Affectionately referred to as, the twins, Jagger and Huntley aren’t related, but that’s the only thing the two alphas don’t have in common. Eerily identical, if it weren’t for the scar Jagger earned saving Huntley’s life as children, no one would be able to tell them apart. Together, there isn’t a challenge they won’t face. Breaking into a hellish laboratory where enemy scientists are conducting gruesome experiments is no different. Their mission is clear, save who they can and burn the rest, but when they come upon a locked door behind a barricade that looks months old, they know that whatever is inside, isn’t like anything they’ve faced yet.
Ripped from his mother’s arms and thrown into a cell as a child, Sitka hasn’t seen a living person in years. He sees their footsteps under the door when they slide in his food, but no one has dared face the crazed nephilim who can hop shadows—not after what he did to the last two who entered his cell. Still, his life is far from peaceful. Sitka can’t stop seeing dead people. They scream at him without rest, their voices angry and loud enough to make living a normal life impossible—even if he hadn’t spent most of it locked away. When the room to his door randomly bursts open, Sitka assumes the two men are there to finally kill him.
Huntley and Jagger knew something unusual was behind that door, but they didn’t expect their mate. He swings at them like a wrecking ball, making them realize what they had was just one half of the equation. Sitka completes them, but Sitka’s own angelic power is his worst enemy.
When strange things start to happen around the hotel, no one wants to blame the flighty nephilim who can jump shadows and talk to ghosts, but the list of suspects is short. And Sitka wasn’t the only victim rescued from the labs. As the reclusive wolf pack learns how to live with growing numbers, they can’t forget the danger looming over all their heads. A powerful force wants them all dead.
Lovers is the third book in the Wolves of Royal Paynes series. It is an action-packed, magically-infused, swelteringly hot, mpreg romance that continues a world of angels, demons, mystery, and magic. For maximum enjoyment, this series should be read in order.
Wolves of Royal Paynes: Hero Ruler Lovers Outlaw
Explore the Wolves of World: Wolves of Walker County Wolves of Royal Paynes
I can't decide if this is my least favorite so far or my favorite. I loved certain parts of it, loved all three mc's, but enough already with the similes!! It wasn't as bad as the last one, but still, it was ridiculous at times. There were also parts I had to read multiple times to figure out what was going on. I think the author was going for Sitka being a little bit strange, scatterbrained maybe? I don't know. His thought processes were all over the place, which given his captivity was understandable, but I still needed to be able to comprehend what he was thinking. Sometimes, it was difficult.
I knew who the traitor was..it didn't take me long to figure it out which was okay. I was more interested in the why's anyway.
I really, really hope Diesel's book is good. He's the only reason I've kept going with this series. I want him to have a HEA.
This is a brilliant & extremely intense MMM/Mpreg shifter romance with some heart-wrenching moments & I was totally fascinated by it. The plot is well-paced & highly intriguing with outstanding scene descriptions & world building. The strong-willed characters are individually very unique & have with opposing personalities that ultimately complement each other as they continue to develop into a well-adjusted triad. There are some characters crossovers but this book can be read as a standalone although I would suggest reading the series in sequence to fully understanding the underlying storyline. It is about: a feral young male nephilim (Sitka) held in solitary captivity for years is finally rescued by two alpha male wolf shifters (Jagger & Huntley) who are closer to each other than siblings & they both realize that Sitka is their mate but danger is looming on the horizon. There is: a devious company (Portal Ventures), wolf shifters, angels, demons, nephilims, alphas, omegas, humans, adventure, action, twists & turns, intrigue, suspense, drama, magic, mystery, secrets, friendship, mates, evil, vengeful feelings, threats, danger, deceit, betrayal, a traitor, danger, violence, conflict, discovery, disbelief, strange abilities, determination, gentleness, patience, memories, insecurities, vulnerability, emotional turmoil, unexpected surprises, happiness, love, steamy scenes & a well-deserved satisfying conclusion for this triad with a interesting ending. I enjoyed reading this Mpreg shifter romance & definitely would recommend it & look forward to the next book with great anticipation.
Lovers is the third book in the Wolves of Royal Paynes series and one I have really been excited about. The twins have been fascinating characters in the first two books, with their near identical appearance, Jagger’s mysterious scar on his neck, their intriguing past, and their fierce warrior nature. So I was really looking forward to hearing more about their journey. As a note, each book in the series features a new couple/triad, but the men are all heavily involved in each other’s stories and the overarching series plot with Portal runs through all the books. So this is a series where you definitely need to start at the beginning.
