I was fortunate enough to receive a copy of this book directly from the author prior to our interview together. It's so simple, and yet so powerful.

Years ago during an exit interview, one of my employees asked me what she could do to improve and excel at her new company. I wish I had a copy of Jill's book in my hand because it sure would have added more value than whatever my response was at the time!

Jill, thank you for putting this book into the world - it's incredibly beneficial for both employers and employees alike!

I worked on this book from time to time when I had some time to spare during my work day. I appreciated the work were required to do on ourselves through the progression of this book. I feel more prepared to have the hard conversations in my annual review or meetings about my wages.
