Forever was the plan since the very first moment.
Love at first touch and smell. This story was so freaking good. Light and funny with a little steam and a whole lotta love.
-neither virgins, no talk of either past
-dual POV
-no cheating, abuse or OP drama
-epilogue at 8 months & 15 years
Loved the way this story was told. Ms. Pixie did another great job.

Altered
Dang it! With each new book that Pixie Chica writes that's the one that becomes my favorite. Altered definitely did not disappoint. Can you fall in love with nothing more than a quick bump and a smell? When fate (and maybe a little help from a Cupid) is involved you absolutely can! Altered is a totally safe instalove with a hero that is fourtyish and a heroine in her mid thirties finding their future together. A very Happily Ever After with epilogue around 15/16 years out. I can't wait to see what Pixie Chica comes up with next!

I loved Altered , if you love short, hot , instalove books then this one's for you .
Rocky and Daisy were meant for each other and even if they weren't Rocky would make a way for Daisy to see sense lol.
Daisy applies to a reality TV show to marry someone she's never met before to hopefully win a quarter of a million dollars to help her parents not lose their home .
Rocky just happens to be an invester in his sister's bridal shop business and she makes him work there a few days a week. After running into Daisy at his brothers tattoo shop he new she was meant to be his. Do he took it upon himself to be the man she married on the show.
Daisy couldn't stop thinking about the man she ran into at her friends shop . She couldn't quite remember what he looked liked but his smell was permanently encased in her nose. when she meets him on her wedding day she knows it's him. Rocky and Daisy's story was short but sweet I loved the lengths Rocky went to to make Daisy his and I loved how Daisy kept him on his toes awesome read and like I said if you like instalove books with hot as f&$# Alpha men then this books for you.

Daisy, she's been lying to her parents because she doesn't want them to be ashamed. But when news that her parents are in money trouble and ask for help, shes lost. Shes told them she doing really well but in fact she barely makes it. Then an opportunity araises and the funds to help would be in her grasp. Getting married on TV to a stranger. As she running out the door she bumps into a mountain of a man, and her world just now changes. Rocky is going to see his brother and bam his whole future just came crashing into him. Her scent is intoxicating. He needs to find her. When he finds out what she going to do, he forms a plan and will take the place of the guy she was intended for. The chemistry between the two are off the charts and she knows she will agree to his plan. Love comes at all ages, when you don't think you might ever have a chance.

First things first; I love the cover of this book.
Altared is book six in the taking the leap series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable.
The chemistry between Rocky and Daisy is clear to see and I liked them together.
I really liked Rocky’s family. His mother amused me and I loved the bond he had with his sister.
I love Rocky’s love for his dog, Princess Karma.
I really like the ending and the epilogue for this story.

Mrs. Cupid decides to play match maker.. She falls for rocky and she hasn’t even seen him yet.. she going to marry a stranger to help her family out... But rocky ain’t having it.. so he does his magic with the help Of some others and bammm you have Altared.. her father and mother are hilarious but more her dad.. Rocky is OTT alpha male.. she’s effing epic.. not going to lie she had me dying even more at the end.. the epilogue killed me I almost peed my pants.. the scenes where they get in on is edging hot... 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵 read this book.. you will he had you read it.. because you meet my Man Oliver... lol 😜😜😜😉

Fate brought these two together, bumping into each other for only a moment. After that unforgettable moment, the sweetest smelling woman ever has taken over his heart. Rocky is on a mission to find her or die trying. I had so much fun with Daisy and Rocky, laughing in several spots. I loved that Rocky and Daisy were older, it put a unique spin on it as did the title. Another clever, sweet and sexy read from Pixie Chica!

The plot was well-written, Daisy came with an unexpected news from her parents which resulted in doing a drastic measures such as being a bride to a stranger. Little did she know that Rocky will do everything in his power to save her even if it means to have a wedding that will seal their fate forever. It was a story of how Rocky instantly fell in love with a smell of a person, finally realize his soul mate, and deciding to settle down by marrying Daisy. It was such an easy read and the instant chemistry between them was undeniable. No drama, no cliffhanger, no separation, no cheating and no violence. The epilogue was a great way to end the HEA story.

Took a leap and loved it!
I took the leap and I loved it! Insta love romance is one of my favorite genres and this book is a shining example of why. With just the right amount of backstory and character development I was all in and rooting for the HEA. Not only did I get all that but I also was pleasantly surprised by the humor and high - jinks that gave this story its own uniqueness. Most important of all the sexual content is kindle melting!

Short fun read!!!
Pixie Chica did a great job with this short insta love book. When Daisy literally collided with Rocky she never imagined he would do anything to find her again and marry her. Rocky knew he needed to find Daisy and make her his as fast as possible, and he was more than happy when he knew just how to do that. Really fun read with a happily ever after. Pixie’s writing just keeps getting better and better.

Omg...This is an amazing love story of two people meant to be!! I love Daisy and Rocky's characters. When you run into Ms. right, you just know it sometimes. Rocky knew Daisy was "The One" and would do anything to have her!

Sweet and hilarious
I've said it before Pixie Chica has an amazing brain. Rocky is the over the top hero and just a little bit (ok a lot) crazy over his woman. Daisy is read to walk down the aisle with someone else but Rocky steps in and takes over. This couple is hilarious. Hooks you in from the beginning and is the mixture of romance and comedy from beginning to end.

This is my first book by this author and was exactly what I needed even if it wasn’t what I was looking for. It’s a little over the stop with an insta-love theme that can’t be stopped. It was actually pretty cute and inspiring. Rocky and Daisy are funny and I love how their friends and family just went along with them. It’s short, sweet, and sexy.

This was a very sweet hilarious read about Rocky and Daisy. This leap year read was phenomenal. Their connection was instalove and so deliciously instahot. I couldn't stop reading until I finished this wonderful, sassy, beautiful love story. Love the interconnection with the Cupid series. This was an awesome series and I can't wait to read more by Pixie Chica.

Altared is more of a 3.5 for me, but I'm rounding up. For most, I could see it being a 4 or a 5. I had a hard time getting into the story after some trickery was revealed. The consent in here felt a little dubious, which made me uneasy. Otherwise, this is a great story and it was nice to read another tale from the world Chica set up involving the Cupids, Hollows, and Clauses.

Absolutely loved the cover. The characters are great as well. I was pulled in from the start. It was hard to put down. Short, sweet, spicy all in one. Rocky is the man for sure. Daisy is the cutest. They make such a great couple. They had a connection from the start.

Was intrigued by the cover and blurb alone. Once I started it did not disappoint at all. These two are so great together. Once he sees her, he knows shes meant to be his and will do whatever it takes to make sure of that.

I love this book! It's fast paced, witty and I got such a giggle from the antics of Rocky and Daisy. A very lighthearted read that will have you wondering if Cupids really exist. It was hilariously delicious!

It was eh. It was difficult to hold interest in this book for me, I just found it so boring at times. And I disliked the Cupid thing. :(