In this third book, we learn more about Portal’s end goal, see their other compound, and watch the pack continue to investigate. We don’t yet know exactly what Portal is trying to accomplish, or how they are using the nephalim, but the team gets new information from the compound that provides further clues and advances the plot.
I think that Stika is now my favorite nephillim. There's just something about him that is endearing, I think. I mean, he's a little nuts, but then again, wouldn't you be? I just think that he's happy (now) and loving and just really horny, but then again, with Jagger and Huntley, wouldn't you be? I just really want to be his friend, because he really is determined and strong.
Jagger and Huntley have such a tight bond together, and then neither one of them have any problems with adding in Sitka, he just fits in between them perfectly.
Rating: 4 stars Another great book in the series. It took me a while to warm up to Sitka but I think that was point of his character. I felt really bad for him. The torture that he went through for years was horrendous. I’m not sure that I felt the connection between him and the twins as much as I did with the previous couples. It was a bit too insta-love for me. Still, I really enjoyed the book and I’m glad I waited until now to read it so that I only have a few days to wait until the final book in the series.
I loved so much about this. Jagger and Huntley were my favorites from book one and I loved their relationship with each other and Sitka. Sitka was unique as a shooter, too, which made him interesting.
I wish we had gotten a little more about Jagger and Huntley’s childhood, but the story itself was great. Seeing Sitka learn to be human again was heartwarming, and I honestly liked Hanging Man.
Wow, I thoroughly enjoyed this story. I loved the connection between Huntley and Jagger, known as the twins even though they aren’t related but they do have a connection, it’s like they can communicate with each other. They’ve known each other since they were pups and were in a bad pack, with Huntley’s dad being a child abusing arsehole, he took it too far one day and was beating on Huntley and showed no signs of stopping, Jagger runs in and Huntley’s dad sliced him across the neck, Jagger ends up killing him then they fled the pack and ended up in another pack but because they were alphas that’s how they became part of the team with Knox, Faust and Diesel with Pierce being kind of their leader. Huntley still blames himself for the scar that Jagger has to live with. The twins ended up rescuing Pierce from Seattle’s stronghold of Portal, they thought he’d died 5 years ago on their last mission. Portal had tortured him so he was malnourished, scarred and a broken leg that looked like it had been repetitively broken. The guys are happy that Pierce is back but wary as they don’t know who he is anymore.
The guys find out about another Portal stronghold and go on a rescue mission of all the people that have been held against their wills and experimented on, the twins end up finding a door that hadn’t been opened automatically when Knox done his thing so they broke the door down and are attacked by this guy that could shadow jump, they tried to tell him that they’re there to help. Sitka finally stops attacking them when he realises that there are no voices of angry ghosts when he touched one of them, there’s just silence. He kisses one of them and then grabs the other one, they all feel the connection and are having a moment when Knox walks in and isn’t happy what the twins are doing. Sitka only says a few words but the twins tell him that he’s safe and they take him back with all the survivors but the twins take the hummer so it’s just them since Sitka has to touch them and Knox isn’t very happy as Sitka seems feral. The twins didn’t like that comment and then Knox doesn’t want him near Jazz but Jazz tells him that everything is okay especially when Sitka sees Jazz he feels their connection and calls him brother. I loved how Huntley and Jagger let Sitka come into his own, and I especially love how even though they’re apprehensive when Sitka wants to dress them after seeing all the lovely colourful and different fabrics in their closet but they know that it would make him happy so they let him and this is how Sitka finds what he’s really good at and loves. It’s even better when they and the pack make a special design room for him, like they did for Storri’s reading knock/library. After everything that happened in this book I’m looking forward to seeing the final showdown with good vs evil. I’d recommend this book, series and author to everyone.
I just knew I was going to love this MMM romance in the Wolves of Royal Paynes series. I always wondered about the "twins" Huntly and Jagger. They are pack, yet we hardly learned anything about them in previous books except that they are rarely seen without the other. No one seems to know where they came from, and honestly after reading this we kinda still don't. The answer to how Jagger got his scar is explained and a bit about their previous pack, but not much more than that. Jagger and Huntly have been together since they were kids. They love each other deeply, but they are both alphas which means neither likes to give up control and submit.
That is where Sitka comes in. He gives his alphas something to protect and cherish. Adding him to the relationship makes them complete in a way, not that they didn't feel complete before. Sitka just gives them more. Alphas are caretakers of the pack and neither Huntley nor Jagger wanted to be seen as needing protection from the other. Now they have a person to direct their protectiveness on. It makes them feel good to provide for their young mate. It fulfills a need and in return Sitka gets to feel loved for the first time in his life other than from his mother.
