Rate this book
Is there anything as magical and pure as falling in love for the first time? If there is, Breelynn Parker wished it would hurry up and happen to her. She'd been perfectly content living on her family's small farm in North Carolina, riding her beloved horses and hanging out with her neighbor, and best friend, Katy. That was until she fell hard for the foster kid, Thomas. from across the road, and he ended up breaking her heart. Tall, dark and a junior in high school, Thomas was a fifteen-year-old girl's dream brought to life. Unfortunately, his life was more of a walking nightmare. Breelynn was his sanctuary from the evil that seemed to follow him around, but not even Breelynn could keep him safe forever. When the nightmare started to catch up, he did what he'd always done, he ran. Now, three years later, he's back looking for work on her family's farm. About to go off to college, Breelynn must decide if the boy who captured her young heart is worth a second chance or if the past is better left in the past.Recapture the chill of first love butterflies and heart clinching moments as Thomas and Breelynn share the summer that changed their lives forever.

Love it

I always hated romance books but this story is everything I wanted to read in a romantic book. Love it

For me, reading is an escape. Finding this book during a pandemic and being able to escape to the country life was bliss. The details and description in Saving Thomas could not have been better. The author put me right there on the farm with Breelynn and Thomas, right in the middle of a summer love. The sweet innocence of their first summer together will give you those first love butterflies and remind you of those summer nights we all lived for as kids. It's the summer 3 years later, when Thomas returns that I couldn't get enough of. His hot and cold attitude and mischievous looks and grins kept me intrigued. Each chapter leaves you wanting more. Overall a great read! One I will definitely revisit!

This is the first time I believe I have ever read a book that is purely romance, but honestly I was surprised I enjoyed it. I really enjoyed the characters especially Breelyn and Katy with her slutty self. I have never read a Nicholas Sparks book, but if I did, I feel like this would be very similar. There were some grammatical errors but overall a fun read. I wouldn't mind seeing a sequel of Breelyn going off to college and maybe getting a chance of reading it from Thomas perspective as well now that they end up together. Hope to see new books from this author

First Love

A great book about first love that never dies. You have your first love and then he leaves you and returns four year a later. You expect to continue where you left off, but he has no much to overcome and feel worthy of your love.

Thank you for letting me read a great book.
