So this book has had a face lift, edit, and to be honest wayyyyy BETTER then the original!!!!
We don't have that blah scene in the Prologue like the last book so clap hands for that!! And i like this one better it felt more balance from the old version.
Ford finally getting away from his ex now 10 years later he spots Talia when he bumps into her, already head over heels and when he finds her again at the bar he's making his move, as for Talia shes in town because her brother is marrying Fords Ex and well girl is a nightmare. They don't know the past drama until after the night together when the ex is still feeling those lust feeling for Ford. But man is like naww I don't want you. At first this causes some heartache for Talia but when Ford explains things to her shes over it that relationship was 10 years ago. There still drama because the brother doesn't want the ex anymore 😬😂
When he finds out she been lusting after so many ppls and his sisters new man.

Book 2 in the Wylde Brothers series and I really enjoyed it. I didn’t get to read this story so it was a new experience and I loved it. Ford and Talia were so good together. They literally bumped into each other at the coffee shop and that was all it took. The chemistry and attraction between them was so intense. Loved it. Great story with great characters and I can’t wait to read Bram’s story.

The second book in the Wylde Brothers series is Ford. His ex did a number on his mind years ago and he won't let himself fall in love again. Talia doesn't think she's good enough for any man so when Ford's bear sits up and takes notice of her, it's a tug of war with emotions and feelings. Especially when the ex comes back to town to get married. And who she is getting married to is a little twist in itself. I read this when it first came out and have loved this story since then. The new cover fits the story perfectly. It's hot, it's steamy and it's a quick read that is sure to get you hot and bothered!!

I thought that this was a great read and another wonderful entry in this series. Ford and Talia will give you lots of feels as their story unfolds. The chemistry between these two is intense and boy, do the sparks fly!! Ford is burdened by some major baggage and is very growly and alpha. Can I just say, "YUM!!". This bear shifter left me swooning. Talia was a perfect combo of sweet and fierce. As a pair these two fit together so seamlessly that there was no doubt about their fated mates status, at least as far as I was concerned. This is my elective, forthright review.

This is second book in the Wylde Brothers shifter series, and I’m so happy to be reading Ford’s story. This is a complete stand-alone, but if you happened to read book 1, A Baby for the Bear, then your interest was definitely piqued to learn more about Ford.
A previous relationship ten years ago left a deep darkness within Ford. And now his former girlfriend is back in Sweet Water getting married. But that’s not what had Ford so torn up. It’s a red fox shifter, Talia, that’s demanding his attention. And the instant chemistry is intense! Talia comes with her own insecurities but being with Ford makes her feel something she’s never felt before. Will this be just a one night stand, or turn into something so much more?
I love the instant attraction between Ford and Talia. I love that these two are sweet but also intense, Talia being the light to Ford’s darkness. Ford is so fierce and protective and all the alpha swoony-ness you want in a book boyfriend. Talia may be sweet and insecure, but she’s feisty when she needs to be and protective of her loved ones.
Really enjoyed this short and sweet story of Ford and Talia! Can’t wait to read the next book!

This was as hot as the first Wylde book, wow! Animalistic, lustful and sexy, Ford and Talia should come with a warning label! Talia is a little insecure about her body and she cannot stand her brother's fiancee. That is why she is in town, for the wedding. When she runs into Ford in the coffee shop, the heat they generate is insane. When he spots her in the bar that night, he convinces her to come home with him. Neither of them were looking for forever but that is what they found. They don't immediately declare their feelings, they have to figure them out first. The fact that both characters turn into animals, a bear and a fox, they take the time to examine how they feel and not just give into instinct. This gave a realness to the characters that was refreshing. This makes me want the last brother's book even more!

There is a great depth to Ford’s character. He led his Family to believe he was torn up over a human, Mina, that ended in a break up. But he was really hiding the self loathing and darkness she left behind until Talia shows up. She is a breath of fresh air that has his bear coming to the surface. The little red-headed fox is full of self doubt when it comes to her body and looks but Ford changes all of that. After 10 years of being out of his life will Talia and Ford let Mina ruin their blossoming relationship? Will Ford get his HEA with his mate?

