Jenny Schatzle is not a game-changer, she is a life changer!" --Cat Cora, first female Iron Chef
Have you ever felt the weight of your past holding you down, affecting everything in your current life? Perhaps you have found yourself running from your pain, your past, your problems with food, alcohol, or shopping only to ask yourself, “Why do I keep repeating the same toxic cycle?”
This book is an unfiltered look into the reasons we seek validation from the outside as well as how we can change our own story in order to accept who we are so we can stop self-sabotaging. Through real and raw stories from rock bottom to living free, Schatzle turns each chapter over to you so you can break free of your own toxic anchor.
This book is about getting to the root of the issue and realizing that the story you have been living withthe one that has been holding you back from your true happiness and potentialis not yours. It will guide those struggling to find answers by changing the conversation so you can acknowledge once and for all that your past is not your life sentence. ***As a wellness and lifestyle guide who helps people feel good about themselves, Jenny Schatzle doesn’t change bodies, she changes lives. Her passion is empowering people to accept themselves, respect themselves, and love themselves in every aspect of their lives. Jenny has created a movement that challenges the way people see themselves. Her program is as much about health and wellness as it is about positivity, self-love, and letting go of the behaviors and negative thinking that stop us and limit our success.

Loved Jenny’s book!! It’s raw and real and makes you consider patterns that play out in your own life and how you can recognize and address them to then move forward positively and in a healthy way.

I really enjoyed reading this book, much more than I thought I would. Jenny's vulnerability in opening up to her readers was both inspiring and enlightening and "doing the work" at the end of each chapter was challenging but in a good way. Sometimes I struggle reading through "self-help" books because the author can make the process sound so easy, like why haven't you been doing this all along? Jenny discusses her successes but also her failures and she acknowledges (many times) that personal transformation takes a lot of work, work that you must continue with every day! I love that this book doesn't get heavy into religion (just my personal preference). One of my favorite quotes from the book "it's not selfish to take care of yourself, to want to evolve yourself, or to make steps to change. It's actually your responsibility." Definitely recommend this book!

An easy and engaging read. Great for people who want to learn more about limiting beliefs. Lots of thought provoking questions. If you’re doing ‘the work’ this book will progress you to the next level.

Great Insight on Moving Your Life Forward

This book is a quick read with questions after each chapter for self-reflection. The author approaches this book with honesty and a real passion for helping people realize their potential. Anyone can benefit from this read, but I would particularly recommend it to people rethinking their relationship to alcohol, and those of us already living in sobriety.
