She is the one I've been waiting for. All my brothers have managed to find genuinely nice girls. But I've yet to meet a girl who did not hook up with me because of my wealth. I decide to take a break from being a billionaire and set out on an unplanned trip to South Africa. Then I met her, Alice. She is sweet, gorgeous, and impossible to resist. When she finds out who I am, she calls me a liar and pushes me away. I'll prove to her that she'd fallen for the right man.
"Plus Size Curves" is the fourth book in the Alphas and Their Curvy Girls Series. All the books in this series are standalone with sweet stories and steamy, ott scenes and a guaranteed HEA.
I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book. Alice has finally broken away from her toxic long term relationship with Nick and finally found the courage to move back home, with no money she is forced to live with her parents but she is determined to have the life she wants eventually even if that means working as a waitress at a burger restaurant, she dreams of working with children living in poverty and helping them build a future so when she is accepted on to a volunteer programme in Africa, the only thing she wants to know is when, where and how soon does she start? When she arrives its everything she expected and also feared even the gifts she bought for the children of a neighbouring orphanage although bring joy also bring jealousy. No matter what she is determined to make the best of her time there to do as much good as she can, what she wasn’t expecting was George the volunteer who arrives the day after, he looks like a movie star and she watches all the girls faun all over him, but there is a real connection between them from the first moment. She wasn’t expecting to feel anything for him and certainly had no intention of meeting anyone on this trip but how will she react when she learns that the man she has fallen for is lying to her, should she forgive him like she did Nick and if she doesn’t could she lose her chance at love?
George is the final single Parker brother and although he has never even considered settling down watching his brother’s fall in love and get married is making him wonder if he will ever have a chance at love. After living his life by his own rules he has enjoyed many women’s wiles but could there be more to life than the playboy life he has enjoyed. It’s a night when he has a little too much to drink when he volunteers to work with children in Africa but its hid brother’s reactions to him being accepted that really seals the deal. Arriving in Africa changes the course of his life, meeting the children of the orphanage is an experience he will never forget and shows him what life is really like and what he could really do with his wealth. The last thing he was thinking when he enrolled was about hooking up and when he meets Alice he feels a connection he never dreamed of finding, this girl has no idea who he is and is with him for him other than what he can buy them it’s a revelation he never expected and he finally understands why his brothers have held on to their women. But he hasn’t told Alice the truth, how will she react to his secret and who he really is, will she forgive him or walk away?
This was really different book looking at social differences and the last and most flamboyant of the four brother’s looks at his life and finds it lacking, everything has been easy for George until he meets his match in Alice and see the world that others ignore. Highly recommended read although I was sad there were no lions in it. 4.5* Read
Chemistry so strong!! George is the last parker brother to find his dream woman. A woman who doesn't look at him as a cash cow. I just couldnt put it down. I really like George and Alice. They were just perfect for each other. WOOOHOOOO its just a brilliant read!!! A outstanding series!!! 10/10
i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the fourth book in the Alphas and Their Curvy Girls Series. In this book, George is the last Parker brother to find love. George is the most outgoing brother and known for his partying. When George starts to wonder if he is missing something in his life, he decides he needs to have a drinking binge. While drunk one night, he sees an ad for a volunteer program working with orphans in Africa and signs up. The next day George realizes what he did and plans to send a cheque to get out of it. When his brother visits and he laughs at George for signing up, George decides to go and prove he can be a caring person. Alice recently broke up with her boyfriend and had to move back with her parents. Alice also had to leave her job working with kids and can't find another one. When Alice gets a letter saying she was accepted to work with a volunteer program in Africa, she is excited and can't wait to go. When George and Alice meet, George thinks Alice is different from other women and likes that she doesn't know who he is and how much money he has. Alice cares for George for himself, but things could change when she learns the truth. I liked this book. I love that George seemed to mature and realize there were others in need of help and not to focus so much on himself. Alice liked George, she wasn't interested in his money, she just wanted to help others. I liked the connection between George and Alice. I liked this series and was glad to see all of the brothers find love.
Julie Scarlet has done it again with the final brother in this series; another well written love story woven into a tale of self discovery.
Having met the male character and watched him through the series we see his person growth in his own book. Written from his own POV we feel his sadness and joy through the descriptive writing pulling the reader along for the ride to enjoy his fashion forward sexiness. Reading the female's POV you feel her vulnerability, strength and emotions as the story plays out. They are supported through their story by a cast of many; some we have met before like his family but others who are specific and essential to this story.
The landscape of the story is also well written from the urban townscape to the African safari every where is described to perfection.
I loved this book, as I have the previous ones and totally recommend that you add it to your Kindle today. xx

(George & Alice): i enjoyed this story the most out of the four. Alice is frustrated with her life, and coming down from a breakup. Her previous boyfriend is basically a douche canoe that verbally abuses her. Now she's living with her parents again working in a fast food restaurant. Wanting to work with kids, she takes a position doing charity work in Africa. George is the last of the Parker brothers to find his match and he's happy with that. Though he's not happy with sleeping with women who have $$$ in their eyes. On a drunken night he decides he wants to change so he applies to do work in…. You guessed it, Africa. Another insta romance, but while George is pursuing Alice, all of the ladies of the camp are pursuing him. That was annoying. I did enjoy hearing about a change in scenery, the author was extremely descriptive of the environment, the campsite, the orphanage and the children. I felt as though I was there with them. Really good story and a great end to this series.
In Plus Size Curves, Julie Scarlet concludes her Parker Brothers series with George's story. The billionaire is definitely the most flamboyant of the four brothers, and the most self-involved. Until he sees how happy the rest of his brothers are with their wives, and he wonders if there is more to life. On a drunken whim, he signs up for a volunteer opportunity in South Africa. That is where he meets Alice. She has just gotten out of a bad, long-term relationship and applied to volunteer to focus on helping others while finding herself. George and Alice have an instant connection and are incredibly sweet together. George also goes on a real journey of self-discovery that complements the first real connection he has ever had with another person. Through their story, we also see how two people really are stronger when they bring out the best in one another.

