This is a good start for using the Instant Pot air fryer lid. There are some tweaks that I make to the recipes to suit my taste. While the recipes may be something of an introduction into using the Instant Pot air fryer lid, those who are like me, who are already experimental and "fluent" in cooking appetizing dishes, will find the book to be of good use as it relates to timing.
