Look no further

As a hypnotist, I've been a fan of Mr Nongard's work for a while now and this book is, as usual, informative, actionable, and highly accessible even if you're a beginner.

There's a wealth of techniques here that you can learn now and use now, no matter your experience. I've found myself returning to 2 or 3 "scripts" that I find the most useful and fun to do, but there's plenty here to play with.

This is my number 1 recommendation for people asking me where to start with self hypnosis.

A summary of how to relax. Breathe right, do yoga, how other books do it, etc.

A large part of the book involves using no sources after proclaiming such n such research exists and then making references to other books and other therapists.

The book is engaging and is a good summary of some useful techniques, it’s not too long and it’s not too dry.

Good self-hypnosis book. This one has some gems but they're underneath more filler than the author's other book "The Seven Most Effective Methods of Self-Hypnosis." Both are good books on self-hypnosis; They each have different gems hidden inside them.

I really enjoyed this book. Is practical and very useful in life. Tha applications and the theory behind it. I just love it.
