One of the easiest reads thus far this year but very practical. A simplistic and detailed synopsis of leadership; I would call it leadership 101. A great book for beginners in any management position to help them get their head straight and give practical guidance on leading people. Stories and bullet points help bring the message together in an understandable and easy to follow instructive way. Would take less than a few days to read through the first time.
