I loved this book. It’s not too heavy going, provides all the basic info you need to start using plants and herbs in your life and is easy to follow and/or dip in and out of. You’ll need to learn how to recognise the plants mentioned yourself (which is wise as relying on a book for this can be dangerous) and then you’re ready to go. I’d love to see these recipes made by Brigit online as her writing has a lovely quality about it which I’m sure would translate to the screen well.
