfriend . Logan must step in and protect Allison with things escalate . This story is action packed and suspenseful and definitely romantic . I highly recommend reading .

Regan did another great job with Logan's story. Logan is back in South Carolina and teaching a class at the college where Allison works as a history teacher. She has broken up with her boyfriend who has turned nasty with Allison after her research ruins his project. Logan is best fiend's with Allison and he's going to protect her. They have a immediate attraction to each other. There's danger, suspense, romance, and learning to love again. Logan is a great addition to the Guardian Agency Series.

Fantastic!
This book didn't start out like the others, where The bodyguard is called to protect someone by the agency. This one started out with The bodyguard reconnecting with old friends and finding his own damsel to protect. I almost blew it and told her the whole story but that's not the way a review should be. You need to read the book and find out for yourself. Lots of steamy, lots of suspense, and lots of..... Well you need to read the book so you can figure that that's part out

I love second chance at romance
Now out of the marines Logan is teaching at the navy school in Citadel. Seeing his best friend Alison who is also teachings there has rekindle a chemistry he didn't act on years ago.
After coming to her rescue when her abusive ex man handles her.
Logan knows he wants a shot with her but with ex becoming more persistent he knows they'll need to deal with him first.

What a fantastic friends-to-lovers romance! Former Marine, Logan Harris and his pen-pal Allison Weaver went to school together and were close friends. When he returned, they were both instructors at the college together, and she took him under her wing. This guardian romance is better than the last! Author Regan Black does a wonderful job writing a blend of romance, suspense, great characters and a wonderful storyline that keeps you engaged! I loved Logan, The Guardian Agency! 4.5 stars!

Best Friend!
Logan: Fantastic story and amazing writing! I loved the characters. I liked that it was a friend's to Lovers story! Fantastic challenges with lots of surprises. I loved how Logan would do anything for Allison. Even though they have been friends forever and he had been in the military since he graduation. His love shows with every move he makes and so do her feelings. Great story!

Allison is a professor with an awful ex; Logan is her next friend from high school who joined the Marines, has retired and is now an adjunct professor, but really is part of a very discreet group of bodyguards. It just so happens Allison’s ex has come back to cause problems, and Logan is there to to protect her. Regan Black has written a fabulous book for Logan & Allison. I couldn’t put it down.

Whoa! Wow! OMG!!!
What a sweet luv story! Just enough suspense, action and danger to make it exciting. Logan is back home after years as a Marine. He is finding that he is luv with his best friend. She is in real danger from a desperate ex-boyfriend. Can he save her? He's new at being a bodyguard but he'll do anything to protect her even if he has to walk away. Highly recommended.

Logan Harris is on a break from his new Guardian position as he fulfills his military commitment teaching a class at the Citadel. As good as it is to be back on his home turf, his best friend since high school, historian Allison Weaver is teaching there too. The pair don’t want to mess with their great friendship but Allison’s got a big problem with an ex who refuses to understand ‘it’s over’, Logan will just have to make it even more clear.

Another great story!
Regan Black created another great romantic suspense. Logan, a new member of the Guardian Agency, is back in his beloved Charleston where he reunites with his high school BFF, Allison. You will have to read the book to see what happens, but be assured the story is full of danger, suspense and will keep you reading till the end! Loved it!

Best friends, Allison Weaver and Logan Harris reconnect after Logan returns from his military service. They both had a secret attraction for one another but never wanted to cross the line so they could preserve their friendship. Allison's ex starts manhandling her and Logan becomes protective. I love their connection and the fast-past suspense in this wonderfully written story.