Talia and Ford were so hot! There is just something about these Wylde brothers. Ford's been in a dark spot for the last ten years aching for something he doesn't believe he'll ever find...his mate. All of that changes when he literally runs into Talia. These two have that instant attraction you only hope to find. Only thing is, when his past comes to town with her will they still have that heat? Loved this book!

A great addition to the series! Glad to see that the broody Ford was able to get his happily ever after with his mate. Plenty of heat, alpha obsession, and of course the instant love connection. Great read, can't wait until the next one!

I was curious about Ford in book 1. When he first saw Talia, his whole world righted and it scared him. In the end he found his mate and was able to pull himself out of his darkness!! The fox and the bear!!

Between the Bear's Sheets is the second book in the series. It was short and sweet read. I loved Ford, Bear Shifter and Talia, Red Fox Shifter. They were great together. Looking forward to reading Bram's book.

This was a great short PNR book. Ford thinks he is too broken to love while Talia thinks that she is overweight and no male would mate her. These two help each realize their true purpose and that they are infact each other's mate. Ford needs his light while Talia needs a dark alpha. My favorite part was at the end when Talia finally snaps and her fit flies! I would recommend this book.

A Sassy, Sexy, Angst Filled Step Up From the First Book...
After the lackluster introduction to the Wylde bears book one was, I wasn't sure if Jenika Snow's second installment of her Wylde Brothers series would be worth reading. However, middle brother Ford's story was a vast improvement over the first and well worth the read.
Here in "Between the Bear's Sheets" lies the story of Ford Wylde, a brooding, dark and conflicted shifter. A man hiding his hopelessness and self hatred from his brothers and keeping an emotional stranglehold on his inner bear in order to appear the put together business partner he thinks his siblings need. And Talia, the fiery, red-haired fox who catches him completely unaware and pushes him far outside his well cultivated comfort zone. A woman with issues of her own, in town dealing with her brother's wedding. A wedding to a woman with upsetting and unexpected connections to the world around her.
What follows is a fast-paced, deliciously spicy tale of overcoming loneliness and finding true love. A story about how the lonely, cutting voice inside yourself can drag you down and make you feel as if you're not worthy of happiness, making you afraid to try for the life you really want. And oh my goodness was it a huge step up from the book before it!
Here Snow really steps up the storyline and character development offering something more complex and emotionally intelligent. You will ache for Ford as you read his self view, his desperate attempt to build a fortress around his heart. You will seethe along with Talia as you watch her endure the bridezilla from hell. And you will fan yourself endlessly at the sizzling chemistry between them both once they finally get out of their own ways long enough to ignite the spark between them.
While not fully put together, containing a few plot points I wished were longer and better fleshed out. This second installment is a huge step up from the first. The dialog between Ford and Talia alone will make you feel feverish and wishing for a possessive, burly bear to call your own. And the bitter, angst driven backdrop looming over them both will keep you reading hungrily page after conflict filled page. This one was far more passionate and tangible than the first and will easily hold your attention from start to finish. Well worth the time!

First things first; I love the cover of this book!
Between the bear’s sheets is the second book in the ‘’Wylde brothers’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters loveable and the storyline enjoyable. Ford is a bear shifter that is punishing himself for not saving himself for his future mate. Talia is a fox shifter that is in a small town for her brother’s upcoming wedding. When Ford and Talia meet, sparks fly. With them having a mutual link, will a romance happen between them?
The chemistry between Talia and Ford is clear to see and I loved them together.
I hated Mina. I wanted someone to kick her! I felt sorry for Luke. I hope we get his story at some point. I would really like him to find his happily ever after.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.