The heat level was good and comparable to the other books in the series, but my only niggle was that other than one time I can remember, almost all the sex scenes were hyperfocused on Sitka. I kinda wanted some alpha on alpha action going on or maybe even a glimpse into them together before they met Sitka. We know they kept that coconut oil in the gym for lube, but neither Huntley nor Jagger bottomed once in the entire book. It wasn't even discussed if it was something they did in the past or not ever.
The mystery behind what Portal is after is starting to unravel, but there is also a huge blow dealt to the pack that is going to take time to heal. I had my suspicions, but it feels good to have them confirmed. The next book Outlaw is Diesels story. The blurb doesn't mention the name of any potential mate, which is leading me to believe his omega Quinlin may not be as dead as everyone believes. I've been pondering it for awhile now. They never mention ever having laid eyes on his body, only that they believed he was killed during the hellfire bomb. If I was excited for the twins story I am most excited for Diesel and to see if my prediction comes to fruition. I just hope it doesn't turn out that Quinlin is alive, but is on the side of the bad guys because I don't think poor Diesels heart would be able to take it.
Independent reviewer for Gay Romance Reviews, I was gifted my copy of this book.
This is book 3 in the Wolves of Royal Paynes series, and I strongly recommend you read Hero (book 1) and Ruler (book 2) There is an on-going story arc, that doesn't fully recap here. And personally, I found those 2 books a much better read than this one. (I read them via Unlimited, and haven't had chance to write a review!)
Huntley and Jagger are known as The Twins. They look alike, save for the scar on Jagger's neck, but they are not related, they are partners though. And they are thrown somewhat when they come across Sitka, a nephilim locked away in a Portal property who's scent screams at them :MATE. Sitka has the same reaction but his is more a calming of his gift, he can hear and see ghosts who spend their days shouting at Sitka. Touching Huntley and Jagger shuts them up, as does touching his brothers, Jazz and Storri. Weird things start happening once Sitka returns home with the guys, but what's really going on?
I read books 1 and 2 in readiness for this one, I liked the sound of this, and it says you should read them before this one, so I jumped in. And I *think* part of the problem I have with this book is, I was able to read one and two in one go, back to back. I wasn't able to do that here. So I recommend you find time to be able to read THIS book in one go, I think you will enjoy it better.
It also is a little predicable, I thought. I could see what was happening, I really could. I couldn't see how it would all go down, but I could see the WHO, you know?
I did enjoy the fact that Sitka knew he was nephilim, and this was not news to him. I liked the fact that Sitka was disappointed he was pregnant, like, yesterday. He did make me laugh in places.
For a three way, I found it somewhat less explicit than the other two books, which isn't a bad thing, just needs mentioning. I didn't feel as emotionally connected to all three guys either.
Still, a good book, a great addition to the series, too. Diesel is next, given what was discovered here, I look forward to reading his book soon.
Again, slightly better than the previous book. Miles from book 1 and quite better than 2, still... not great.
This time it's about the "twins", Jagger and Huntley finding their third. I wasn't interested in their story at all, mostly I felt the idea of them called "twins" never sat well with me, I felt it just unnecessary click bate and the mentions of their sexual relationship rather uncomfortable. But their third, Sitka (cool name) made the reading enjoyable.
The plot still has holes, the dialogue gets wonky at times, narration too... particularly the action scenes, they can get confusing, like the author is trying to describe what she sees in her mind instead of trying to paint the picture to the audience, the result then felt jumbled. Kiki Burrelli also does something I found soooooooo annoying in this book, she's used "comparissons" before but this time they were amped to over 9,000, it was between useless and ridiculous, sometimes both, usually killing the seriousness of a dramatic scene or the mood of a romantic scene, take suspense away from stressful moments, it was just too much.
About how the background story is developing... it's getting weird but also very interesting, dark and crazy. It's just a pitty that it's taken so long for this series to actually call my attention.
Secondary characters here are... so-so. The old ones are ok except for Hallie and her still on-going sub-plot I couldn't care less about and gives NOTHING to the main or background plot. But a certain "newly added one" was fun... in an evil way, a little obvious for a "twist" but pretty fun.
All in all Lover has a decent amount of good to be a light reading without really investing much to it... but I cannot recommend the series for anyone looking for a good read. Instead, maybe if you're into MMPREG and can't find anything else to read (MMPreg has very few authors and even less good books/series). 2 out of 5. I think the author, Kiki B. had a plot on her mind that could've been a complex, deep, a little dark and sexy series... instead of half a joke, half a mindless so-so read.
