But what happens when you don't know the boundaries needing to be set for your child's father? Portland is unconvinced that Ivy has moved on, and refuses to give up on the one-sided happy home they used to share. Has Ivy truly left Portland behind? Or was she simply in the moment while with, Elijah? Follow the three best friends as they continue to deal with the hardships of being in a once forbidden love. These days, no one seems to be honest about who they really are, and with new couples that no one knew existed springing up, this is sure to be one big roller coaster ride.

SMH at Sonny and Portland. These two men are so dumb and they could make something for themselves. Portland got the money to start a new life and want to throw it all away to get to the Camrens. Portland should invest in a business and keep it pushing, but their minds are so small that they don’t understand to quit when they ahead!
Ivy Ivy ~~~ she does not realize what she has in Elijah and she will throw it all away for dumb Portland! Why you upset because Portland got another woman pregnant??? That tells me she still got feelings for this man. You know what they say when you invest your life with a loser it is hard to let go even though she has a good man at home in Elijah.
Now Cheyla cannot catch a break, but she’s so gullible and keeps making dumb decisions. She wants to have a family so bad that she will overlook her brother’s bad decisions.
That Trixie situation to me was hilarious 🤣. Trixie was a piece of work and didn’t feel any sympathy for Trixie. Jersey’s dad was POS for having his family struggle and this man is a darn millionaire. Jersey turned into a stripper, Portland went to jail, and Raleigh IMHO a sneak. Raleigh was so very sneaky with the “men” she’s dating and these men were very close to home SMH.
Now the end was like wow 😯. It irks me when these women name their children after these men and I’m sure that baby is not Kilexis, but we will find out in book 3. Let them drama continues.

OMG
The series just keeps getting better and better. I hope and pray that’s not Kill’s baby and I fill bad that the girls are caught in the middle between their men and their brothers but I don’t feel bad for anything that comes their way. I hope Ivy opens her eyes and quits letting Portland come between her and Elijah and I would like to hear more about Shea and Releigh’s relationship

Cliffhangers are the worst
I’m sooo gone that when the end came it hit me like a ton of bricks. Now that most of annoying clingy exams are no longer an issue you’s think the couples would be good but of course not. Now the brothers of the girls are acting up sheesh talk about drama.

When I tell that I loved everything about this book. Those brothers didn’t pay about those ladies at all and I was so happy that they loved them the way that they did. Jersey Ivy Cheyla and Raleigh all got happiness no matter what from those guys.

I'm hoping the next one will leave out more of the illegal stuff because at times it's just annoying and sloppy. Without that distraction, the relationships will get more shine and the story will be way more enjoyable. The way the business was broken down was sloppy and put all of them on the front line to fall. Trying to make sense of people who came literally out of jail to buy million dollar homes with no prior jobs is just too obvious a reason for them to fail.
I thought Sonny and Portland would have some act right in them when they came out but it seems they're just two more Tommy's. With all the babies popping up I'd hope the guys fall back and start legal things but I'm guessing the author is going to keep them in the same positions. These characters need to grow and so far it seems the females are the only ones moving in the right direction.

Great Read
Author Shvonne Latrice never disappoints. In this second installment things are really heating up between all the characters. You have Jersey finding out a shocking secret about her Dad. Then Cheyla is making all kind of bad decisions that she might eventually end up losing Kantwan. Then Ivy finally get with Elijah who treats her better than she ever been treated and she worrying about her Ex Portland that did nothing but abused her their whole relationship. And just when things look like Kilexis and Jersey have solved the problem with Trixie Kilexis get some more bad news. I can't wait to start reading the last installment in this series. This is a most read.

Great book
I loved the 2nd just as much as the 1st. I wish they would just let Jersey and Kill leave they life. Checks is really getting on my nerves with her stupid decisions she be making. I hope Ivy get it together and don't mess up what her and Elijah hav. Portland and Sonny need their butt kick real good and I got a feeling them Camren men go give it to them and more. I'm loving Shea and Raleigh I hope he really just with her and don't still be messing with Mercedes. I know Ahmad and Donte in the cut just waiting but they go be in for a rude awakening. Can't wait til part 3.
