A Season for Hope

Rate this book
"A Season for Hope is one of the greatest gifts to people dealing with cancer. Chaplain and author Michael S. Barry has had countless occasions to listen to the needs of cancer patients. From this understanding he has written devotions--letters of wisdom and hope saying what most doctors feel they cannot say. These letters meet the patients' deep longing to be heard and to be understood. "A Season for Hope reflects both the reality of life as a cancer patient and the reality of a good and gracious God whose Word promises healing and hope for the journey.

A daily devotional, this book offers amazing hope and comfort to those with cancer. My husband and I love this book, and a friend told me it is her mom's favorite book during her own cancer fight. When all else fails, I go to this book and it calms me. Great for both patients and caregivers like me.