It was way too predictable. I guess what I really don't like about the Walkers or the Paynes is that they really think they're all that and then some and if someone questions it they get shut down immediately. It's just off putting and gets tiresome. It certainly did in the Walkers books and in this series as well.
I thought Sitka was whatever, not really a memorable character. The "twins" (smth is creepy about that) were also pretty blah.
There's also a moment that's really awkward and off-putting: the moment between Phineas and Regina was dicey and unnecessary.
Like we get it, Paul Tyson is an angel bla bla and I still give full credit to Aver for picking him when no one else had the balls to. But ughh I felt bad for Regina because she never said Paul was bad at his job, she was just curious about something and I thought Phineas was hella cringe at that moment with his reprimand. Felt like a power-play because he's an Elder and she's not but wtv. It was super unnecessary for the author to add this random part lol. The idea that speaking ill of or questioning the Alpha has consequences (mentioned in Walker books) is unconstitutional lol but since this is a dumb wolf book, I'll ignore how wrong that it is.
but just ugh.. that moment.. so damn awkward and unnecessary:
“All five of you were joint Alphas of your previous pack?” Tony reached over to snag a skewer from the tray next to the fire and offered it to Knox.
He took the skewer with a nod. “It was the best option after Alpha Carrier died. We needed resources, more than any one of us could have provided.”
“Why didn’t the Walker alphas do something like that?” Regina asked.
Nash made a low, grumbling noise. “Because none of the Walkers wanted to be Alphas in the first place.”
“And no one could lead the pack as well as Alpha Tyson,” Phineas added with some steel in his tone.
“Yes, of course, Elders Walker.”
Phineas and all these mates from both series were human first, lol. I'll never grasp how quickly they forget their human ways and join the packs so seamlessly. At least try to make it somewhat believable.
Another great addition to this series that is bringing it all to an explosive end! Sitka is the first nephilim to both know what he is and to have encountered Portal before. In fact, he has spent a large amount of time imprisoned by Portal after managing to kill many of their scientists and then being unable to kill him. When the team stumbles across him at one of the labs Jagger and Huntley quickly find themselves drawn to this mysterious and violent nephilim.
This time around the pack is more prepared for a nephilim. Jazz has become their leader in a way and he has no problem declaring that Sitka is safe, even as he acts a bit like a feral creature. Finding out that Sitka sees angry ghosts that only go away with contact to one of his alphas puts an odd spin on things but makes the trip very close quite quickly. Sitka needs time to learn again how to be out amongst people and how to have a family again. His whole life has been running and fighting. Jagger and Huntley don't try to change him; they are proud that Sitka can defend himself and take his own needs. They do love him though and help him flourish as Sitka relearns the outside world. As Sitka communicates more it also becomes clear he knows more about Portal's plan and just what could be awaiting the pack and the world.
A truly excellent third book that promises an excellent ending to this storyline in the fourth!
Each book in this series is just wonderful... ...and this 3rd one is no exception. Ms. Burrelli really pours herself into each book and that makes the reader submerge themselves into each one. Jagger and Huntley have appeared in the previous books and here their story and history of their relationship is now being told. Their mutual love is encapsulated in gestures, looks, actions, defense of each other whether in danger or just living life at their hotel headquarters. Throw into the mix their discovered omega Sitka and you have a powerful read. What can one say about Sitka? Eclectic personality fits his persona. Suffering untold years of captivity under the Portal doctors' indescribable tortures, keeping his sanity intact by having conversations with the likes of the Hanging Man ghost and other ghosts or prophets enabled Sitka to survive. His rescue by his two alphas is the meat of this book. But betrayal also makes up another hook in this book. Betrayal to the whole pack will come as a surprise. This is a very intense read and one I took great pleasure in reading. There is also new life to be had and old heart aches for pack members to be experienced. I had the opportunity to read this ARC in exchange for my willing review.
Having over the last year becoming drawn more to books with more MMM romance, this book did not disappoint.
Jagger and Huntley are very close. Friends since childhood and look eerily alike, despite not being actual identical twins. What should have been a run of the mill job ended up being anything but. Who knew they would meet their third, Sitka.
All their lives were forever changed.
Sitka was locked behind a barricaded door in a lab. A nephillim held captive for nefarious circumstances, he is eventually rescued by Jagger and Huntley. What should have been a situation wrought with issues ended up being the perfect fit for all three of them.
