He will risk everything to save her. Will it be enough?
Tynan’s curse has left Violissa trapped in another world far from Sinow’s reach. With the remnants of the curse ravaging her mind, she has no memory of her past or her love for Sinow. To save her, Sinow will risk everything, leaving his throne vulnerable to his brother, who seizes his chance to take what he feels is rightfully his.
As Sinow struggles to rescue Violissa, the prophecy veers further from its original path, and the world he left behind may never be the same.
J. L. has been creating fantasy worlds ever since she was a child. When she’s not weaving tales, she can be found logging miles in her running shoes, watching action movies with her family, or curling up with a good fantasy book. She resides in Delaware with her husband and their three children. Adrift, the sixth book in her Unbound Prophecy series will be released on April 29th, 2022. The Unbound Kingdom trilogy, a spin-off from the Unbound Prophecy series will release beginning in June 2022.
Book 2 in the series and it took a really creative turn. Having this book take place in modern time with less magic was super interesting. Once again it’s a bit of a tragic love story and always feels like the universe is against the lovers. Although the twist isn’t as severe at the end of this book it really leaves you thinking. Mortality in a world of magic? Makes me really interested to see what twists book 3 will have.

J.L. Jackola is a phenomenal author. I had definitely been waiting what seemed like forever after reading ascension, it was definitely worth the wait. Now im ready for book 3. BTW I had alot of emotions with this book just like I did with the first. Still want to smack around several of the characters. 🤣
My heart wants to break for what the MMC and FMC went through. When the realization hits them for what needs to be clone in order to be together and what each one needs to make it through ❤️
This follow up to Ascent is a great continuation of the story. The author found her groove in writing, and this book flows so much better than the first. While the first book didn't get it's hooks in me, this one did, for sure!
Another ending where we wait for the next in the series, but no where near as shocking as the first. Still, I'll be waiting for the next with bated breath. 😊
