Listeners to the Living Adventurously podcast enjoy the question cards used on each guest and like trying to answer them themselves These were a deck of playing cards with questions about finding a balance between work and play, the barriers that stop us doing what we dream of, how we overcome fears, and where you sit on a scale of weirdness from 1 to 10... Now the 50 questions from the cards are laid out in this simple notebook. Answer each one thoroughly and you will be well on the way to writing the backstory to your autobiography as well as planning the next decade of your life! I hope the questions help you figure out your own path towards living a little more adventurously every day. Contains 50 questions and 100 blank pages for writing on. www.alastairhumphreys.com/podcasts
This book is based on the questions that British Adventurer Alastair Humphreys asks his guests on his podcast.
At the time of writing, I'm enjoying working my way through each question. I'm finding that it's a fun way of journalling based around my hiking experiences. Writing in this way helps me to gain a deeper understanding of myself, and to reflect on past achievements and future dreams.
Staying focused on what drives you as a person is important to making dreams come true, and this book is an encouraging resource for any lover of the outdoors to make those dreams happen. Answering the questions is garunteed to stop procrastination.
I'm looking forward to answering all the questions. I highly recommend this book for any seasoned or newbie lover of the outdoors.