OMG, can Luke, Talia’s brother, please get with Melissa, Ary’s friend from book 1. Luke needs a story.
I like Ford’s story. Not as much as Charlie’s. Honestly, I still can’t figure out this dark place that Mina brought Ford to. Apart from that, I love the Wylde brothers and the ferocious way they feel and take their mates once they found them. Talia, a real curvy woman, love that she got her man in the end.
Overall, a quick read that is sexy, steamy and good. Storylines for this series doesn’t have depth as a full-blown novel, but still worth the quickie excitement.
***I don’t equate these stories to real life. It’s definitely about personal taste and what you would or want to tolerate with the stories you read. I hope this review was helpful.

Ford has given up on finding his mate. He wasted so much time with Mina that he no longer allows his heart to feel. Talia does not like her brother’s fiancée. She is a gold digger and is using him but she isn’t about to stop the wedding. Being in Sweet Water is different with all the shifters. She certainly didn’t expect to find a hot looking bear shifter. With the wedding for her brother fast approaching, things were going to heat up. Ford found his mate in the most unsuspecting way, via an ex having her wedding. I always hate when a woman has low self-esteem about herself but luckily Talia realizes she is so much more. And she doesn’t hold back with Mina. Ford, thank goodness that he finally woke up from his funk. Wee now have to find someone for Bram. This one was a lot better then the first book in the series.

What started as an unexpected meeting becomes more in this newest addition to an enjoyable series. Ford doesn’t know what he is looking for, but with just a glance Talia makes his world go round, but past history is questioning if they are really meant to be. What happens next will have you wanting more of their sweet chemistry, hot loving and a bear that isn’t giving up after finding the mate that was meant for him. I enjoyed the storyline with the likable characters in this must read paranormal romance read. I can’t wait for next Wylde brother story.

Ford, the second to the oldest Wylde bear shifter brother, has been holding onto the darkness in his life for 10 years. He let a human girlfriend, Mina, go because he knew she wasn't his mate and she had a bad attitude. When Ford meets Talia, a red fox shifter, he knows that he has strong feelings for her. When he is around her, she clears the darkness out of him. When Mina comes back to town for her wedding she realizes that she has missed Ford. Ford knows that Talia is good for him and that she is his mate and won't let anyone get in his relationship with Talia. Love the shifter brothers of Sweet Water! This is a fast read that I enjoyed immensely.

Ford is a big bear shifter who has baggage from a previous relationship. Talia has baggage too, don’t we all? Ford and Talia has instant chemistry and can’t keep their eyes and hands off each other. Both Ford and Talia are likable, sympathetic characters.
Most shifter stories have an element of insta-love or insta-mate. This one is a bit different since Ford and Talia had other relationships. Ford had given up on finding a mate, but knew Talia was his. I liked the chemistry and the hot scenes between the characters.

This book had me feeling all of the feelings and I absolutely loved it!
Big bad bear shifter Ford has spent 10 years broken and in a bad mood but that all changes when he meets fox shifter Talia. She’s a little shy, a lotta curvy and everything the big alpha bear needs in his life.
I loved Talia and how she is so loyal to her brother and just all around kind but secretly a total badass! Ford is exactly what you want in an alpha bear shifter and their story was so good. I cannot wait to see what is in store for Bram and I REALLY hope we get a story for Luke as well!!

How long do you hold onto the hurt
Poor Ford, he has had ten years to suffer from the train wreck that was his ex. The author did a fantastic job of showing his emotional angst, especially when his ex shows up and tries to ruin his future. I love Talia and the fierce nature she keeps hidden, she has some emotional baggage of her own, but this bear is not going to let his HEA get away so easily. I love the family dynamics and the heat that the author brought to this story. I am really looking forward to reading the next book in the series.

When Jenika Snow puts out a series I’m all over it, and damn the Wylde brothers a far from disappointing.
Ford has baggage for days, and a darkness that surrounds him making the already hugely intimidating bear shifting appear dangerous, so when he meets Talia a one night stands is all he thinks it will be, till it isn’t and all bets are off this bear is getting his mate!!.
I have to bow down at the amazingly imaginative Jenika Snow, every new book is addictive, you never know what’s coming it’s outstanding writing.
