This book is gripping, captivating and draws the reader in with lots of intrigue action and suspense and succeeds in keeping the reader on the edge of their seat, captivated and with baited breath.

Amazing writing, a page turner riddled with suspense, shootings, kidnapping, secrets and lies. These lies and deceptions as revealed leaves Milena devastated with no one to turn to, completely on her own and she is left to maneuver through the sea of lies and deception until she can get help, hopefully in the form of Nash.

The book opens with action with Milena witnessing the shooting of her driver and running for her life. She seeks out Nash her fathers previous head of security to help her, unfortunately Nash has a new girlfriend Gina a police detective that does not believe a word Milena says and makes no secret about it either, so much that even Nash starts wondering if Milena is playing him.

The plot is astonishing, characters have depth and growth tangled with realistic array of emotions ranging from mistrust, disgust, disappointment, hatred, sorrow, protection and love. The author did an amazing job highlighting and describing the emotions and feelings between Milena and Nash and their growing attraction to each other. The supporting characters and relationships between them were realistic and well done. I loved this book can't wait to read more by this author.

This is my first time reading something by this author. I enjoyed this book very much. It's a well-written romantic suspense that has plenty of action, suspense, and intrigue and kept me interested and captivated till the end. It was quite the page-turner! The plot was interesting and had some twists and turns that made this quite an exciting and intriguing story. The characters were strong and well-developed. The author did a nice job of bringing this story to life with her vivid descriptions and well-developed scenes. I enjoyed this book and am looking forward to reading more by this author.

Milena is trying to keep the secrets of her company. She knows there is a leak, that is giving her competition the information just before her company goes public.She has downloaded the information and the only person she can trust is a former security guard. Her life is threatened and she watches her driver be shot.
This book was entertaining and hang by the seat of your pants to read. So much action and detail.

The story is fast paced. I never got bored. I was pleasantly surprised with how believable the storyline was. I felt like I was there. There is romance but it was all in good taste. Nothing embarrassing. So glad I read this book and I am looking forward to reading more books by Susan Lower. She is my new favorite author.

A little bit of mystery and intrigue that starts out with a little bit of a bang. Wasn’t sure how the book was going to be at first, but I ended up liking it! I especially liked how the book opened up with a little more action, and no “backdrop”. I would recommend the book for a clean easy read.

Great characters that will keep your interest extremely well.
I'm not going to go into detail, no spoilers, just read the book if you are even mildly intrigued by the blurb. You'll thank me later!

The chemistry, sweetness, and twists in plot kept things interesting. Add in drama and passion and you have a good read.

She has written a book with great characters and a suspenseful plot plus a bit of romance. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. The problems encountered were varied and interesting.

I couldn’t put it down. I got caught up in the high suspense and drama of the story. Amazing how people can make some dumb choices and try to justify their actions. Highly recommend this book. Be prepared to start early in the day because you too won’t be able to put it down.

So much potential

From Milena to Nash I loved all the many characters. There is lots of mystery and suspense and of course sweet, clean romance. Mila and Nash have great chemistry.
