Neo-Gers were going for 55. Again. They ended up mucking things up as they usually did and Celtic were on course for another title, making a second Nine in a Row. The People were resigned to watching Celtic, yet again, winning the treble, while Steven Gerrard prepared to be handed his P45. Then, salvation was at hand as a worldwide pandemic struck. As foreign travel was cancelled, people were urged to stay indoors, shops, pubs, cinemas etc. closed and thousands died, Neo-Gers concentrated on more important trying to stop Celtic being awarded the title. This is the story of all the machinations that went on during the pandemic and how The People convinced themselves they were being cheated. Again.
Although born in Paisley I was brought up in Glasgow and consider myself a Glasgwegian. I worked as a primary-school teacher for 17 years. I am quite an eclectic reader and have a habit of returning to books I have read before. Most of the books I own I have read at least three times each. I have been writing for years now and hoping that somebody, somewhere likes it!