The Wolves of Royal Paynes series continues to mesmerize, stretch your imagination and fascinate with each new book in the lineup. Burrelli is a fierce writer and gives you a satisfying glimpse into her creative mind. ****************************************************************************** Ready for book #4. Outlaw should be just as powerful as the first three in the series. Better enjoyed if red in order. ******************************************************************************
**I received this ARC via Gay Romance Reviews for my honest feedback.**
Together we are amazing! This is an amazing m/m/m story where Jagger and Huntley have a strong and beautiful relationship, not ever realizing that there was a third that could complete them and make them even stronger. This is a terrific third piece of the puzzle that is part of the overall story arch. The author weaves action, intrigue, betrayal, strengthening partnerships and new love all together into an awesome story. The writing flows and the story-line kept me reading all afternoon.
Jagger and Huntley and Sitka come together with patience, gentleness and wonder. Sitka brings a whole new dimension to this incredible relationship and it is really wonderful to watch them adapt and grow. So many things in this story really touched my heart, either with humor, wonder or with sadness.
This is book three of the Wolves of Royal Paynes series and really should be read in sequence to fully appreciate the story-line. I really cannot wait for the fourth and final book of the series and i have lots of hope that maybe Diesel has a chance for happiness.
I was gifted this book from Gay Romance Reviews and i freely give my honest opinion and review
I’ve read like 90% of Burrelli’s published works and I think this one just might be my all time favorite. Jagger and Huntley were pretty mysterious in the previous books in this series, so I didn’t really know what to expect from them, but from the first page I so adored their relationship. Little touches and glances in every scene truly showed their love for each other and I was so on board. So then I started thinking, well then, bringing in a third is just going to ruin this amazing dynamic. But then we met Sitka and I just loved him from his very first line. And the three together worked perfectly. Even with two of them having been in a relationship their whole lives, it still felt complete with all three and never felt like someone was left out.
The suspense and Portal business was incredibly intriguing this time around too. While I think it’s pretty obvious who the bad guy is, it didn’t detract from enjoyment. Pair that with Sitka’s incredibly cool and unique nephalim abilities, and this story was just intriguing and un-put-downable the entire time.
Ms Burrelli is one of my favorite authors so any of her books is a must read for me and this book is not exception. With a very complex plot, some angst and a lot of action and danger, any book that you pick on this series is outstanding with wonderful characters and many heartwarming moments but this book 3 is simply the best so far. Not only it has a very intense MMM love story, but also a twist in the plot that caught me immediately with some intrigue and mystery and a charismatic and wonderful character that stole my heart since his first apparition. Sitka is sweet and endearing and his story broke my heart and his inner strength, capacity of love and his hope and view of life, got to me and I cried and laughed a lot with his story. I enjoyed a lot Sitka, Jagger and Huntley's interactions and their love and support for each other even in difficult moments. A captivating story... The best book in the series so far!
Welcome back to Royal Paynes. The pack is growing. The threat from the Portal is growing, too. There will be a betrayal, new love, the nephilim will grow more powerful, and the Pack dynamic will shine. I am so loving this series! All my friends welcomed me back into their lives. This episode features the "twins", Huntley & Jagger. Their alpha bond isn't complete, until they rescue Sitka, another nephilim. Sitka talks to ghosts & shadow hops. Their relationship will be challenged. Danger threatens. And courage & strength will astound you. You will love this book! I can't wait for the next & final book. You need to read the first two books in this series. And since they make an appearance here, reading the Wolves of Walker County saga is a wonderful idea. This book contains adult themes and language, mm sex and is intended for mature readers only.
I was looking forward to ‘the twins’” story but I’m afraid it fell quite short for me. They were the horniest of bunnies, basically since the minute they met, but the book never really convinced me of any romance. Fate pulled three names from a hat for this triad—any three men and a pinch (*a bucketload) of lust will do. There’s no discernible reason why fate destined these 3 particular men for each other. Fated love is a romantic notion but I’d still like to see it backed up with a little concrete romance? I’d like to know why these men would have CHOSEN each other even if fate wasn’t pushing them together.
I guess I just love the ooey-gooey vicarious emotions I get from reading romances and I didn’t get that from this book (and the…abundance of sex didn’t mean much to me without that).
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
Huntley and Jagger never expected to find their mate locked away in a lab. Finding Sitka has turned their lives upside down, but they are more than willing to fight for their mate and the love between them.