George the ever carefree brother is now at a lost since his older brothers re settled and married. His extravagant life as the baby is not as fulfilling. He in his stupor donate and sign up for a orphanage safari type program. he is trying to be incognito. Alice is one of the eye of his attention. The others are competing for his time. They don’t know his identity but his dress and behavior almost demands it. Not so incognito. Not sharing whole truths with Alice can get the reaction as lying. But when are you going to change George? No cliff

Plus Size Curves is the fourth book in the His Curvy Girls series and is a very fun and engaging story about Alice and George. This is a quick novella with a billionaire who just wants to be treated like a regular person who meets a woman that has just gotten out of a bad relationship and is ready to start over. They meet in Africa when they are both volunteering. I enjoyed this story and found myself really liking both characters a lot. Their story has a few bumps along the way but once they finally get out of their own ways then it is a straight shot to a wonderful HEA.
I want to thank Julie Scarlet, author and Goodreads First Reads Giveaway for the eBook Kindle copy of Forbidden Men & Curvy Girls: A Romance Box Set an anthology. Plus Size Curves ~ His Curvy Girls ~Book 4 is the final part of the Parker Brother series.
George is the last single Parker brother and the biggest playboy and after seeing how happy his three older brothers with new wives he makes a decision to try to change. He books a trip to South Africa to join a group to help at a wildlife refuge and orphanage.
He keeps his real place in life a secret from the group where he meets Alice and changes to want to be a better person. Loved this short story and the series.
The Parker Brothers are an awesome family of strong, smart, ruggedly handsome sexy and passionate men.
I almost hope to see the father, led by a wifely aberration and possibly find his way back to love. But that’s just me wanting to have more of The Scarlet Effect.
Anywho...

The last one of the Parker Brothers to find somebody to be truly in love with, George needs a change in his care free life style so in a drunken state he applies for a trip to South Africa to help the orphans and animals. Alice needing a change also applies for the same trip and they meet fall in love and continue to save the world. Cute story and great characters Recommend with a 5 Stars review
When George's playboy lost it's excitement, he starts looking for more. Amy's life has taken of the unexpected, she realizes she wants a change. George and Amy volunteer for a charity in South America. When George and Amy meet they instantly connect, but when lies come out will the end things?
This is a great series from start to finish. One well worth getting lost in over and over.

The author has given us wonderful characters. The last of the Parker Brothers, George, finally realizes that he is not living his life as he should. Alice is trying to restart her life after leaving her boyfriend. They each find themselves as volunteers in South Africa and have an instant connection.

This was a very cute story. I love how confident and compassionate Alice, and how she helped to make George a better person. The chemistry between them is smoking hot, but also very sweet. This was a very enjoyable “feel-good” novel.
I received a free advanced review copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a fair and honest review.
Alice is fresh out of a four year relationship and goes to Africa for a volunteer. George ( the last single Parker Brother) signed up as a volunteer while drunk one night. Eye contact makes for a promising happy ever after.

Loved all the brothers stories but George and Alice's story was the cake topper. It was beautiful to see George and Alice grow together. The descriptions of the travel to Africa, the camp they went to, the animals and the orphanage was so good. I enjoyed reading the whole series. :)
This novel is a reason why I don't like short " books ". Everything is rushed, the plot is thin. No character development , no anything of real depth. If this story could have been made into a real book , say 3/4 hundred pages it could have been enjoyable. Alas, it was just like every other short book I've read , not good.
The love story was completely unbelievable. I gave it three stars because I appreciated the rich-boy-does-good aspect.
I also have to wonder why the four Parker brothers had lived such vapid lives, treating women like garbage (except for Eddie) when their parents were supposedly so loving and wonderful. Why didn’t they raise them better??
Another amazing read in this series. This is the fourth book and you will not be disappointed. I couldn't put it down. The story flows well, the author gives us characters that are amazing and have sizzling chemistry. You will enjoy this series. A must read.
Story line is great and I loved the characters. I really enjoyed reading this book and I would recommend it! Unexpected twists and turns had me reading this book in one sitting. Great storyline and character development made this book a hot and enjoyable read!
An over the top insta connection plot that is a pleasure to read. The plot and the characters are well written and easy to read, I couldn’t help rooting for them as I read this short story.

I had a really hard time with this book. By the end I liked George but it took me a long time to get there. It was right up to the end and I had to force myself to keep reading because I just really didn’t like him at all. He did redeem himself but it was not until the end.
What a bunch of crap was this characters? Super fast, our H was a spoil socialite that no woman says no to and our h said maybe with an inclination to fuck yes, so again no trope here. It was bad and quick.
George is actually the worst Parker brother, and that's saying a lot! Alice starts off pouty, but her good nature quickly becomes apparent. George's quick evolution, as well as their romance, is exactly as expected.
These curvy girls books celebrate those of us who are happy with our size. Even though we are constantly being ridiculed, we should embrace who we are regardless of our size