Each book in this series just makes me love this pack even more. I enjoyed seeing these three men find their way. Each one has a personality all his own and the three blend together so well. Along with their beautiful story we also get to see the pack work together and fight for each other. A betrayal from someone that the pack trusted cuts them to the bone but together they will find a way to continue the fight to save those that they love. I loved seeing Sitka join the family and cannot wait for the next book in this series.
I loved this book! The world-building and characters are fantastic. I really like the variety of different beings - shifters, angels, ghosts, nephilim, demons, humans - and the whole backstory with the Portals, This is an exciting story with action, tension, danger, secrets, betrayal, love, fated mates, and so much more. I really liked the three MCs and how they were equal in the relationship, regardless of who was together the longest, alpha vs omega, old friends vs new mate. It wasn't the *twins* plus one; it was 1 + 1 + 1 = 3, not 2 + 1 = 3, and I really liked that. There are some real steamy scenes, too. Don't pass this one up.
I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving this honest review.
Whoa baby! This was my favorite book thus far. Each one has been Elite but this one was even better. First, the twins. Though not actually related they looks so much alike and are so connected that everyone calls them that. And Sitka… *sigh* what a beautiful creature. I loved how poetic his chapters were. I loved how strong he was even after all the hardships and trouble he faced. He just was wonderful. The three of them worked so well, it made perfect sense to the whole story and never went… weird. Plus their story moved the greater story along! Basically I’m just sitting here taking it all in and preparing myself for the final book.
I have loved the Wolves of Royal Paynes so much! The Portal business is heating up and they find another nephilim, Sitka, who can jump from shadow to shadow. He is also dangerous because he has had to be to survive. I loved how you get to see him settle down and he instantly accepts them all as pack. I have wondered what the deal with Jagger and Huntley was and I enjoyed the look at these two as well. And Pierce....oh my gosh I was ready to punch him early on. It is obvious how much the pack has grown as a team under Knox. This was a great addition to the series and I can't wait for the last book about Diesel although I am sure it is gonna break my heart in little pieces.
That was an amazing and entertaining read. I really loved Huntley, Jagger and Sitka story. The emotional moments are endearing and the way they blend together is so sweet. Sitka is totally adorable and extremely powerful, but also very vulnerable thanks to his imprisonment and his power that he couldn't learn how to control it. He finds soothing in his mates arms and the way they connect and the amount of trust they build is amazing. Unknowingly they have a traitor and an enemy in their circle that tries to divide them and create mayhem. The action and mystery constantly keeps you engaged and when strong emotion and the pack is at stake the only hope you have is that good will prevail.
Huntley and Jagger lost all of their pack except for the ones that were away on a mission with them. They have been searching for the group, Portal who destroyed their pack and on a raid of a known compound they find Sitka. Sitka has either been on the run by Portal or held captive by them most of his life. Huntley and Jagger never expected to find the mate that they weren’t even looking for being held in a dark room at an enemy compound. I loved this book and the characters mesh so well together and makes you feel like you are a part of the story. Excited to see what comes next for this series.
I received an advanced copy of this book for an honest review.
From the start of this series each book has been leading to a bigger and bigger family
As each alpha finds their other half the pack grows, and the nephliem are all related.
This is no exception.
Jagger and Huntley are together, never wanting a third. Always there for their pack, ready to help at any time, and work together like well oiled machine.
Sitka wasnt a character I thought Id like based on the blurb. But as I read the story. Saw what created Sitkas life and how he interacted with his alphas and the way he loved his new pack, I realised I was wrong. I routed for this character, I wanted him to find his strength.
This entire series is amazeballs. I had no idea what I was getting into at the beginning. It’s completely different from any other shifter mpreg I’ve read. It’s just amazing.
READ IN ORDER! Each book builds on things from the one before so you would miss so many important elements if you didn’t read that way.
I have actually binge read all three books this week and realized that book 4 doesn’t come out for weeks. I felt horrified to know I had to wait because it’s so good and I’m on the edge of my seat! (Not a cliffhanger. Just knowing the big mystery will resolve in the last book makes me eager to get there.)
This is the third book in this series and it does not disappoint I'm satisfied with how the twins and their mate was depicted I really like how each couple has their own unique dynamic . Can't wait for Diesel 's turn to find his happiness although I have a feeling that his mate may still be alive I'm thinking that along with the mansion their Ex-leader sold his soul for I also think that Quin was part of that bargain . I think that way because he told Sitka that he had everything that he wanted I don't think that a mansion was the only thing that he got out of betraying his family and pack why not his own angle .
